제2도는 용매를 함유하는 겔섬유 P를 원추형의 도입구를 가진 인발다이(die)에 공급하여 통과시켜서 원형단면등의 연신물을 얻는 방법의 1예를 표시한 개략도.
제3도는 겔상입자로 이루어진 겔상사이트를 회전로울러(R) 및 (R')의 사이를 통과시켜서 압축성형을 행하는 방법의 1예를 표시한 개략도.
Claims (19)
- 20만 이상의 점도 평균 분자량을 가졌으며, 또는 20g/d 이상의 인장강도와 600g/d 이상의 인장탄성율을 가진 폴리에틸렌 필라멘트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도평균 분자량이 30만 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도평균 분자량이 50만 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도평균 분자량이 100만 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인장강도가 23g/d 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인장강도가 25g/d 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인장탄성율이 700g/d 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인장탄성율이 800g/d 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도평균 분자량이 30만이상, 인장강도가 23g/d 이상, 또한 인장탄성율이 700g/d 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서 폴리에틸렌 필라멘트의 단면적이 0.018㎟를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서 폴리에틸렌 필라멘트의 단면적이 0.03㎟를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서 폴리에틸렌 필라멘트의 단면적이 0.05㎟를 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 있어서 폴리에틸렌 항장력선의 고온시의 동적 탄성율의 실온시의 값에 대한 변화율(E' 80℃/E' 20℃)이 60% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 있어서 폴리에틸렌 항장력선의 고온시의 동적 탄성율의 실온시의 값에 대한 변화율(E' 80℃/E' 20℃)이 70%의 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항 내지 14항중 어느하나에 있어서 광파이버 케이블용 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서 점도평균분자량이 20만이상의 초(超)고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 사용하여 용액방사하여 이 용액방사에 의해 제조한 겔파이버를 전연신배율이 10배이상으로 되도록 연신하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제16항에 있어서 연신의 방법이 겔파이버를 2개이상 당겨 가즈런히 하여 합사하여 열판을 사용한 연신기 또는 열풍들을 사용한 비접촉형의 가열장치 혹은 구멍을 가진 다이를 통과시켜 연신하는 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제1항에 있어서 점도평균 분자량이 20만이상의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 용액을 냉각하여 얻어지는 게상입자로 이루어진 겔상시이트를 이 겔시이트의 용해온도 이하의 온도에서 압축하여 이 겔상시이트에 함유되는 용제의 일부를 제거하고 이렇게 하여 압축성형된 시이트를 연신하므로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.
- 제18항에 있어서 연신의 방법이 다이를 통과시켜서 인발연신하는 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 항장력선.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
