Description
本發明關於一種十八水平移動滾子式滾壓架(18HS)(HS=horizontal shift水平移動)滾壓架的中間滾子用的組束臂裝置,其中在操作側的建入件與驅動側的建入件之間在中間滾子側邊設有可樞轉的組束臂(Clusterarm),側邊的支持滾子整合在該組束臂中,以將工作滾子支持在滾壓架中。
在18HS滾壓架用的中間滾子組的卡匣式構方式的場合一種18HS滾壓架的中間滾子用的組束臂裝置,其中在操作側的建入件與驅動側的建入件之間在中間滾子側邊設有可樞轉的組束臂,側邊的支持滾子整合在該組束臂中,以將工作滾子支持在滾壓架中。
這種整合在組束臂中的支持滾子的目的,係防止工作滾子彎曲,以及利用其下方所設之支持構件調整手段將工作滾子對中間滾子作水平移動(HS)。
在滾子更換的場合,如果支持構件調整手段在拉回位置時該組束臂為“自由”(空閒)者,則該組束臂須移到一定位置且位於滾壓架中央,且因此將工作滾子定位在滾壓架中央。
在習知的結構,該與組束臂牢接的樞轉軸完全通過建入件一直到其外側為止,並利用「保持塊」(Halteklotz)牢牢保持住,因此該軸可在建入件中轉動。組束臂回復到該一定的「中央位置」的作用如下達成:利用彈簧套組(Federpaket,英:spring packet)將該組束臂之突伸過建入件的樞轉軸及組束臂壓到所要的位置。在種設置方式,當該具有組束臂中間滾子組作組裝及維修時需貴很大工夫,因為在每次拆卸時都得將保持塊與彈簧套組拿掉以及將保持塊與彈簧套組再裝回,以及要調整彈簧組以將組束臂的中央位置設在滾壓機中。
此外,要將該組束臂拆卸,該二個建入件要互相完全移離直到該長的樞轉軸變自由為止。
本發明的目的在提供一種組束臂裝置,它可使安裝與維修工作大大簡化。
這種目的依本發明達成之道係利用一種18HS滾壓架的中間滾子用的組束臂裝置,其中在操作側的建入件與驅動側的建入件之間在中間滾子側邊設有可樞轉的組束臂,側邊的支持滾子整合在該組束臂中,以將工作滾子支持在滾壓架中,其中:在該建入件與該組束臂之間設有一與組束臂牢牢連接的樞轉銷,組束臂可繞該樞轉銷的軸樞轉,且有一該組束臂的止動手段以及一個具有回復彈簧的止擋部呈緊密單元的方式設在組束臂與建入件之間,對樞轉銷作用。
在此,詳言之,該與組束臂牢接的樞轉銷與一鎖閂夾片(它當作止動件)配合,該銷閂夾片設計成使得當該固定在建入件上的可樞轉的銷閂夾片轉入時,該樞轉銷相對於建入件沿軸向受止動,但仍可樞轉。
該可樞轉的鎖閂夾片在閉合的狀態可利用一固定螺絲固定。
此外,在該固定螺絲鬆開後,該可樞轉的銷閂夾片可向上樞轉,其中該組束臂被釋放,固定該建入件可沿軸向移出。
此外,在該樞轉銷的外冠上固定著一止擋件,該止擋件隨組樞臂一齊樞轉,其中該組束臂向外的樞轉運動受該鎖閂夾片限制,在此情形中該止擋件頂住在該鎖閂夾片上。
依另一設計,該組束臂向內的樞轉運動可被一回復彈簧承受,其中,當沒有外力作用到該組束臂上時,該回復彈簧將組束臂一直壓回到止擋件倚在鎖閂夾片上為止。
在此新穎構想,該組束臂的止動件與該具有回復彈簧的止擋部呈一緊密單元形式設在組束臂與建入件之間的區域中,而且各設在該兩端。
在此,並非將組束臂的長樞轉軸牢設在組束臂上,而係將二個樞轉銷牢設在組束臂上,如此使安裝與維修工作簡化,因為要將組束臂拆卸,只需將該建入件互相移開一段短短的行程。
該與組束臂牢接的樞轉銷設計成使得當一固定在建入件上的可樞轉的鎖閂夾片轉入時,該組束臂隨該建入件沿軸向被止動,但仍可樞轉。
本發明在以下配合圖式說明。
樞轉銷(3)設在建入件(1)與組束臂(2)之間,組束臂(2)可繞樞轉銷(3)的軸樞轉。
該與組束臂(2)牢接的樞轉銷(3)設計成使得當一個固定在建入件(1)上的可樞轉之銷閂夾片(4)轉入時,該具有建入件(1)的組束臂(2)沿軸向受止動,但仍可樞轉。
該可樞轉的鎖閂夾片(4)在閉合的狀態利用一固定螺絲(5)固定。
將固定螺絲(5)鬆開後,該可樞轉的鎖閂夾片(4)可向上樞轉,且使組束臂(2)變自由,因此建入件(1)可沿軸向移開。
有一止擋件(6)固定在樞轉銷(3)的外冠,該止擋件與組束臂(2)共銷轉。組束臂(2)之向外的樞轉運動利用鎖閂夾片(4)限制。在此情形,止擋件(6)頂在鎖閂夾片(4)上。此位置係在作滾子更換時,集緊臂須佔住的位置。
組束臂(2)向內樞轉的運動的動能利用一回復彈簧(7)承受(吸收)。如果沒有外力作用到組束臂(2),則回復彈簧(7)將組束臂壓回,直到止擋件(2)倚在鎖閂夾片(4)上為止。

Claims (5)
- 一種18HS滾壓架的中間滾子用的組束臂裝置,其中在操作側的建入件與驅動側的建入件之間在中間滾子側邊設有可樞轉的組束臂,側邊的支持滾子整合在該組束臂中,以將工作滾子支持在滾壓架中,其特徵在:在該建入件(1)與該組束臂(2)之間設有一與組束臂牢牢連接的樞轉銷(3),組束臂(2)可繞該樞轉銷的軸樞轉,且有一該組束臂(2)的止動手段以及一個具有回復彈簧(7)的止擋部(6)呈緊密單元的方式設在組束臂(2)與建入件(1)之間,對樞轉銷(3)作用。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組束臂裝置,其中:該與組束臂(2)牢牢連接的樞轉銷(3)與一當作止動手段用的鎖閂夾片(4)配合,該鎖閂夾片設計成使得當該固定在建入件(1)上的可樞轉的鎖閂夾片(4)轉入時,該組束臂(2)相對於建入件(1)沿軸受被止動,但仍可樞轉。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之組束臂裝置,其中:該可樞轉的鎖閂夾片(4)在閉合的狀態可利用一固定螺絲(5)固定。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項之組束臂裝置,其中:在該樞轉銷(3)的外冠上固定著一止擋件(6),該止擋件隨組樞臂(2)一齊樞轉,其中該組束臂(2)向外的樞轉運動受該鎖閂夾片(4)限制,在此情形中該止擋件(6)頂住在該鎖閂夾片(4)上。
- 如前述申請專利範圍第1或第2項之組束臂裝置,其中: 該組束臂(2)向內的樞轉運動可被一回復彈簧(7)承受,其中,當沒有外力作用到該組束臂(2)上時,該回復彈簧(7)將組束臂(2)一直壓回到止擋件(6)倚在鎖閂夾片(4)上為止。
