Claims (19)
- 溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯であって、前記亜鉛合金が、
マグネシウム0.3〜2.3重量%、
アルミニウム0.6〜2.3重量%、
所望により使用する一種以上の追加元素<0.2重量%、
不可避不純物、および
残部亜鉛
からなり、前記亜鉛合金被覆層の厚さが3〜12μmである、鋼帯。 - 前記亜鉛合金被覆層の厚さが3〜10μmである、請求項1に記載の溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯。
- 前記亜鉛合金被覆層の厚さが3〜8μmである、請求項1または2に記載の溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯。
- 前記亜鉛合金被覆層の厚さが3〜7μmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯。
- 一種以上の追加元素が前記亜鉛合金被覆中に、それぞれ<0.02重量%、好ましくはそれぞれ<0.01重量%で存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯。
- 前記亜鉛合金層中のケイ素含有量が0.0010重量%未満である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯。
- 前記亜鉛合金が、マグネシウム1.6〜2.3重量%およびアルミニウム1.6〜2.3重量%を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯。
- 前記亜鉛合金が、アルミニウム0.6〜1.3重量%を含み、好ましくはアルミニウム0.8〜1.2重量%を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯。
- 前記亜鉛合金が、マグネシウム0.3〜1.3重量%を含み、好ましくはマグネシウム0.8〜1.2重量%を含む、請求項1〜6および8のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯。
- 重量%で表したアルミニウム量が、重量%で表したマグネシウム量±最大0.3重量%と等しい、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆層を備えた鋼帯。
- 鋼帯を溶融亜鉛めっきして亜鉛合金被覆層を施すための、前記鋼帯の被覆を溶融亜鉛合金の浴中で行う方法であって、前記亜鉛合金が、
マグネシウム0.3〜2.3重量%、
アルミニウム0.5〜2.3重量%、
ケイ素0.0010重量%未満、
所望により使用する一種以上の追加元素<0.2重量%、
不可避不純物、および
残部亜鉛
からなる、方法。 - 前記亜鉛合金浴が、マグネシウム1.5〜2.3重量%およびアルミニウム1.5〜2.3重量%を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記亜鉛合金浴が、アルミニウム0.6〜1.3重量%を含み、好ましくはアルミニウム0.7〜1.2重量%を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記亜鉛合金浴が、マグネシウム0.3〜1.3重量%を含み、好ましくはマグネシウム0.7〜1.2重量%を含む、請求項11または13に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融亜鉛浴の温度が、380℃〜550℃、好ましくは420℃〜480℃に維持される、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融亜鉛合金浴に入る前の前記鋼帯の温度が、380℃〜850℃、好ましくは、溶融亜鉛合金浴の温度と前記浴温度より25℃高い温度との間である、請求項11〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼帯が、毎分9メートルを超える速度で、好ましくは毎分15メートルを超える速度で、より好ましくは毎分30メートルを超える速度で前記溶融亜鉛合金浴に入る、請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項11〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造された、溶融亜鉛合金めっき被覆を施した鋼帯。
- 請求項1〜10および18のいずれか一項に記載の鋼帯から製造された自動車部品。
