CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1 ) FORMAR UNA DISOLUCION DE UN POLIMERO TERMOPLASTICO CRISTALINO A BASE DE POLIETILENO, POLIPROPILENO, POLIOXIMETILENO, POLIBUTENO-1, POLILFLUORURO DE VINILIDENO Y POLI (4-METILPENTENO-1). 2 ) EXTRUIR LA SOLUCION. 3 ) REFRIGERAR LA SOLUCION JUNTO A LA ABERTURA, FORMANDO UN GEL QUE CONTIENE UN PRIMER DISOLVENTE. 4 ) EXTRAER EL GEL CON UN SEGUNDO DISOLVENTE VOLATIL. 5 ) SECAR EL GEL OBTENIDO. 6 ) ESTIRAR POR LO MENOS UNO DE: A) EL GEL QUE CONTIENE EL PRIMER DISOLVENTE, B) EL GEL QUE CONTIENE EL SEGUNDO DISOLVENTE, C) EL XEROGEL. SE OBTIENE UNA FIBRA DE POLIETILENO CON UN PESO MOLECULAR MEDIO DE AL MENOS UN MILLON Y CON UN MODULO DE TRACCION DE AL MENOS 1.600 G/DENIER, UNA TEMPERATURA DE FUSION DE AL MENOS 147 C Y UNA ELONGACION NO SUPERIOR DE 5%.
