Claims (12)
1. Process för framställning av polyetenkompositioner i närvaro av eten polymeriserande katalytsystem som uppstär av katalyt och samkatalyt i en reaktionsekvens med flera steg, 5 som bestär av successiva vätskefas- och gasfaspolymerisationer, kännetecknad därav, att processen omfattar ätminstone en kontinuerlig reaktionssekvens, där i första steget eten och valbart väte och sammomomer polymeriseras i en loop-reaktor (10) i lägt kokande kolvätemedium i närvaro av katalyt och samkatalyt som polymeriserar eten, varvid dröj-tiden och reaktion stemperaturen är sädana, att andelen av i reaktom (10) bildande eten-10 polymer frän slutprodukten är mellan 1-20 v-%, reaktionsblandning frän steget överflyttas till andra steget, där polymeriseringen fortsättas i en loop-reaktor (20) genom att tillägga eten, väte och valbart inert kolväte, sammonomerer och samkatalyt, varvid dröjtiden är ätminstone 10 minuter, reaktionsblanding avlägsnas frän loop-reaktom (20) och ätminstone en väsentlig del av reaktionsmedium avlägsnas och polymeren överflyttas tili tredje steget, 15 där polymeriseringen slutförs i en gasfasreaktor (40) i närvaro av tilläggseten och valbart väte, sammonomerer och samkatalyt.
2. Process enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att katalyt inmatas bara tili nämnda första polymeriseringssteget och att samkatalyt inmatas tili nämnda första polyme- 20 riseringssteget och valbart tili andra och/eller tredje stegets loop-reaktor (20) och/eller gasfasreaktor (40).
* 3. Process enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att polymeren producerad i det nämnda första polymeriseringsstegets loop-reaktor (10) har smältindex, som är lägre 25 än smältindex av polymeren producerad i det senare stegets loop-reaktor (20).
4. Process enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad därav, att polymeriseringsomständigheterna • i det första polymeriseringssteget har valts sä, att smältindex MFR2 av den uppstäende etenpolymeren är mellan 0,01 - 50 och i andra polymeriserinssteget omständighetema har 30 valts sä, att smältindex MFR2 av den uppstäende etenpolymerfraktionen är mellan 10 -2000.
5. Process enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad därav, att förhäl- II 17 96216 landet mellan molekylvikt av etenpolymeren producerad i det första polymeriseringssteget och molekylvikt av slutprodukten avlägsnade det nämnda tredje polymeriserinssteget är mellan 0,25-5.
6. Process enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad därav, att reak- tionstemperatur i loop-reaktom (10) av det nämnda första polymeriseringsteget är mellan 20-100 °C, fördelaktigt mellan 40-80 °C och dröjtiden är mellan 10 minuter och 2 timmar.
7. Process enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad därav, att som inert kolväte används propan och att i loop-reaktom (20) av det nämnda andra polymeriseringsteget reaktortryck och reaktortemperatur har valts sä, att reaktionfluid som bildas av inert kolväte, monomer och väte är i överkritisk tillständ.
8. Process enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad därav, att i loop- reaktorn (10) av det första polymeriseringssteget produceras etenpolymer, som har molekylvikten mellan 150.000-600.000 och densiteten mellan 940-970 g/dm3, och att i andra polymeriseringstegets loop-reaktor (20) produceras etenpolymer, som har molekylvikten mellan 5000-50.000 och densiteten mellan 950-980 g/dm3. 20
9. Process enligt patentkrav 8, kännetecknad därav, att i loop-reaktom av det första polymeriseringsteget produceras etenpolymer, vars molekylvikt är mindre än 400.000.
10. Process enligt nägot av de patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknad därav, att i det första 25 polymeriseringsteget tili loop-reaktom (10) inmatas C4-Cg alfaolefin som sammonomer en sädan mängd, att den i reaktom (10) bildade produktens densitet är mellan 910-950 g/dm3.
• 11. Process enligt patentkrav 10, kännetecknad därav, att sammonomeren har valts ur gruppen 1-buten, 1-hexen, 4-metyl-l-penten, 1-okten eller deras blandningar.
12. Process enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad därav, att tili gasfasreaktom (40) av det tredje polymeriseringsteget inmatas C4-C8 alfaolefin som sammonomer. 30
