図3には、トルクコンバータによって伝達されるトルクと、直結摩擦クラッチによって伝達されるトルクとに分配された機関トルクが、スリップを関数として示されている。機関トルクのうち、トルクコンバータによって伝達されるトルク分は、スリップの増大に伴って上昇し、これに対応して、直結摩擦クラッチによって伝達されるトルク分は低下する。
Claims (6)
- 駆動ユニットとしての内燃機関と変速ギヤ式伝動装置とを装備した車両、特に自動車の駆動軸列のための流体式トルクコンバータと該トルクコンバータに並列に配置された摩擦クラッチと測定値検出系と中央計算ユニットを備えたトルク伝達系であって、前記トルクコンバータは車両の駆動ユニットと駆動結合しかつ出力軸を介して後置の自動変速機と作用接続されており、また前記摩擦クラッチは、流動圧力媒体で作動可能であり、かつ、前記トルクコンバータのタービン車と、摩擦ディスクに作用接続されたリングピストンとの間並びに該リングピストンとコンバータカバーとの間にそれぞれ1つずつ配置された圧力室を有し、両圧力室は、両圧力室間で生じる差圧が前記摩擦クラッチによって伝達可能なトルクを決定するように構成されており、前記中央計算ユニットと協働して前記の両圧力室間の差圧を、ひいては摩擦クラッチによって伝達可能なトルクを、所期のように変化させる油圧系が設けられており、しかも前記摩擦クラッチがすべての走行ギヤ段において制御され、かつトルクコンバータがトルク変換係数>2.5を有していることを特徴とする、トルク伝達系。
- 走行運転中に発生する熱を中央計算ユニットによって計上し、こうして作成された熱勘定実際値を、構造的に許容の熱量と比較する、請求項1記載のトルク伝達系。
- 極端な走行状況ではロックアップ・クラッチ制御を介してスリップを変化させ、これによって発生熱量を減少させる、請求項1又は2記載のトルク伝達系。
- 発進走行、加速、登坂走行のような極端な状況を除き、常にロックアップ・クラッチを極めて小さなスリップでもって作動させる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のトルク伝達系。
- トルクコンバータのタービンとロックアップ・クラッチの摩擦ディスクとの間で作用するダンパーユニットが、部分負荷範囲に設計されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のトルク伝達系。
- 駆動ユニットとしての内燃機関と変速ギヤ式伝動装置とを装備した車両、特に自動車の駆動軸列のための流体式トルクコンバータと該トルクコンバータに並列に配置された摩擦クラッチと測定値検出系と中央計算ユニットを備えたトルク伝達系であって、前記トルクコンバータは車両の駆動ユニットと駆動結合しかつ出力軸を介して後置の自動変速機と作用接続されており、また前記摩擦クラッチは、流動圧力媒体で作動可能であり、かつ、前記トルクコンバータのタービン車と、摩擦ディスクに作用接続されたリングピストンとの間並びに該リングピストンとコンバータカバーとの間にそれぞれ1つずつ配置された圧力室を有し、両圧力室は、両圧力室間で生じる差圧が前記摩擦クラッチによって伝達可能なトルクを決定するように構成されており、前記中央計算ユニットと協働して前記の両圧力室間の差圧を、ひいては摩擦クラッチによって伝達可能なトルクを、所期のように変化させる油圧系が設けられている形式のものにおいて、摩擦クラッチが、すべての前進ギヤ段において部分的な閉鎖を少なくとも一時的に行うように制御されることを特徴とする、トルク伝達系。
