Abstract
Description

ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病、または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病関連の合併症、深部静脈血栓塞栓症または肺血栓塞栓症などの血栓塞栓症、急性冠症候群(ACS)、狭心症、心筋梗塞、がん、黄斑変性症、炎症、枯草熱、アテローム性動脈硬化症および/または関節リウマチの処置および/または予防に有用であり、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病に関連する合併症の処置および/または予防のための少なくとも1つのペプチドを含み、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、少なくとも1つのヒトインスリンもしくはヒトインスリン類似体もしくは誘導体、グルカゴン様ペプチド(GLP−1)もしくはその類似体もしくは誘導体、またはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4もしくはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4の類似体もしくは誘導体を含む。

Claims (15)
- 自動注射器(1)において、
ケース(2)と;
駆動歯車(20)を回転させるように適用されたモータ(15)と;
駆動歯車(20)と嵌合するように適用された、曲線を成すプランジャ(18)と
を含み、
ここで、該プランジャ(18)は、非偏向状態ではシリンジ(4)の近位カラー(5.2)に当接する、また偏向状態では近位カラー(5.2)を通り抜けて前進しシリンジ(4)内のストッパ(19)に係合する弾性フランジが付いた遠位端を含む、上記自動注射器(1)。 - 扉が閉位置にあるときにケース(2)内の開口部を覆うように適用された扉(22)
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - 扉(22)を開位置で付勢する扉ばね(24)
をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - 扉(22)を閉位置にロックするように適用された解放可能な扉ラッチ(25)
をさらに含む、請求項2または3に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - モータ(15)に連結された歯車列(17)をさらに含み、該歯車列(17)は、駆動歯車(20)と嵌合するように適用されたねじ付き端部があるリンク機構(17.2)を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。
