Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于18HS轧机机架的中间辊组的组束臂装置,其中在操作侧的装入件与驱动侧的装入件之间在中间辊侧旁布置能摆动的组束臂,其中所述侧旁的支承辊集成在所述组束臂中,以用于将工作辊支承在机架中。在此,在所述装入件(1)与所述组束臂(2)之间布置与所述组束臂固定连接的摆动销(3),所述组束臂(2)能围绕所述摆动销的轴线摆动,并且用于所述组束臂(2)的制动结构以及具有复位弹簧(7)的、作为紧凑的单元的止挡件(6)以对所述摆动销(3)起作用的方式布置在组束臂(2)与装入件(1)之间的区域内。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于18HS轧机机架的中间辊组的组束臂装置,其中在操作侧的装入件与驱动侧的装入件之间在中间辊侧旁布置可摆动的组束臂,侧旁的支承辊集成在该组束臂中,以用于将工作辊支承在机架中。
在用于18HS轧机机架的中间辊组的卡带构造方式(Kassettenbauweise)中,在操作侧的装入件与驱动侧的装入件之间在中间辊侧旁(入口侧和出口侧)布置可摆动的组束臂,侧旁的支承辊集成在该组束臂中,以用于将细长的工作辊支承在机架中。
在组束臂中集成的支承辊的目的在于防止工作辊弯曲,以及利用其下方布置的支承桥调节部(Stützbrückenverstellung)实现工作辊向中间辊的水平移动(HS)。
在更换辊时,如果当支承桥调节部中在拉回位置中时该组束臂“被释放”,则该组束臂必须被移到预定位置中并位于轧机机架中心,并且因此将工作辊定位在轧机机架中心。
在已知的结构中,与组束臂固定连接的摆动轴完全穿过装入件被引导至其外侧,并利用保持块来固定,从而该轴可在装入件中转动。组束臂回复到该预定的“中心位置”以下述方式实现:通过弹簧组将组束臂的突伸过装入件的摆动轴、该组束臂压到所期望的位置中。这种布置方式在组装及维修具有组束臂的中间辊组时需要很高的耗费,因为需要在每次拆卸时都需要取下保持块与弹簧套组,并再次组装保持块与弹簧套组,以及调整弹簧组以将组束臂的中心位置设在轧机中。
此外,为了拆卸组束臂,这两个装入件要互相完全移开直到该长的摆动轴被释放。
本发明的目的是实现一种组束臂装置(Clusterarmanordnung),该组束臂装置使安装与维修工作明显简化。
所述目的根据本发明利用一种用于18HS轧机机架的中间辊组的组束臂装置来实现,其中在操作侧的装入件与驱动侧的装入件之间在中间辊侧旁布置能摆动的组束臂(Clusterarm),其中所述侧旁的支承辊集成在所述组束臂中,以用于将工作辊支承在机架中,其特征在于,
在所述装入件与所述组束臂之间布置与所述组束臂固定连接的摆动销,所述组束臂能围绕所述摆动销的轴线摆动,并且
用于所述组束臂的制动结构以及具有复位弹簧(Rückholfeder)的、作为紧凑的单元的止挡件以对所述摆动销起作用的方式布置在组束臂与装入件之间的区域内。
在此具体而言,与所述组束臂固定连接的所述摆动销与用作制动结构的锁闩片共同作用,所述锁闩片设计成使得,当在所述装入件上固定的能摆动的锁闩片转入时,所述组束臂关于所述装入件被轴向制动,但仍能摆动。
所述能摆动的锁闩片在闭合的状态能利用固定螺栓来固定。
在所述固定螺栓松开后,所述能摆动的锁闩片能向上摆动,其中所述组束臂被释放,从而所述装入件能轴向移出。
此外规定,在所述摆动销的凸缘上固定止挡件,所述止挡件与所述组束臂一起摆动,其中所述组束臂向外的摆动运动受所述锁闩片限制,在这种情况下所述止挡件支承在所述锁闩片上。
根据另一种设计方案,所述组束臂向内的摆动运动能由复位弹簧接受,其中,当没有力从外部作用到所述组束臂上时,所述复位弹簧将所述组束臂压回,直至所述止挡件抵靠在所述锁闩片上。
在所述新的设计方案中,组束臂的制动结构以及具有复位弹簧的止挡件作为紧凑的单元布置在组束臂与装入件之间的区域中,即分别设置在两个端部上。
在此,替代组束臂的长的摆动轴,将两个摆动销固定地安装在组束臂上。这样可以简化安装与维修工作,因为为了拆卸组束臂只需以短行程使装入件互相移开。
与组束臂固定连接的摆动销如此设计,使得当在装入件上固定的可摆动的锁闩片转入时,该组束臂与装入件被轴向制动,但仍可摆动。

在装入件1与组束臂2之间布置摆动销3,组束臂2可绕摆动销3的轴线摆动。
与组束臂2固定连接的摆动销3设计成使得,当在装入件1上固定的可摆动的锁闩片4转入时,组束臂2与装入件1被轴向制动,但仍可摆动。
可摆动的锁闩片4在闭合的状态下利用固定螺栓5固定。
在固定螺栓5松开后,可摆动的锁闩片4可向上摆动,且释放组束臂2,因此装入件1可沿轴向移开。
止挡件6固定在摆动销3的凸缘上,止挡件与组束臂2一起摆动。组束臂2向外的摆动运动受锁闩片4限制,在这种情况下,止挡件6支承在锁闩片4上。此位置是组束臂2在更换辊时必须占据的位置。
组束臂2向内的摆动运动由复位弹簧7接受。如果没有力从外部作用到组束臂2上,则复位弹簧7将组束臂压回,直到止挡件2抵靠在锁闩片4上。
Claims (6)
1.用于18HS轧机机架的中间辊组的组束臂装置,其中在操作侧的装入件与驱动侧的装入件之间在中间辊侧旁布置能摆动的组束臂,其中所述侧旁的支承辊集成在所述组束臂中,以用于将工作辊支承在机架中,
其特征在于,
在所述装入件(1)与所述组束臂(2)之间布置与所述组束臂固定连接的摆动销(3),所述组束臂(2)能围绕所述摆动销的轴线摆动,并且
用于所述组束臂(2)的制动结构以及具有复位弹簧(7)的、作为紧凑的单元的止挡件(6)以对所述摆动销(3)起作用的方式布置在组束臂(2)与装入件(1)之间的区域内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组束臂装置,
其特征在于,
与所述组束臂(2)固定连接的所述摆动销(3)与用作制动结构的锁闩片(4)共同作用,所述锁闩片设计成使得,当在所述装入件(1)上固定的能摆动的锁闩片(4)转入时,所述组束臂(2)关于所述装入件(1)被轴向制动,但仍能摆动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组束臂装置,
其特征在于,
所述能摆动的锁闩片(4)在闭合的状态能利用固定螺栓(5)来固定。

其特征在于,
在所述固定螺栓(5)松开后,所述能摆动的锁闩片(4)能向上摆动,其中所述组束臂(2)被释放,从而所述装入件(1)能轴向移出。
