Abstract
【解決手段】(A)ポリオレフィン樹脂100重量部に対し、(B)融点80℃以下の樹脂添加剤80〜150重量部および(C)有機酸金属塩0.3〜5重量部が配合されてなる樹脂添加剤マスターバッチである。(B)融点80℃以下の樹脂添加剤としては、紫外線吸収剤、ヒンダードアミン化合物またはこれらの混合物が好適である。

Description
(式中、R1は水素原子、ヒドロキシ基、炭素原子数1〜30のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基、アルコキシ基、ヒドロキシアルコキシ基またはオキシラジカルを表し、R2は炭素原子数1〜30のアルキル基または炭素原子数2〜30のアルケニル基を表す)で表される化合物であることも好ましく、特に好適には、前記一般式(1)におけるR2が炭素原子数8〜26のアルキル基の混合物である。
本発明に用いられる(A)ポリオレフィン樹脂としては、ポリオレフィンであれば特に制限されずに用いることが可能であり、ポリプロピレン、低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、ポリブテン−1、ポリ−3−メチルペンテン、ポリ−4−メチルペンテン、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体等のα−オレフィンの単重合体または共重合体などが挙げられる。
(式中、R3は炭素原子数4〜8のアルキル基を表し、R4は水素原子または炭素原子数1〜8のアルキル基を表し、R5は炭素原子数1〜4のアルキリデン基を表し、Aは(n+x)価の金属を表し、nは1〜3の数を表し、xは0〜2の数を表す)で表される化合物が好ましい。
MxMgy Alz CO3(OH)xp+2y+3z-2・nH2O (3)
(式中、Mはアルカリ金属または亜鉛を、Xは0〜6の数を、yは0〜6の数を、zは0.1〜4の数を、pはMの価数を、nは0〜100の結晶水の数を表す)で表される塩基性炭酸塩が挙げられる。
ポリプロピレン(ノバテックMA3、日本ポリプロピレン(株)製)100重量部に対し、低融点の樹脂添加剤((株)ADEKA製 商品名:アデカスタブLA−402,融点33℃)100重量部および下記表1中に示す結晶核剤、充填剤および透明化剤のいずれか(表中の配合量)を加えて、ヘンシェルミキサーで20分間撹拌した。得られた粉末を170℃で押出し機によりペレットとした。

Claims (5)
- (A)ポリオレフィン樹脂100重量部に対し、(B)融点80℃以下の樹脂添加剤80〜150重量部および(C)有機酸金属塩0.3〜5重量部が配合されてなることを特徴とする樹脂添加剤マスターバッチ。
- 前記(B)融点80℃以下の樹脂添加剤が、紫外線吸収剤、ヒンダードアミン化合物またはこれらの混合物である請求項1記載の樹脂添加剤マスターバッチ。
- 前記一般式(1)におけるR2が炭素原子数8〜26のアルキル基の混合物である請求項3記載の樹脂添加剤マスターバッチ。
