Description
図1は本発明に係る波長選択透過性ガラス物品(以下では「本ガラス物品」ともいう)の透過スペクトルの一例である。図2、図3中のa、図4中のaおよび図5中のaは、それぞれ本ガラス物品の透過スペクトルの別の例である。
本ガラス物品の形状は、特に限定されない。本ガラス物品は、たとえばガラス板やガラス容器である。
図6は、本ガラス物品の構成例である。図6は平板状の膜付きガラス物品10を示すが、本ガラス物品は曲面状でもよい。図6に示す膜付きガラス物品10は、ガラス板11と膜12とから構成される。以下はこの膜付きガラス物品10を例に説明するが、本発明はこれに限定されない。
膜付きガラス物品10において、ガラス板11の厚さは、所定の透過率が得られる限り、特に限定されない。本膜付きガラス物品10が建築物や自動車の窓ガラスである場合には、たとえば2〜10mmである。本膜付きガラス物品10がディスプレイや照明器具のカバーガラスである場合には、たとえば0.1〜2mmである。
膜12は、波長360nm以下の光を吸収する成分または波長360nm以下の光を反射または散乱する成分を含むことが好ましい。その場合、本ガラス物品の光透過率は、ガラス板の光透過率より低くなる。
図7は、本ガラス物品が積層ガラスである場合の構成例である。図7は平板状の積層ガラス物品20を示すが、本ガラス物品は曲面状であってもよい。図7に示す積層ガラス物品20は、ガラス板21、23と、その間に設けられた膜22とから構成される。以下はこの積層ガラス物品20を例に説明するが、本発明はこれに限定されない。
本ガラス物品は、一般的な膜付きガラスや積層ガラスの製造方法を準用して製造できる。
図8および図9は本ガラス物品の使用例を示すが、本発明はこれに限定されない。
厚さ2mmのアルカリアルミノシリケートガラス板(旭硝子株式会社製、商品名:Dragontrail)上に、スパッタ法により、第1の層〜第4の層からなる、合計4層からなる積層膜を形成した。この積層膜は、特定波長光反射成分からなる。
第1の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ29.0nm、
第2の層:SiO2層、厚さ22.3nm、
第3の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ102.1nm、
第4の層:SiO2層、厚さ96.1nm。
例1と同様にして、厚さ2mmのアルカリアルミノシリケートガラス板(旭硝子株式会社製、商品名:Dragontrail)上に、スパッタリング法により、第1の層〜第8の層からなる、合計8層からなる積層膜を形成した。この積層膜は特定波長光反射成分からなる。
第1の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ0.6nm、
第2の層:SiO2層、厚さ87.2nm、
第3の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ13.8nm、
第4の層:SiO2層、厚さ45.6nm、
第5の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ34.1nm、
第6の層:SiO2層、厚さ23.4nm、
第7の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ31.0nm、
第8の層:SiO2層、厚さ98.1nm。
第1の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ6.6nm、
第2の層:SiO2層、厚さ79.0nm、
第3の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ20.0nm、
第4の層:SiO2層、厚さ38.6nm、
第5の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ39.1nm、
第6の層:SiO2層、厚さ20.4nm、
第7の層:Nb2O5層、厚さ35.0nm、
第8の層:SiO2層、厚さ101.0nm。
アルコール溶剤(日本アルコール販売株式会社製、商品名:ソルミックスAP−1)の50g、テトラメトキシシランの12g、3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランの3.8g、2−[4−[(2−ヒドロキシ−3−(2’−エチル)ヘキシル)オキシ]−2−ヒドロキシフェニル]−4,6−ビス(2,4−ジメチルフェニル)−1,3,5−トリアジンの10g、酢酸の11g、イオン交換水の11gを混合してコート液を得た。
厚さ0.5mmのアルカリアルミノシリケートガラス板(旭硝子株式会社製、商品名:Dragontrail)を用いた他は例3と同様にして膜付きガラス物品を得た。その透過スペクトルを図4中のaに示す。また、例1と同様にして透過率を表1に示す。なお、図4中の破線bは、前述の膜を形成していない厚さ0.5mmのアルカリアルミノシリケートガラス板(参考例)の透過スペクトルである。
酢酸ブチル(純正化学株式会社製)54.6g、マトリクス成分としてシリコン・アクリル樹脂溶液45.4g、[(4−メトキシフェニル)−メチレン]−プロパンジオイックアシッドジメチルエステル0.02gを混合してコート液を得た。

Claims (4)
- ガラス板と、該ガラス板の主面に設けられた膜とを含むガラス物品であって、
前記ガラス板は、波長360nmの光の透過率が50%以上であり、
前記ガラス板の厚さは2〜10mmであり、
前記ガラス板のガラス組成は、ソーダライムガラスであり、
前記膜のマトリクス成分は、波長315nm超400nm以下の光を透過し、
前記膜は、前記マトリクス中に更に、波長360nm以下の光吸収成分を含有し、
前記光吸収成分が、トリアジン系化合物であり、
前記マトリクスは、有機マトリクス又は有機化合物と無機化合物が複合した有機無機マトリクスであり、
下記式で表される波長315nm超400nm以下の光透過率T315nm超400nm以下が40%以上であり、下記式で表される波長315nm以下の光透過率T315nm以下が5%以下であり、
波長380nmの光の透過率が80%以上であり、
波長350nmの光の透過率が30%以下であり、
波長315nmの光の透過率が10%以下である、
波長選択透過性ガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス物品は、合わせガラスである、請求項1に記載の波長選択透過性ガラス物品。
- 請求項1に記載の波長選択透過性ガラス物品である窓ガラス。
- 請求項1に記載の波長選択透過性ガラス物品であるカバーガラス。
