Bulus, agir isler için kullanilan bir veya daha fazla ipligin eszamanli olarak bükülerek çekilmesi için asagidaki basamaklari içeren bir isleme iliskindir; a) erimis bir polimer kitlesi, bir büküm tertibatina beslenir; b) erimis kitle, filamanlarin üretilmesi için çok sayida ektrüzyon deligine sahip bir iplik memecigi boyunca geçirilir; c) filamanlar, bir üfleme bölgesi boyunca yönlendirilir; d) filamanlar, bir söndürme hücresi boyunca yönlendirilir; e) filamanlar, bir besleme silindiri ile bir birinci çekme silindiri arasinda gerilir; f) filamanlar, daha sonra birinci çekme silindiri ile ikinci çekme silindiri arasinda çekilir; g) filamanlar,ikinci çekme silindiri ile bir gevsetme silindiri arasinda gevsetilir; h) filamanlar, bir sarim tertibati tarafindan alinir; islem sirasinda bir yaglama ünitesinde filamanlara ayrica bir yaglama maddesi tatbik edilir.
