Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour le blocage de l'empoise de cylindre (3) et du logement de palier axial (5) d'une batterie de cylindres de laminage, ainsi que du chariot pour le remplacement des cylindres de laminage (7) lors du laminage et lors du remplacement des cylindres de laminage, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit, contre le montant de cage (1), un mécanisme de verrouillage (2) mobile en direction horizontale, qui présente des éléments de verrouillage (4, 6, 9) par lesquels on peut verrouiller le mécanisme de verrouillage (2) pour le déplacement axial du cylindre avec l'empoise de cylindre (3), pour la fixation de la position du logement de palier axial (5) par rapport à l'empoise de cylindre (3) ou avec le chariot de remplacement des cylindres de laminage dans la position de remplacement des cylindres de laminage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit, contre l'empoise de cylindre (3), un boulon (10) disposé à demeure en direction axiale, qui est guidé à travers le logement de palier axial (5) et en ce qu'on prévoit, contre le logement de palier axial (5), un verrou pivotant (8) qui peut entrer en interaction avec le boulon (10) faisant saillie hors du logement de palier axial (5), de telle sorte que, via ce boulon (10), on peut fixer l'écartement axial entre l'empoise de cylindre (3) et le logement de palier axial (5) au cours du remplacement des cylindres de laminage.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le verrou pivotant (8) peut être activé pour le déverrouillage au moyen dudit un élément de verrouillage (9).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le verrou pivotant (8), lorsque l'élément de verrouillage (9) s'écarte, peut entrer en interaction, de par son propre poids, avec le boulon (10), pour bloquer en direction axiale l'empoise de cylindre (3) par rapport au logement de palier axial (5).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boulon (10) est biseauté à l'extrémité faisant saillie par rapport au logement de palier axial (5), si bien que lors du déplacement conjoint de la batterie de cylindres, le verrou pivotant (8) peut être repoussé à l'aide du biseau et peut ensuite entrer en interaction avec le boulon, de par son propre poids.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, pour éviter un écartement par basculement du verrou pivotant (8) à l'état libre, on prévoit deux butées (11) contre le logement de palier axial (5).
