Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于在轧制时和在轧辊更换时锁止轧辊组的轴向轴承壳体(5)和轴承座(3)以及换辊车(7)的装置。在此,在轧机机架(1)处设置有可水平移动的锁止装置(2),其具有锁止元件(4,6,9),经由锁止元件(4,6,9),锁止装置(2)为了轧辊的轴向移动可锁止轧辊轴承座(3),用于固定轴向轴承壳体(5)关于轧辊的轴承座(3)的位置,或者可将换辊车锁止在换辊位置中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在轧制时和在轧辊更换时锁止轧辊组的轴向轴承壳体和轴承座(Einbaustueck)以及换辊车的装置。
背景技术
在轧机机架的轧辊处的磨损或程序变换要求更换在轧钢机的各个轧机机架中的轧辊组。
对此在实践中使用换辊车,利用其可将轧辊组移入到轧机机架中或者从其中移出。
在已知的设计中,利用专门为此设置的锁片(Verriegelungslasche)将换辊车锁止在轧机机架处的位置中。同样已知的是,安装在操作侧处的锁片为了将轴承座锁止在机架中与工作辊(4辊轧机机架)或中间辊(18HS轧机机架)的轴向移动相联合。
在换辊时,轴向轴承在换辊期间与轴承座非固定地相连接。这导致,在轧辊借助于换辊车(其在轴向轴承壳体处顶或拉轧辊组)移入到机架中/从机架中移出期间,轴承座相对于轴向轴承壳体的位置改变,这导致在锁止在轧机机架中时的困难或轧辊组在车上的位置不与所期望的相符。
发明内容
本发明的目的是避免上面所描述的缺点。
该目的根据本发明在用于在轧制时和在轧辊更换时锁止轧辊组的轴向轴承壳体和轴承座以及换辊车的装置中实现,通过在轧机机架处设置有可竖直且可水平移动的锁止装置,其具有锁止元件,经由锁止元件,锁止装置为了轧辊的轴向移动可锁止轧辊轴承座,用于固定轴向轴承壳体关于轧辊的轴承座的位置,或者可将换辊车锁止在换辊位置中。
优选地,设计方案由从属权利要求得出且在下面进行描述。
新的锁止设计这样组合两个功能,使得除了在4辊轧机机架中工作辊轴承座的锁止或者在18HS轧机机架中中间辊轴承座的锁止和轧辊在轴承座中的轴向移动之外,联合的轴向移动锁止附加地还使得换辊车锁止在轧机机架处的更换位置中成为可能,而为此不需要单独的功能。
此外,借助于可摆动的锁销(Riegel),新的设计对于换辊的情况设置有轴向轴承与轴承座的锁止。由此实现,即在换辊期间轧辊组本身不改变而在机架中没有问题的锁止或者在换辊车上的正确的定位变得可能。

具体实施方式
在图1中可识别出该情况,在其中轧辊在轧机机架中使用。在轧机机架处被引导的组合的锁止/轴向移动部2利用锁止元件4锁止轧辊组的轴承座3以及利用锁止元件6锁止轧辊组的轴向轴承壳体5。
在图2中可识别出该情况,在其中恰好发生换辊。不仅轴承座3而且轴向轴承壳体5被解锁。在轧机机架1处被引导的组合的锁止/轴向移动部2利用锁止元件4锁止换辊车7。
新的设计包含一种用于借助于可摆动的锁销8将轴承座3与轴向轴承壳体5锁止的装置,锁销8利用锁止元件9(其安装在组合的锁止/轴向移动部2的块处)能够被打开且其在锁止元件9移开时通过其自重经由轴向布置的螺栓10(其被固定地安装在轴承座3处且被引导通过轴向轴承壳体5)将轴承座3与轴向轴承壳体5轴向锁止。螺栓10在端部处倾斜,使得在轧辊组互碰时可摆动的锁销8可在倾斜处被推开且然后在轧辊组完全撞在一起时通过自重落到设置在螺栓10中的凹槽中。为了避免在自由状态中可摆动的锁销8的倾倒(Wegkippen),在轴向轴承壳体5处固定有两个挡块11。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于在轧制时和在轧辊更换时锁止轧辊组的轴向轴承壳体(5)和轴承座(3)以及换辊车(7)的装置,其特征在于,在轧机机架(1)处设置有能够水平移动的锁止装置(2),其具有锁止元件(4,6,9),经由所述锁止元件(4,6,9),所述锁止装置(2)为了所述轧辊的轴向移动能够锁止所述轧辊轴承座(3),用于固定所述轴向轴承壳体(5)关于所述轧辊的轴承座(3)的位置,或者能够将所述换辊车锁止在换辊位置中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述轴承座(3)处设置有轴向固定地布置的螺栓(10),其被引导通过所述轴向轴承壳体(5),且在所述轴向轴承壳体(5)处设置有可摆动的锁销(8),其能够被带到与从所述轴向轴承壳体(5)伸出的所述螺栓(10)这样接合,使得在换辊期间经由所述螺栓(10)能够固定在所述轴承座(3)与所述轴向轴承壳体(5)之间的轴向间距。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述可摆动的锁销(8)借助于一个所述锁止元件(9)能够被带到接合以解锁。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述可摆动的锁销(8)在所述锁止元件(9)移开时通过其自重能够被带到与所述螺栓(10)接合,以便相对于所述轴向轴承壳体(5)轴向锁止所述轴承座(3)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述螺栓(10)在从所述轴向轴承壳体(5)伸出的端部处倾斜,使得在所述轧辊组互碰时所述可摆动的锁销(8)能够在倾斜处被推开且然后通过自重能够被带到与所述螺栓接合。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,为了避免在自由状态中所述可摆动的锁销(8)的倾倒,在所述轴向轴承壳体(5)处设置有两个挡块(11)。
