Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum gleichzeitigen Spinnstrecken eines oder mehrerer hochleistungsfähiger Garne umfassend die Schritte, bei denen a) eine Schmelze von Polymer einer Spinneinrichtung zugeführt wird, b) die Schmelze durch eine Spinndüse (5) mit mehreren Extrudieröffnungen unter Bildung von Fäden (6) extrudiert wird, c) die Fäden (6) durch eine Anblaszone (7) geleitet werden, d) die Fäden (6) durch einen fallschacht (8) geführt werden, e) die Fäden (6) zwischen einer Liefergalette (10) und einer ersten Streckgalette vorgespannt werden, f) die Fäden anschließend zwischen der ersten Streckgalette (11) und einer zweiten Streckgalette verstreckt werden, g) die Fäden (6) zwischen der zweiten Streckgalette (12) und einer Relaxiergalette (13) relaxiert werden, h) die Fäden (6) mittels eines Wicklers (15) aufgewickelt werden, wobei die Fäden (6) außerdem während des Verfahrens mittels einer Präparationseinheit (9) mit einer Präparation versehen werden, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass Polyamidgarne hergestellt werden, dass die Verstreckung im wesentlichen in trockener Atmosphäre erfolgt und dass als erste Streckgalette (11) eine Galette mit einem arithmetischen Mittelwert ihrer Oberflächenrauhigkeit Ra von mindestens 0, 2 νm eingesetzt wird.
