Abstract
【解決手段】 このバッテリー固定構造は、複数のモジュール5a、5bの外周5cに装着されてこれらモジュールを一体化するとともに、車体7側に設けた固定部23a,23bへの取付部24a,25aが設けられた取付部材24,25がその両端21a,21bに配設され、互いに対向する面21c,21dにロック部26が設けられたブラケット21を複数のモジュールの外周に装着した状態で、固定部に取付部を装着して固定するとともに、ブラケットの互いに対向する面21c,21dに跨るように形成され、その両端がロック部に固定されるバンド部材22をブラケット21に被せてロック部26に固定する。

Description
このようにバッテリーはモジュールが複数あるため、車体への装着作業が煩雑になることから、例えば特許文献1では、車体側にトレイを配設し、このトレイに対して複数のモジュールをそれぞれ載置するとともに、細長いブラケットを各モジュールの上に掛け渡すように配置してボルト等の締結部材でトレイに締め込むことで、モジュールを車体に固定している。

Claims (6)
- 複数のバッテリーセルからなるモジュールを複数備えた電気自動車のバッテリー固定構造において、
前記複数のモジュールの外周に装着されて複数のモジュールを一体化するとともに、車体側に設けた固定部への取付部が設けられた取付部材がその両端に配設され、互いに対向する面にロック部が設けられたブラケットと、
前記ブラケットの互いに対向する面に跨るように形成され、その両端が前記ロック部に固定されるバンド部材とを有し、
前記ブラケットを複数のモジュールの外周に装着した状態で、前記固定部に前記取付部を装着して固定するとともに、前記バンド部材を前記ブラケットに被せて前記ロック部に固定することを特徴とする電気自動車のバッテリー固定構造。 - 前記ブラケットは金属製で、前記モジュールの端子が配置されていないモジュールの外周面に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気自動車のバッテリー固定構造。
- 前記取付部材の少なくとも一方は、前記ブラケットに対して着脱可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電気自動車のバッテリー固定構造。
- 前記取付部材の少なくとも一方は、取付部が互いに間隔をおいて複数形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載の電気自動車のバッテリー固定構造。
- 複数のバッテリーセルからなるモジュールを複数備えた電気自動車のバッテリー固定構造において、
前記複数のモジュールの外周に装着される一対のブラケットと、
前記一対のブラケットに着脱自在であり、同一対のブラケットに装着されることで複数のモジュールと前記一対のブラケットを一体化するとともに、車体側に設けた固定部への取付部が設けられた取付部材とを備え、
前記一対のブラケットを複数のモジュールの外周に被せた状態で、前記取付部材を前記一対のブラケットに仮装着し、前記固定部に前記取付部を固定するとともに、前記取付部材を前記一対のブラケットに固定することを特徴とする電気自動車のバッテリー固定構造。 - 前記ブラケットは板金製であって、前記モジュールの端子と接触しないよう形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電気自動車のバッテリー固定構造。
