Abstract
【解決手段】金属元素として少なくともFe及びZnと、Ni、Cu及びMnからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種とを含有する酸化物からなるフェライト焼結体であって、FeをFe2O3換算で42〜50mol%、ZnをZnO換算で15〜35mol%含有し、該焼結体内部のZn濃度を1とした時、上記表面近傍のZn濃度が0.8〜1.2であるフェライト焼結体とする。

Description
また、表面抵抗が109Ω以上であることが好ましく、このフェライト焼結体を所定形状に成してフェライトコアとすることによって、このフェライトコアに導線を巻回してトランスコイル、チョークコイル、チップインダクター、RFID用コイルとした場合、導線とフェライト焼結体間で電流のショートが生じにくいため、フェライトコイルの電気的安定性に優れたものとなる。

Claims (10)
- 金属元素として少なくともFe及びZnと、Ni、Cu及びMnのうち少なくとも1種とを含有する酸化物からなるフェライト焼結体であって、FeをFe2O3換算で42〜50mol%、ZnをZnO換算で15〜35mol%含有し、焼結体の内部のZn濃度を1とした時、表面近傍のZn濃度が0.8〜1.2であることを特徴とするフェライト焼結体。
- Ni、Cu及びMnをそれぞれNiO換算で10〜30mol%、CuO換算で8mol%以下、MnO換算で0.01〜0.5mol%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフェライト焼結体。
- ZrをZrO2換算で0.1質量部以下(0を含まず)含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフェライト焼結体。
- YをY2O3換算で0.1質量部以下(0を含まず)含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 平均結晶粒径が1〜30μm、焼結密度が5.0g/cm3以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 表面抵抗が109Ω以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 体積固有抵抗が109Ω・cm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体の製造方法であって、Feの化合物及びZnの化合物からなる粉末と、Ni、Cu及びMnのうち少なくとも1種の金属元素の化合物からなる粉末とを混合、粉砕して1次粉砕粉末を得る1次粉砕工程と、1次粉砕粉末を仮焼して仮焼粉を得る仮焼工程と、仮焼粉を粉砕して2次粉砕粉末を得る2次粉砕工程と、2次粉砕粉末を所定の形状に成形して成形体を得る成形工程と、成形体を焼成炉中で焼成して焼結体を得る焼成工程とを含み、上記焼成工程が酸素分圧0.01MPa以上の雰囲気下で焼成炉内の体積1m3当たり1m3/分以下の気体を焼成炉内に流して焼成する方法、または上記成形体の周囲に融点が1600℃以上の金属元素酸化物からなり、成形体の周囲に流れる気体を遮蔽する遮蔽材を配置して焼成する方法を用いたことを特徴とするフェライト焼結体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のフェライト焼結体を所定形状に形成してなることを特徴とするフェライトコア。
- 請求項9に記載のフェライトコアに導線を巻回したことを特徴とするフェライトコイル。
