Description

呈卡匣構造方式的四滾子式/六滾子式/十八HS滾子式滾壓架
本發明關於一種呈卡匣構造方式的四滾子式-/六滾子式-/18HS(HS=horizontal shift,水平偏移)滾子式滾壓架(Walzgerst,英:rolling stand)。
習知的卡匣(Kassette)構造方式的4高(4-high)、六高(6-high):18HS滾壓架對於不同的操作方式,例如CVC4高或6高以及CVC plus 18HS,沒有組合的可能性。
對於組合式的滾壓架的一主要的要求在於:在習知之滾子更換時,要能在二種操作方式之間交換,而不須在滾壓架上作改裝行動。
因此本發明的目的在於要能在一滾壓架中用不同操作方式及不同滾子直徑作滾壓,而將改裝時間減到最少並少並因此提高年產量。
依本發明,這種目的,在一種呈卡匣構造方式的四滾子式/六滾子式/十八HS滾子式滾壓架,其中該彎曲力量經由活塞-缸單元傳到滾子建入件的彎曲栓上,該活塞-缸單元與Mae West塊件連接,其達成之道係為:該活塞的活塞桿與該Mae West塊件牢牢連接,且該活塞-缸單元的缸體包含滾子的建入件(Einbaustck,英:built-in piece)上的彎曲栓(Biegezapfen),因此該彎曲力量可直接傳到該滾子建入件的彎曲栓上。
最好,該上滾子的彎曲缸的活塞桿與該下滾子的活塞桿製成一體。
依另一特點,係利用活塞桿將靠近活塞的那一側及靠近環的那一側供以液壓油。
此組合式滾壓架須可用於當作縮減滾壓架及回火(Dressieren,英:temper或skin pass)滾壓架,且可用於普通鋼(Normalstahl)、高強度鋼、不銹鋼及非鐵金屬。
該4高/6高滾壓架的工作滾子可和卡匣構造方式的中間滾子組(包含側邊的支持滾子)與18 HS滾壓架的工作滾子作更換。
在4高/6高滾壓架的工作滾子組的更換位置與在18 HS滾壓架中的中間滾子組的滾子位置相同。
對於該二操作方式使用相同的軸向移動缸與彎曲缸。為了涵蓋這二種操作方式和相關滾子直徑組態以及其同滾子更換位置,彎曲缸需要有大的行程距離,在4滾子式/6滾子式滾壓架的空間需求須很有限,且滾子直徑為最小。
在彎曲缸的習知結構,該缸體牢牢地裝在Mae West塊件(Mae West Block)中,且彎曲力量經由活塞缸與一受導引的中間件傳到滾子建入件的彎曲栓(Biegezapfen)。
本發明的彎曲的構想在於:活塞的活塞桿與該Mae West塊件牢接,亦即缸體被移動。
活動的缸體被往上或往下壓,缸體設計成使它包含滾子的建入件上的彎曲栓,且因此彎曲力量直接傳到滾子建入件的彎曲栓。
上滾子的彎曲缸的活塞桿與下滾子的彎曲缸的活塞桿係製成一體,活塞那一側及環那一側係利用活塞桿供以液壓油。
這種彎曲構想可使得在緊密構造方式有大的行程距離,故用在組合式滾壓架中很理想。如此,有4滾子式或6滾子式滾壓架中的工作滾子,以子18 HS滾壓架中的中間滾子可上升或下降到所需高度以作滾子更換,然後呈整組的方式用相同的車具(Wagen)更換。利用這種滾子組的卡匣構造方式,在不同操作方式之間作更換的期間可減少到一道普通的滾子更換的期間。
只用利用這種彎曲構想,才能作該二種操作方式──卡匣構造式的CVC4高或6高,以及CVC18 HS。
活塞桿(1)利用一保持塊(Halteklotz)(2)牢牢保持在Mae West塊件中(3)中。缸殼體(4)藉著在活塞側或環側施以壓力在Mae West塊件(3)的導引件中垂直移行,並利用缸體(4)中的囊(5)(Taschen)將彎曲力量經由滾子建入件(7)上的彎曲栓(6)傳到其上以及對應到傳到18 HS滾壓架的中間滾子(8)的滾子栓上(圖1a)或傳到4高滾子式滾壓架中的工作滾子(9)的滾子栓上(圖1b)或傳到6高滾子式滾壓架中的工作滾子(10)的滾子栓上(圖1c)。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種呈卡匣構造方式的四滾子式/六滾子式/十八HS滾子式滾壓架,其中該彎曲力量經由活塞-缸單元傳到滾子建入件(7)的彎曲栓(6)上,該活塞-缸單元與Mae West塊件(3)連接,其特徵在:該活塞的活塞桿(1)與該Mae West塊件(3)牢牢連接,且該活塞-缸單元的缸體(4)包含滾子的建入件(7)上的彎曲栓(6),其中該上滾子的彎曲缸的活塞桿(1)與該下滾子的活塞桿製成一體,且該缸體(4)藉著在該活塞前側的一空間中及在該活塞後側的一空間中施壓力而在該塊件(3)中的導引件中垂直移行,使得該彎曲力量可直接傳到該滾子建入件(7)的彎曲栓(6)上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之四滾子式/六滾子式/十八HS滾子式滾壓架,其中:利用活塞桿(1)將活塞前側的空間和活塞後側的空間供以液壓油。
