Abstract

A találmány tárgya fokozott aminosav- vagy nukleinsavtermelő képességűkorineform baktérium előállítására szolgáló eljárás, amelynek soránmutációkat visznek be a korineform baktérium kromoszómájánelhelyezkedő aminosav- vagy nukleinsav-bioszintetizáló génekpromóterszekvenciájába és ezzel hasonlóvá teszik egy konszenzusszekvenciához, vagy génrekombinációval megváltoztatják a korineformbaktérium kromoszómáján elhelyezkedő aminosav- vagy nukleinsav-bioszintetizáló gének promóterszekvenciáját, és ezzel hasonlóvá teszikegy konszenzus szekvenciához, így mutáns aminosav- vagynukleinsavtermelő korineform mikroorganizmusokat kapnak, amelyekettenyésztenek és kiszelektálják közülük a vizsgált aminosavat vagynukleinsavat nagy mennyiségben termelni képes mutánst. A találmánytárgyát képezik továbbá az aminosavak fokozott szintetizálásáraalkalmas gének és korineform baktériumok, továbbá eljárások aminosav-vagy nukleinsavtermelésre. A találmány szerinti eljárással, plazmidalkalmazása nélkül, rekombinációval vagy mutációval olyan mutánsállítható elő, amely megfelelően fokozza vagy irányítja egy adott génexpresszióját, és amely nagy mennyiségben képes aminosavakat termelni.
