Claims (16)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju gotovog pripravka kalijevog acesulfama, naznačen time da postupak obuhvaća korake:
(a) snabdijevanje pripravka sirovog kalijevog acesulfama koji sadrži kalijev acesulfam, acetoacetamid i vodu;
(b) koncentriranje pripravka sirovog kalijevog acesulfama da bi se stvorio vodeni tok i intermedijarni pripravak kalijevog acesulfama koji sadrži kalijev acesulfam i manje od 33 wppm acetoacetamida;
i
(c) odvajanje intermedijarnog pripravka kalijevog acesulfama da bi se dobio gotov pripravak kalijevog acesulfama koji sadrži kalijev acesulfam i manje od 33 wppm acetoacetamida;
pri čemu se korak koncentriranja (b) provodi na temperaturi ispod 85°C, i pri čemu se korak odvajanja (c) izvodi na temperaturi na ili ispod 20°C i pri čemu se postupak koncentriranja provodi pri ili održava pri vremenu održavanja kraćem od 120 minuta.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da korak snabdijevanja (a) obuhvaća:
reakciju sulfamske kiseline i amina kako bi nastala sol amidosulfamske kiseline;
reakciju soli amidosulfamske kiseline i acetoacetilirajućeg agensa da bi se dobila acetoacetamidna sol;
reakciju acetoacetamidne soli s ciklirajućim agensom u pripravak ciklizirajućeg agensa za stvaranje cikličkog adukta sumpornog trioksida,;
hidroliziranje cikličkog adukta sumpornog trioksida za stvaranje pripravka acesulfama-H koji sadrži acesulfam-H; i
neutraliziranje acesulfama-H u pripravak acesulfama-H da bi se dobio sirovi kalijev acesulfam.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da koncentriranje obuhvaća:
isparavanje pripravka sirovog kalijevog acesulfama da bi se stvorio vodeni tok i intermedijarni pripravak kalijevog acesulfama koji sadrži kalijev acesulfam i manje od 75 mas % vode.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da je vrijeme zadržavanja isparavanja manje od 120 minuta.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da odvajanje obuhvaća:
kristalizaciju intermedijarnog pripravka kalijevog acesulfama da se dobiju kristali kalijevog acesulfama; i filtriranje kristala kalijevog acesulfama da bi se dobio gotov pripravak kalijevog acesulfama.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da se filtriranje provodi na temperaturi od ili ispod 20°C.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da se kristalizacija provodi na temperaturi od ili ispod 20°C.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da se kristalizacija provodi pri pH ispod 10.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da se isparavanje provodi na temperaturi u rasponu od 20°C do 55°C, vrijeme zadržavanja isparivanja je od 10 do 100 minuta, a odvajanje se provodi na temperaturi u rasponu od -10°C do 15°C, vrijeme zadržavanja u operaciji razdvajanja kreće se od 1 do 180 minuta, sirovi pripravak kalijevog acesulfama sadrži od 500 wppm do 2375 wppm acetoacetamida, intermedijarni pripravak kalijevog acesulfama sadrži 10 wppb do 20 wppm acetoacetamida i 10 wppb do 20 wppm acetoacetamid-N-sulfonske kiseline, a gotov pripravak kalijevog acesulfama sadrži od 10 wppb do 10 wppm acetoacetamida i od 1 wppb do 20 wppm acetoacetamid-N-sulfonske kiseline.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da:
(i) se isparavanje provodi na temperaturi ispod 46°C,
(ii) je vrijeme zadržavanja isparivača manje od 30 minuta,
(iii) se kristalizacija provodi na temperaturi ispod 20°C,
(iv) intermedijarni pripravak kalijevog acesulfama sadrži od 10 wppb do 12 wppm acetoacetamida,
i
(v) gotovi pripravak kalijevog acesulfama sadrži od 10 wppb do 7 wppm acetoacetamida.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da sirovi pripravak acesulfama nadalje sadrži otapalo i gdje postupak nadalje obuhvaća uklanjanje otapala iz sirovog pripravka kalijevog acesulfama prije isparavanja.
12. Postupak u skladu s zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da je maseni udio acetoacetamida u gotovom pripravku kalijevog acesulfama manji od masenog udjela acetoacetamida u sirovom pripravku kalijevog acesulfama.
13. Postupak u skladu s zahtjevom 2, naznačen time da nadalje obuhvaća:
odvajanje od pripravka prijelazne faze acesulfama-H koji sadrži najmanje 2 mas % acetoacetamida da bi se stvorio pročišćeni pripravak acesulfama-H.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da neutralizacija sadrži neutralizaciju acesulfama-H u pročišćenom pripravku acesulfama-H da bi se dobio sirovi pripravak kalijevog acesulfama koji sadrži kalijev acesulfam i acetoacetamid.
15. Postupak u skladu s zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da koncentriranje uključuje isparavanje sirovog pripravka kalijevog acesulfama da bi se stvorio vodeni tok i intermedijarni pripravak kalijevog acesulfama koji sadrži kalijev acesulfam i manje od 50 mas % vode, a odvajanje obuhvaća kristalizaciju intermedijarnog pripravka kalijevog acesulfama da bi se stvorila struja koja sadrži kristale koji sadrže kristale kalijevog acesulfama, i filtriranje struje koja sadrži kristale da bi se završio pripravak kalijevog acesulfama.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da filtriranje obuhvaća najmanje dvije operacije filtriranja.
