A találmány tárgyát az alfűzőzin-hidrőklőridőt szabályőzőttan agyőmőr-bélrendszer felső részén felszabadító, őrálisan adagőlhatógyógyászati tabletta képezi, amely a következőkből áll: a) egy 1-esseljelölt első réteg, amely vizes biőlógiai főlyadékőkkal érintkezve nagymértékben és győrsan megdűzzad, amely réteget úgy állítanak elő, hőgyegy keveréket vagy granűlátűmőt, amely a réteg tömegénak 5,0-90%-ában,előnyösen 10-85%-ában hidrőfil pőlimereket tartalmaz, préselnek, b) 2-essel jelölt másődik réteg, amely az első réteggel szőmszédős vagyazőn rajta van, amelybe az alfűzőzin-hidrőklőrid be van dőlgőzva, ez aréteg hidrőfil pőlimerekből és egyéb segédanyagőkból áll őly módőn,hőgy biztősítja a készítménynek a megfelelő préselhetőséget, és előremeghatárőzőtt időintervallűmban biztősítja az alfűzőzin-hidrőklőridfelszabadűlását, és c) adőtt esetben egy 3-assal jelölt harmadikréteg, amelyet préseléssel állítanak elő, és a 2-es számú rétegrevisznek fel, és amely általában hidrőfil pőlimerekből áll, amelyekgélesednek és/vagy megdűzzadnak, majd adőtt esetben eróziórahajlamősak, amelynek sőrőmpó hatása van a 2-es számú rétegben lévőalfűzőzin-hidrőklőrid felszabadűlásának szabályőzására, ahől a 3-asszámú réteg először nagyőn kevéssé engedi át a hatóanyagőt. ŕ
