Abstract
【解決手段】基材1が強化、曲げ加工又は徐冷といった熱処理を受ける場合にコーティング6の光学的性質が変化するのを防止するため、ナトリウムイオンのようなアルカリイオンと接触して劣化しやすい積重体の一つ又は複数の層4を当該反射防止コーティング6の一部分を形成していて且つアルカリの拡散に対する遮蔽体として働く少なくとも一つの層により当該基材1から切り離す。

Description
この例は、下記の順番のものからなる4層コーティングを使用する。
この例は、下記の順番に従う4層の反射防止コーティングを使用する。
次に掲げる表3と表4は、この熱処理の前後での二つの基材のおのおのについて、次の測光データを示している。
・法線入射下でのD65光源による光の反射率の値RL(%)。
・測色系(L,a*,b*)による反射のa* (R)、b* (R)及びL* (R)の値(無次元)。
この例は、次に掲げる順番を持つ3層反射防止コーティングを使用する。
実施例1と同様に、この例は次に掲げる順番を持つ4層反射防止コーティングを使用する。
この例は、6層の反射防止積重体を使用する。基材から出発して2番目の高屈折率層は、実際のところ屈折率が2に等しいかそれより高い三つの酸化物層から形成される。この積重体は次に示すとおりである(各層の下に幾何学的厚さをナノメートルで示す)。
この例は、5層の反射防止積重体を使用し、基材から出発して2番目の高屈折率層は屈折率が2より高い二つの重なった酸化物層により構成される。この積重体は次に示すとおりである(厚さに関しては実施例4と同様である)。
この例は、構造が実施例5のそれと同様である一方、二つの重なった高屈折率層の順番を逆にして、積重体が次に示すとおりとなった反射防止積重体を使用する。
・本発明による反射防止コーティングはガラスに1%未満の非常に低い光の反射率の値を与え(コーティングなしのこれらの基材が有するおよそ8%の光反射率と比較のこと)、
・それらの反射の色は非常に中性であり、例1に関して言えば青−緑で非常に低く、これは特に建築物用のガラス材について、現在求められている美観上の色相であり、
・それらの光学的特性は、基材が高温の処理を受けた場合にほとんどあるいは全く変化を被らず、これはそれらの反射の見かけに、よりとりわけ当てはまる。

Claims (27)
- 高屈折率の誘電材料の薄い層と低屈折率の誘電材料の薄い層が交互になった積重体により形成された反射防止コーティング(6)を少なくとも一方の面に有するガラス基材(1)であって、当該基材(1)が強化、曲げ加工又は徐冷のような熱処理を受ける場合に当該コーティング(6)の光学的性質が変化するのを防止するため、ナトリウムイオンのようなアルカリイオンと接触して劣化しやすい積重体の一つ又は複数の層(4)を当該反射防止コーティング(6)の一部分を形成していて且つアルカリの拡散に対する遮蔽体として働く少なくとも一つの層により当該基材(1)から切り離すことを特徴とするガラス基材。
- 前記低屈折率の誘電材料層(3、5)の屈折率が1.35〜1.70、特に1.38〜1.65であり、前記高屈折率の誘電材料層(2、4)の屈折率が少なくとも1.80、特に1.80〜2.60、好ましくは2.10〜2.35であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のガラス基材。
- 前記アルカリイオンと接触して劣化しやすい一つ又は複数の層(4)が高い屈折率を持ち、且つ酸化ニオブNb2O5、酸化タングステンWO3、酸化ビスマスBi2O3又は酸化セリウムCeO2に基づいていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のガラス基材。
- 遮蔽層が前記積重体(6)の低屈折率層、特に一番目の層(3)であり、好ましくは40〜70nm、特におよそ45〜60nmの光学的厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの一つに記載のガラス基材。
- 前記低屈折率の遮蔽層(3)が酸化ケイ素、Al2O3:Fタイプのドープされた酸化アルミニウム、又はこれらの物質の混合物を基にしたものであることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のガラス基材。
- 前記低屈折率の遮蔽層(3)が、基材を熱処理する場合に同じ特性を、特に光学的特性を実質的に維持する物質、特に、ドープされていてもよい酸化スズSnO2、酸化亜鉛ZnO、酸化タンタルTa2O5又は酸化ジルコニウムZrO2である物質から選ばれた高屈折率の層(2)の上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5記載のガラス基材。
- 前記遮蔽層が前記積重体(6)の高屈折率の層、特に一番目の層(2)であり、好ましくは25〜60nmの光学的厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの一つに記載のガラス基材。
- 前記高屈折率の遮蔽層が窒化ケイ素Si3N4又は窒化アルミニウムAlNの基づくものであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のガラス基材。
- 前記反射防止コーティング(6)が高屈折率層と低屈折率層の連続体を二つ含んでなり、第一の連続体(2、3)が前記遮蔽層を含み、第二の連続体(4、5)が、特に光学的厚さが245〜290nmである、酸化ニオブ又は酸化ビスマス又は酸化タングステンの層と、特に光学的厚さが120〜150nmである、SiO2タイプ又は酸化ケイ素と酸化アルミニウムとの混合物の低屈折率層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8までの一つに記載のガラス基材。
- 前記反射防止コーティング(6)が、SnO2/SiO2/Nb2O5/SiO2、SnO2/SiO2/Bi2O3/SiO2又はSnO2/SiO2/WO3/SiO2の積重体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9記載のガラス基材。
- 前記第二の連続体(4、5)が、少なくとも一つは酸化ニオブ、酸化ビスマス又は酸化タングステン層である高屈折率層を、特に2又は3の層を重ねることで形成された総体的な高屈折率層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9記載のガラス基材。
- 前記反射防止コーティング(6)がSnO2/SiO2/Bi2O3/SnO2/Bi2O3/SiO2又はSnO2/SiO2/Nb2O5/SnO2/Nb2O5/SiO2の積重体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11記載のガラス基材。
- 高屈折率層と低屈折率層の第一の連続体(2、3)が、1.7〜1.8の中間的な屈折率を持ち好ましくは80〜120nmの光学的厚さを持つ遮蔽層(7)と置き換えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの一つに記載のガラス基材。
- 前記中間的屈折率を持つ遮蔽層(7)がケイ素とスズ/ケイ素と亜鉛/ケイ素とチタンの酸化物の混合物を基にしており、あるいは酸窒化ケイ素を基にしていることを特徴とする、請求項13記載のガラス基材。
- 前記反射防止コーティング(6)がSiOxNy/Nb2O5/SiO2連続体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14記載のガラス基材。
- 前記反射防止積重体(6)の低屈折率層のうちの少なくとも一つが、特に当該積重体の最後の層(5)が、酸化ケイ素と酸化アルミニウムの混合物を基にしていることを特徴とする、請求項1から15までの一つに記載のガラス基材。
- 各面に反射防止コーティング(6)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から16までの一つに記載のガラス基材。
- 光の反射率RLが最高で2%、特に最高で1%で且つ反射の色が青又は青−緑であり、曲げ加工、強化又は徐冷タイプの熱処理後に、RLの変動が最大で0.3%、特に最大で0.1%であり、反射のa*とb*の変動が最大で2、特に最大で1.5であることを特徴とする、請求項1から17までの一つに記載のガラス基材。
- 請求項1から18までの一つに記載された反射防止コーティング(6)を備えた基材を取り入れてなることを特徴とする、一体式、積層式又はガス層を間に入れた多重式のガラス材。
- 日除け、保安、盗難防止、防音又は防火機能を有することを特徴とする、請求項19記載のガラス材。
- 当該ガラス材の前記反射防止コーティング(6)を備えた基材(1)にあるいは他の構成基材のうちの少なくとも一つに、日除け、吸収、紫外線防止、帯電防止、低輻射、加熱又は汚染防止機能を有する層(又は層の積重体)、あるいは撥水機能を持つ疎水性有機層もしくは曇り防止機能を持つ親水性層、あるいは鏡の機能を備えた銀コーティングを付着させてなることを特徴とする、請求項19又は20記載のガラス材。
- 当該ガラス材の前記反射防止コーティング(6)を備えた基材(1)あるいは他の構成基材のうちの少なくとも一つが、研削(つや消し)タイプの表面処理を受けており、あるいは印刷あるいはスクリーン法印刷されることを特徴とする、請求項19又は20記載のガラス材。
- 当該ガラス材の前記反射防止コーティング(6)を備えた基材(1)あるいは他の構成基材のうちの少なくとも一つが、特別透明ガラス製、全体として着色された、又は強化された、又は補強された、又は曲げられたもしくは折り曲げられた、又は紫外線をフィルターにかけるガラス製であることを特徴とする、請求項19から22までの一つに記載のガラス材。
- ポリビニルブチラールタイプのポリマー集成シートで組み合わされた2枚のガラス基材を備えた積層構造を有し、これらの基材のうちの少なくとも一方、好ましくは両方が、好ましくは外側の面に、反射防止コーティング(6)を、特に反射防止コーティング(6)/ガラス/PVB/ガラス/反射防止コーティング(6)の連続体で、備えてなることを特徴とする、請求項19から23までの一つに記載のガラス材。
- 前記基材が、自動車用ガラス材、特にフロントガラスを製造するために、曲げ加工され及び/又は強化されることを特徴とする、請求項24記載のガラス材。
- 建物内部のガラス材もしくは外部のガラス材、あるいはパネルのような対象物保護ガラス材、積層フロントガラスのような自動車用ガラス材、鏡、コンピュータのためのまぶしさ防止スクリーン、装飾用ガラス、展示窓ガラス、店舗のカウンターのようなガラス調度品、あるいは冷凍陳列ケースの製造への、請求項1から18までの一つに記載の反射防止コーティング(6)を備えた基材(1)又は請求項19から24までの一つに記載のガラス材の適用。
- コーティングの最初の単数又は複数の層を適当な前駆物質の熱分解により、好ましくはフロートガラスの帯へ直接、付着させること、そしてそれに続く層を、当該ガラスを切断したら陰極スパッタリングのような真空法により付着させることを特徴とする、請求項1から18までの一つに記載の反射防止コーティング(6)を備えたガラス基材の製造方法。
