Claims (10)
- 自動車のトラクションバッテリのバッテリハウジング(1)であって、前記トラクションバッテリが前記自動車の底部構造体に組み込まれ、前記バッテリハウジング(1)が、
少なくとも1つのベースプレート(2)と、
前記自動車の長手方向に互いに平行に延び、かつ前記自動車の横方向に互いから離間している2つの側壁(3)とを含み、
前記側壁(3)間に複数の受け入れ空間(4)が形成され、前記受け入れ空間(4)のそれぞれの中に、前記自動車の前記トラクションバッテリの少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュール(10)が収容される、バッテリハウジング(1)において、
前記自動車の長手方向に互いに離間している複数の変形要素(9)が前記側壁(3)の内側(30)に取り付けられ、および前記バッテリモジュール(10)が、前記変形要素(9)の領域において、横方向変形空間(12)が前記バッテリモジュール(10)と前記側壁(3)との間に形成されるように、前記受け入れ空間(4)に配置されることを特徴とする、バッテリハウジング(1)。 - 前記受け入れ空間(4)のそれぞれが、前記自動車の横方向に互いに平行に延びかつ前記自動車の前記長手方向に互いに離間している2つの横方向部材(7、8)を含み、前記横方向部材(7、8)の少なくとも1つが前記変形要素(9)の1つに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリハウジング(1)。
- 前記変形要素(9)の少なくとも一部が、前記横方向部材(7、8)の1つの自由端(70、80)にある受け入れ開口(71、81)に嵌め込むことができるように成形されている保持部分(90)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリハウジング(1)。
- 前記変形要素(9)の少なくとも一部が、部分において前記横方向部材(7、8)の1つの自由端(70、80)を覆って延びることができるように成形されている保持部分(90)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリハウジング(1)。
- 前記変形要素(9)が、部分において、一体的に接合される方法で前記横方向部材(7、8)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリハウジング(1)。
- 前記変形要素(9)の少なく一部が、部分において1つまたは2つのバッテリモジュール(10)が前記変形要素(9)に固定され得るように設計されている固定部分(90’)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリハウジング(1)。
- 前記変形要素(9)のそれぞれが、前記保持部分(90)および/または前記固定部分(90’)に対して横方向に延びかつ前記バッテリハウジング(1)の前記側壁(3)の1つの前記内側(30)に接続されている支持部分(91)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリハウジング(1)。
- 前記支持部分(91)が、一体的に接合される方法で前記バッテリハウジング(1)の前記側壁(3)の1つの前記内側(30)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリハウジング(1)。
- 前記変形要素(9)のそれぞれが、前記保持部分(90)および/または前記固定部分(90’)と前記支持部分(91)との間で、前記支持部分(91)の平面に対して傾斜して延びる2つの接続部分(92、93)を有することを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のバッテリハウジング(1)。
- 前記変形要素(9)が押出形材部品として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリハウジング(1)。
