Abstract

A tal lm ny t rgya elj r s (I) képletű citalopram, b rmelyenantiomerje és ezek savaddíciós sói elő llít s ra. A tal lm nyértelmében ezek a vegyületek úgy llíthatók elő hogy valamely (IV) ltalnos képletű vegyületet - a képletben X jelentése oxigén- vagy kénatom;R1 és R2 egym stól függetlenül hidrogénatomot vagy 1-6 szénatomottartalmazó alkilcsoportot jelent vagy együtt 2-5 szénatomot tartalmazóalkilénl ncot és ez ltal spirogyűrűt képez; R3 jelentése hidrogénatomvagy 1-6 szénatomot tartalmazó alkilcsoport; R4 jelentése hidrogénatomvagy 1-6 szénatomot tartalmazó alkilcsoport vagy karboxilcsoport vagyaz utóbbiv alakítható prekurzorcsoport; vagy pedig R3 és R4 együtt 2-5szénatomot tartalmazó alkilénl ncot és így spirogyűrűt képez -dehidrat lószerrel kezelnek, vagy - ha X jelentése kénatom - atiazolingyűrűt term lis hasít snak vagy egy gy"k"s inici torral,célszerűen peroxiddal vagy fénnyel kezelésnek vetnek al , amikor az(I) képletű citalopramot kapj k b zisként vagy savaddíciós sóként,ezut n kív nt esetben az így kapott szabad b zist vagy savaddíciós sótgyógy szatilag elfogadható sóv alakítj k.
