−最下部限界位置の近くにあり、液状薬剤を患者の皮膚を通って投与し、針25がカートリッジ4に連結されている動作位置(図6)

- 前もって設定された用量の液状薬剤を注射する手持ち型電子制御式注射器械(1;80)であって、前記液体薬剤を収容する薬剤容器(4:83)を受け入れるようになっていて、患者の皮膚に接触する接触面(16;97)を備えたハウジング(2;81)を有する注射器械において、前記薬剤容器(4;83)を前記ハウジング(2;81)内で前記接触面(16;97)に行き来させる第1のアクチュエータ手段(41;87)を有する注射器械。
- 前記ハウジング(2;81)の前記接触面(16;97)は、針(25;96)及び前記針(25;96)に装着された少なくとも1つの針ハウジング(31;104)を含む針組立体(32;105)を受け入れる貫通開口部(30;98)を有し、前記注射器械は、前記薬剤容器(4;83)を前記ハウジング(2;81)内部に引っ込められた第1の動作位置から前記針(25;96)に連結された第2の動作位置まで前記接触面(16;97)に向かって変位させる間と、前記薬剤容器(4;83)を前記第2の動作位置から前記第1の動作位置に向かって逆に変位させる間の両方において、前記針ハウジング(31;104)からの前記針(25;96)の自動引っ込みを可能にするために前記針ハウジング(31;104)を前記開口部(30;98)に係合する所定の位置にロックする解除可能な保持手段(60;106,107)を有する注射器械。
- 前記針ハウジング(31)が前記開口部(30)に係合すると、存在信号(S2)を発生させて前記第1のアクチュエータ手段(41)を稼働させる存在センサ手段(67)を有する請求項2記載の注射器械。
- 前記保持手段は、少なくとも1つのロックレバー(60)を有し、該ロックレバーは、それぞれの作業部分(62)が前記開口部(30)の内部に突き出て前記針ハウジング(31)と相互作用するロック形態と、前記作業部分(62)が前記開口部(30)の外部に位置する解除形態との間で動くことができる請求項2又は3記載の注射器械。
- 前記ロックレバー(60)は、弾性的に加重されて前記ロック形態になり、前記ロックレバー(60)を少なくとも前記薬剤容器(4)の前記第1の動作位置で前記解除形態に設定するプッシュ手段(63,64)が設けられている請求項4記載の注射器械。
- 前記プッシュ手段は、前記ロックレバー(60)と、前記接触面(16)に行き来でき、前記薬剤容器(4)を支持する支持体(42)との間に介在したカム手段(63,64)を含む請求項5記載の注射器械。
- 前記針(25)を前記薬剤容器(4)から取り出す取出し手段(60,62)を有し、前記取出し手段は、前記第2の動作位置の近くの前記薬剤容器(4)の第3の動作位置で選択的に稼働して前記針(25)をロックし、前記薬剤容器(4)が前記第1の動作位置に動くと、前記針を前記薬剤容器(4)から離脱させる停止手段(60,62)を含む請求項2乃至6の何れか1項に記載の注射器械。
- 前記第3の動作位置は、前記薬剤容器(4)の移動方向において前記第1の動作位置に対し前記第2の動作位置の反対側に在る請求項7記載の注射器械。
- 前記注射器械は、前記針(25)を突出した仕方で支持し、前記薬剤容器(4)の一端(24)に連結可能な針支持体(33)を有する針組立体(32)に連結可能であり、前記ロックレバー(60)の前記作業部分(62)は、前記薬剤容器(4)の前記第3の動作位置において、前記停止手段を構成するよう前記薬剤容器(4)と前記針支持体(33)との間に介在可能である請求項7又は8記載の注射器械。
- 前記解除可能な保持手段は、前記開口部(98)内への前記針ハウジング(104)の挿入時に前記針ハウジング(104)によって作動される少なくとも1つの解除可能な保持部材(106)を有し、前記解除可能な保持部材(106)は、少なくとも前記第1の動作位置から前記第2の動作位置への前記薬剤容器(83)の前記変位中、前記針ハウジング(104)を保持する請求項2記載の注射器械。
- 前記解除可能な保持手段は、前記開口部(98)内への前記針ハウジング(104)の挿入を制限し、前記第2の動作位置から前記第1の動作位置への前記薬剤容器(83)の前記逆の変位中、前記針ハウジング(104)を保持する当接面(107)を更に有する請求項10記載の注射器械。
- 前記解除可能な保持部材(106)の作動を検出するセンサ手段(109)を有する、請求項10又は11記載の注射器械。
- 前記センサ手段(109)が前記第1の動作位置から前記第2の動作位置への前記薬剤容器(83)の前記変位中、前記解除可能な保持部材(106)からの前記針ハウジング(104)の離脱を検出した直後に前記薬剤容器(83)の変位を逆にする手段(95,87)を有する請求項12記載の注射器械。
- 前記針(96)を前記薬剤容器(83)から取り出す取出し手段を有し、該取出し手段は、前記薬剤容器(83)の前記第2の動作位置において前記針(96)を保持するよう稼働でき、かくして、前記薬剤容器(83)を前記第2の動作位置から前記第1の動作位置に動かすと、前記針(96)を前記薬剤容器(83)から離脱させることができる停止手段(112)を含む請求項10乃至13の何れか1項に記載の注射器械。
- 前記薬剤容器(4:83)及び前記針組立体(32;105)を備えた請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一に記載の注射器械であって、前記針組立体(32;105)は、前記針(25;96)を支持する針支持体(33;99)を有し、前記針支持体(33;99)と、前記薬剤容器(4;83)及び前記薬剤容器(4;83)を前記ハウジング(2;81)内に保持するホルダ(42;82)とを有する薬剤容器ユニット(4,42;82,83)の端部(24;100)とのうちの少なくとも一方は、前記針支持体(33;99)を前記薬剤容器ユニット(4,42;82,83)の前記端部(24;100)に連結できる少なくとも1つの弾性フランジ(36;103)を備えている注射器械。
- 前記薬剤容器(83)への前記針(96)の正しい連結状態を検出する第1のセンサ手段(114,115,117;103a,121,122)を有する、請求項1乃至15の何れか1項に記載の注射器械。
- 前記第1のセンサ手段は、光送信器手段(114)及び第1の光受信器手段(115)を有し、前記光送信器手段(114)及び前記第1の光受信器手段(115)は、針(96)が前記薬剤容器(83)に正しく連結されていない場合、前記光送信器手段(114)により送信された第1の光線(118)が前記薬剤容器(83)及び前記薬剤容器(83)を前記ハウジング(81)内に保持するホルダ(82)を有する薬剤容器ユニット(82,83)の端部(100)の近くを通って前記第1の光受信器手段(115)に到達し、前記針(96)が前記薬剤容器(83)に正しく連結されている場合、前記第1の光線(118)が前記針(96)を支持した針支持体(99)によって遮られるように配置されている請求項16記載の注射器械。
- 前記薬剤容器ユニット(82,83)の前記端部(100)は、前記針(96)が前記薬剤容器(83)に正しく連結されていない場合、前記第1の光線(118)を通過させるよう切頭(120)されている請求項17記載の注射器械。
- 前記薬剤容器(83)への前記針(96)の部分的な連結状態を検出する第2のセンサ手段(114,116,117)を有する請求項16乃至18の何れか1項に記載の注射器械。
- 前記第2のセンサ手段は、前記光送信器手段(114)及び第2の光受信器手段(116)を有し、前記光送信器手段(114)及び前記第2の光受信器手段(116)は、前記針(96)が前記薬剤容器(83)に連結されていない場合、前記光送信器手段(114)により送信された第2の光線(119)が前記薬剤容器ユニット(82,83)の前記端部(100)の近くを通過して前記第2の光受信器手段(116)に到達し、前記針(96)が前記薬剤容器(83)に部分的に連結されている形態では、前記第1の光線(118)が依然として前記第1の光受信器手段(115)に到達している状態で、前記第2の光線(119)が前記針支持体(99)によって遮られるよう配置されている請求項17又は18の従属形式としての請求項19記載の注射器械。
- 前記薬剤容器(83)及び前記薬剤容器(83)を前記ハウジング(81)の内部に保持するホルダ(82)を有する薬剤容器ユニット(82,83)の端部(24;100)は、前記針(96)を支持した針支持体(99)を前記薬剤容器ユニット(82,83)の前記端部(100)に連結できる少なくとも1つの弾性フランジ(103)を備え、前記第1のセンサ手段は、光送信器手段(121)及び光受信器手段(122)を有し、前記光送信器手段(121)及び前記光受信器手段(122)は、前記針(96)が前記薬剤容器(83)に正しく連結されている場合、前記弾性フランジ(103)のうちの1つ(103a)の反射性部分が、前記光送信器手段(121)により送信された光線を前記光受信器手段(122)に向かって反射し、前記針(96)が前記薬剤容器(83)に正しく連結されていない場合、前記反射性部分(103a)が前記光線を前記光受信器手段(122)に一致していない方向に反射するよう配置されている請求項16記載の注射器械。
- 前記薬剤容器(4;83)内に入っている前記液状薬剤を前記患者の皮膚中へ押し込むよう選択的に稼働される第2のアクチュエータ手段(40,44;86,84)を有する、請求項1乃至21の何れか1項に記載の注射器械。
- 前記第2のアクチュエータ手段は、アクチュエータ組立体(86)と、前記アクチュエータ組立体(86)によって駆動され、前記薬剤容器(83)の外部に位置する引っ込み位置から軸方向に動かされて前記薬剤容器(83)に入り、前記液状薬剤を薬剤容器(83)から前記針(96)を通って押し出し、次にその引っ込み位置に戻されることが可能なプッシュ部材(84)を有し、前記注射器械は、開放位置において、前記ハウジング(81)への前記薬剤容器(83)の出し入れを可能にするドア(88)と、前記ドア(88)を開閉するドア開放機構体(89,123,125,126,82)と、前記プッシュ部材(84)が前記薬剤容器(83)内に位置しているとき、前記ドアの開放を阻止するよう前記ドア作動機構体の少なくとも一部をロックし、前記プッシュ部材(84)がその引っ込み位置にあるとき、前記ドア開放機構体(89,123,125,126,82)をロック解除するロック機構体(94,129)とを更に有する請求項22記載の注射器械。
- 前記ロック機構体は、前記プッシュ部材(84)が前記薬剤容器(83)内に位置しているとき、前記ドア開放機構体(89,123,125,126,82)のドア開放ボタン(89)をロックするよう設計されている請求項23記載の注射器械。
- 前記ロック機構体(94,129)は、休止位置において、前記ドア開放ボタン(89)をロックし、前記プッシュ部材(84)の引っ込みの際に前記プッシュ部材(84)によって作動されて前記ドア開放ボタン(89)をロック解除する第1のレバー(129)を有する請求項24記載の注射器械。
- 前記ロック機構体(94,129)は、前記プッシュ部材(84)の変位方向に動くことができる部分(94)を更に有し、該部分(94)は、休止位置において、前記第1のレバー(129)と非接触状態にあり、前記プッシュ部材(84)の引っ込みの際、前記プッシュ部材(84)の端部(93)によって押されて前記第1のレバー(129)に接触してこれを作動させる請求項25記載の注射器械。
- 前記ドア開放機構体(89,123,125,126,82)は、前記プッシュ部材(84)の変位方向に動くことができるドア開放ボタン(89)と、前記ドア開放ボタン(89)によって作動される第2のレバー(125)と、前記変位方向に動くことができ、前記第2のレバー(125)によって作動され、第1のフランジ(127)を備えたロック部材(126)と、前記薬剤容器(83)を前記ハウジング(81)内に保持する薬剤容器ホルダ(82)とを有し、前記薬剤容器ホルダ(82)は、前記第1のフランジ(127)と協働するよう設計された第2のフランジ(128)を有し、前記第2のフランジ(128)は、前記第2のフランジ(128)を前記第1のフランジ(127)によって解除すると、前記ドア(88)と共に前記ドア(88)の閉鎖位置から前記ドア(88)の開放位置に回動することができる請求項23乃至26の何れか1項に記載注射器械。
- 注射制御ボタン手段(18)を有し、前記注射制御ボタン手段(18)は、連続して前記第1のアクチュエータ手段(41)を作動させて前記薬剤容器(4)及び針(25)により構成された組立体を前記第1の動作位置から前記第2の動作位置に移動させて前記針(25)が前記患者の皮膚を穿刺するようにし、そして前記第2のアクチュエータ手段(40)を作動させて前記薬剤容器(4)内に入っている前もって設定された用量の液状薬剤を前記患者の皮膚中に送り込む請求項22乃至27の何れか1項に記載の注射器械。
- 前記接触面(16)と前記患者の皮膚の相互作用時、前記注射制御ボタン手段(18)を作動させる同意信号(S3)を発生させる皮膚センサ手段(68)を有する請求項28記載の注射器械。
- 少なくとも前記針(25)が前記患者の皮膚を穿刺しているときに前記薬剤容器(4)が前記接触面(16)に向かって動く速度を選択し、前記患者中に注射されるべき前記液状薬剤の用量を設定する選択手段(9)を有する請求項28又は29記載の注射器械。
- 端部(83a)が針(96)に連結できる薬剤容器(83)を受け入れる手段(82)と、制御手段(95)と、前記制御手段(95)によって制御され、前記薬剤容器(83)内に入れられている液状薬剤を前記針(96)を通って前記薬剤容器(83)から押し出す手段(86,84)とを有する薬剤注射器械であって、前記制御手段(95)に連結されていて、前記薬剤容器(83)への前記針(96)の正しい連結状態を検出するセンサ手段(114〜117;103a,121,122)を有する薬剤注射器械。
- ハウジング(81)と、開放位置において、前記ハウジング(81)への薬剤容器(83)の出し入れを可能にするドア(88)と、前記ドア(88)を開閉するドア開放機構体(89,123,125,126,82)と、前記薬剤容器(83)の外部に位置する引っ込み位置から軸方向に動いて前記薬剤容器(83)に入り、前記薬剤容器(83)内に入れられている液状薬剤を前記薬剤容器(83)から押し出してこの液状薬剤を患者に投与し、次にその引っ込み位置に戻ることができるプッシュ部材(84)とを有する薬剤投与器械であって、前記プッシュ部材(84)が前記薬剤容器(83)内に位置しているとき、前記ドア(88)の開放を阻止するよう前記ドア作動機構体(89,123,125,126,82)の少なくとも一部をロックし、前記プッシュ部材(84)がその引っ込み位置にあるとき、前記ドア開放機構体(89,123,125,126,82)をロック解除するロック機構体(94,129)を有する薬剤投与器械。
