Claims (3)
- 폴리에스터 이수축혼섬사 제조시, 폴리에스터 중합물의 흐름을 분리하여 한쪽에는 사이드피딩장치를 이용해서 배향억제개질제를 투입하여 4,000m/분 이상의 속도로 방사하여 고수축특성을 가지는 반연신사(POY)를 형성시키고, 다른쪽은 개질제 투입없이 동일하게 4,000m/분 이상의 속도로 방사하여 연신사를 형성시킨 다음에 상기 두원사를 공기교락처리하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 이수축혼섬사의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배향억제 개질제로 폴리아미드, 폴리스티렌, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 중 하나 또는 둘 이상을 선택하여 폴리에스터 대비 0.1 ~ 5중량%를 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 이수축혼섬사의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수득된 섬유의 강도가 2.0g/데니어 이상이고, 고수축성 사속과 저수축성 사속의 비등수축율차가 30% 이상, 최종 혼섬사의 비등수축율이 35% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 이수축혼섬사의 제조방법.
