Abstract
Description
e−コーティングは、電気泳動コーティングおよび電気泳動塗装の堆積を含む。
Claims (18)
- 1つの外面(1a)および1つの内面(1b)を有する鋼板(1)を含む車両用パネルであって、少なくとも内面が、1.0から6.0重量%のアルミニウム、0.5から5.0重量%のマグネシウムを含み、残りは亜鉛および場合により不純物および場合によりSi、Sb、Pb、Ti、Ca、Mn、Sn、La、Ce、Cr、ZrまたはBiから選択される追加の元素であり、各追加の元素の重量含有率は0.3重量%未満であるコーティング(2)で被覆され、該板は該内面(1b)に固着された少なくとも1つのパッチ(3)によって局所的に補強される該パネル。
- コーティング(2)が、1.0から1.4重量%のアルミニウム、1.0から1.4重量%のマグネシウムを含み、残りは亜鉛および場合により不純物および場合によりSi、Sb、Pb、Ti、Ca、Mn、Sn、La、Ce、Cr、ZrまたはBiから選択される追加の元素であり、各追加の元素の重量含有率は0.3重量%未満である請求項1に記載のパネル。
- コーティング(2)が、3.5から3.9重量%のアルミニウム、2.3から3.3重量%のマグネシウムを含み、残りは亜鉛および場合により不純物および場合によりSi、Sb、Pb、Ti、Ca、Mn、Sn、La、Ce、Cr、ZrまたはBiから選択される追加の元素であり、各追加の元素の重量含有率は0.3重量%未満である請求項1に記載のパネル。
- パッチが、樹脂層(3a)および無機材料層(3b)を含み、該樹脂層が内面のコーティング(2)と接触している請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 樹脂層(3a)は1から200MPaの間のヤング率を有し、無機層(3b)は1から15GPaの間のヤング率を有する請求項4に記載のパネル。
- 無機材料層(3b)はガラス繊維で作られ、樹脂層(3a)は発泡材料である請求項4または5に記載のパネル。
- 樹脂層(3a)はエポキシゴム系材料である請求項6に記載のパネル。
- 樹脂層(3a)は接着剤を含む請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 外面(1a)および内面(1b)は、パッチの周りにリン酸塩層(4)およびe−コーティング層(5)をさらに含む請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 車両のダッシュパネル、内部ドアパネル、外部ドアパネル、屋根パネル、ホイールアーチ、車両フロア、内部フードパネル、外部フードパネル、フェンダーまたはボディサイドである請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 鋼板が0.4から1.0mmの間の厚さを有する請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 鋼板が0.5から0.7mmの間の厚さを有する請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- A) 1.0から6.0重量%のアルミニウム、0.5から5.0重量%のマグネシウムを含み、残りは亜鉛および場合により不純物および場合によりSi、Sb、Pb、Ti、Ca、Mn、Sn、La、Ce、Cr、ZrまたはBiから選択される追加の元素であり、各追加の元素の重量含有率は0.3重量%未満であるコーティングで被覆された内面を、少なくとも有する鋼板の提供工程、
B) 工程A)から得られた被覆鋼板上への少なくとも1つのパッチの適用工程、ならびに
C) 工程B)の前または後のスタンピング工程
を含む、車両用パネルの製造方法。 - D) リン酸塩処理工程および
E) e−コーティング工程
をさらに含む請求項13に記載の方法。 - 被覆鋼板を、工程B)の前もしくは後、または工程C)の前、間、もしくは後に切断する請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 工程B)の間に、パッチが被覆板に貼り付けられる請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程E)が、オーブン中で、160から180℃の温度で20から35分間行われる請求項13から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 自動車の部品の製造のための、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の、または請求項13から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って得られるパネルの使用。
