Claims (17)
- 収容部材(3)内に配置された、例えばアキュムレータ、弁、圧力発生及び駆動部材(1,1′,5,6)である複数の液圧、機械及び/又は電気作動の機能部材と、これらの機能部材を接続しかつ少なくとも1の圧力流体供給装置(14)と圧力流体使用装置(19)との間に液圧で作動可能な接続部を形成することのできる複数の圧力流体通路(4,15,16)と、導電体により弁と駆動装置(1,1′,6)に接続可能な1の制御装置とを備えた、スリップ制御付きブレーキシステム用液圧ユニットであって、
前記弁部材(1,1′)は、弁収容部材(3)の第1および第2弁列(x,y)の弁収容孔(2,2′)内に配置され、2つの径方向に向く弁列(x,y)の間に、弁部材(1,1′)を接続する複数の圧力流体孔(4)と、圧力発生部材(5)および駆動部材(6)を収容する収容孔(7,8)とが設けられ、2つの弁列(x,y)の外側で、弁収容部材(3)に軸線に平行に延びる他の配置孔(9,10,11)が設けられることを特徴とする液圧ユニット。 - 圧力発生部材(5)を収容する配置孔(7)は、弁列(x,y)間でこれらに平行に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 駆動部材(6)を収容する配置孔(8)は、圧力発生部材の配置孔(7)に垂直にかつ同軸状に延びることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 2つの弁列(x,y)の外側の配置孔(9,10)のそれぞれに、1の圧力アキュムレータピストン(12,12′)が挿入され、この圧力アキュムレータピストンは、圧力流体孔(13)により、圧力発生部材(5)の配置孔(7)と、通常位置で電磁的に閉じられる弁部材(1)の配置孔(2)とに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 圧力流体孔(15)が、2つの弁列(x,y)の外側に配置されたノイズダンパーの配置孔(11)と、圧力発生部材(5)の配置孔(7)との間に配置され、気密状態にシール可能な配置孔(11)により、圧力発生部材(5)の吐出側と、圧力流体供給装置(14)に導かれる通路(16)との間を液圧的に接続することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 気密状態にシール可能な配置孔(11)を圧力流体供給装置(14)に接続する通路(16)に、配置孔(11)内に延びるフィルタ部材(17)と絞り(27)とが設けられ、この通路(16)は、液圧ユニットの装着位置で、圧力発生部材(5)の圧力流体孔(15)に対する高さの異なる高低差を設けられ、配置孔(11)の通気を可能とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記通路(16)は、圧力流体供給装置(14)の方向に開の逆止弁(18)を設けられ、この逆止弁(18)を圧力流体供給装置(14)に接続する通路部に、通常位置で電磁的に開の弁部材(2′)により、圧力流体使用装置(19)に対する液圧接続部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 圧力発生装置の配置孔(9,10)及び/又は気密状態にシール可能な緩衝チャンバとして作用する配置孔(11)は、ほぼディスク状構造の圧力流体逸し装置(20)を設けられ、この逸し装置は、高低差に関してより高い位置に配置される圧力流体開口により、配置孔(9,10)の通気を可能とする状態に確実に係合されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 弁収容部材(3)の2つの弁列(x,y)の外側に配置された配置孔(9,10)は、一体部材で形成されたカバー(21)により閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記カバー(21)は深絞りされた部材であることを特徴とする液圧ユニット。
- 前記カバー(21)は、セルフカッティング接続部により、弁収容部材(3)に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記カバー(21)は、漏洩及び圧力リリーフ孔(22)を設けられ、このリリーフ孔はカバーの周部に配置されて逆止弁として作用するシールリングで閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 圧力アキュムレータピストン(12,12′)は、深絞りされた部材で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 収容部材(3)内に配置された、例えばアキュムレータ、弁、圧力発生及び駆動部材(1,1′,5,6)である複数の液圧、機械及び/又は電気作動の機能部材と、これらの機能部材を接続しかつ少なくとも1の圧力流体供給装置(14)と圧力流体使用装置(19)との間に液圧で作動可能な接続部を形成することのできる複数の圧力流体通路(4,15,16)と、導電体により弁と駆動装置(1,1′,6)に接続可能な1の制御装置とを備えた、スリップ制御付きブレーキシステム用液圧ユニットであって、2つの弁列の外側には位置された前記収容部材(3)の配置孔のそれぞれに、配置孔(9)に設けられたストッパ部材(32)に当接するように圧力アキュムレータピストン(12)が挿入され、前記ストッパ部材(32)にカバー(21)が設けられ、このカバーは配置孔(9)内にストッパ部材(32)を閉じることを特徴とする液圧ユニット。
- 前記ストッパ部材(32)は、配置孔(9)の壁部に配置された複数の凹部(33)により、配置孔(9)の深さ方向に種々の態様で配置可能であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記圧力アキュムレータピストン(12)はカップ状構造を有し、その開口部を弁収容部材(3)の外形部に延設させて前記ストッパ部材(32)に当接するように移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記凹部(33)は、圧力アキュムレータ(12)の方向に延びる面取り部(34)を有するスナップリング溝として形成され、前記ストッパ部材(32)として作用するワイヤリングをこの凹部(33)内に挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか1に記載の液圧ユニット。
