Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种以盒式结构形式的4辊/6辊/18HS辊轧机架。
背景技术
由文件WO 2004/052568 A1已知一种以盒式结构形式的4辊/6辊/18HS辊轧机架,在其中弯曲力经由与Mae West块相连接的活塞-气缸单元被传递到轧辊轴承座(Walzeneinbaustueck)的弯曲轴颈(Biegezapfen)上。
预先已知的以盒式结构形式的4辊、6辊、18HS轧机机架不具有不同运行模式(例如CVC plus®4辊或者6辊以及CVC plus®18HS)的组合可能性。
对组合的轧机机架的一个主要的要求在于在通常的换辊期间能够在两种运行模式之间变换,而不须在机架处进行改造。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是在换装时间最小化的情况下能够以不同的运行模式和轧辊直径在轧机机架中轧制且相应地提高年产量。
该目的根据本发明在以盒式结构形式的4辊/6辊/18HS辊轧机架中来实现,在其中弯曲力经由与Mae West块相连接的活塞-气缸单元被传递到轧辊轴承座的弯曲轴颈上,由此活塞在活塞杆处与Mae West块固定地相连接,并且气缸体包括在轧辊的轴承座处的弯曲轴颈,使得弯曲力因此可直接传递到轧辊轴承座的弯曲轴颈上。
优选地,上轧辊的弯曲气缸(Biegezylinder)的活塞杆和下轧辊的活塞杆一体地制成。
根据另一设计方案设置成,对活塞侧以及环侧的液压供应通过活塞杆实现。
组合的轧机机架应不仅作为减缩机架(Reduktionsgeruest)而且作为平整机(Dressierwalzwerk)使用,以及用于普通钢、高强度钢、不锈钢和NE金属。
4辊/6辊机架的工作辊组可被以盒式结构形式的中间辊组(包括侧向的支撑滚子)和18HS机架的工作辊替换。
工作辊组在4辊/6辊机架中的更换位置与在18HS机架中的中间辊组的更换位置一致。
对于两种运行模式使用相同的轴向移动气缸以及弯曲气缸。为了覆盖两种运行模式和相应的轧辊直径配置以及共同的轧辊更换位置,对于弯曲气缸更大的冲程变得必需,在4辊/6辊轧机架中对于最小的轧辊直径带有受限的可用空间。
在对弯曲气缸的已知的设计中,气缸体被固定地装配在Mae West块中,且弯曲力经由活塞杆和所引导的中间块被传递到轧辊轴承座的弯曲轴颈上。
根据本发明的弯曲设计在于,活塞在活塞杆处与Mae West块固定地相连接,即气缸体被移动。
可移动的气缸体被向上或者向下推压。气缸体这样实施,使得其包括在轧辊的轴承座处的弯曲轴颈且弯曲力因此被直接传递到轧辊轴承座的弯曲轴颈上。
上轧辊的弯曲气缸的活塞杆和下轧辊的弯曲气缸的活塞杆被一件式地制造。
对活塞侧以及环侧的液压供应通过活塞杆实现。
该弯曲设计允许在紧凑的结构形式中的较大的冲程,对于在组合的轧机机架中的使用是理想的。由此,不仅在4辊或者6辊轧机架中的工作辊而且在18HS轧机机架中的中间辊对于换辊能够被升高或者降低到所需要的高度上,且然后作为完整的组与相同的车交换。通过轧辊组的盒式结构形式,在运行模式之间的变换持续时间被降低到正常的换辊的持续时间上。
通过该弯曲设计才可能以盒式结构形式实现用于两种运行模式(不仅CVC plus®4辊或者6辊而且CVC plus®18HS)的轧机机架。

具体实施方式
活塞杆1借助于保持块(Halteklotz)2被固定地保持在Mae West块3中。气缸体4通过活塞侧或者环侧的压力加载在Mae West块3中的引导部中被竖直地移动,且借助于在气缸体4中的凹部5将弯曲力经由在轧辊轴承座7处的弯曲轴颈6传递到其上,且相应地传递到在18HS轧机机架(图1a)中的中间辊8或在4辊轧机机架(图1b)中的工作辊9或者在6辊轧机机架(图1c)中的10的辊颈上。

Claims (2)

1.一种以盒式结构形式的4辊/6辊/18HS辊轧机架,在其中弯曲力经由与Mae West块(3)相连接的活塞-气缸单元被传递到轧辊轴承座(7)的弯曲轴颈(6)上,其特征在于,所述活塞在活塞杆(1)处与所述Mae West块(3)固定地相连接,并且气缸体(4)包括在所述轧辊轴承座(7)处的所述弯曲轴颈(6),上轧辊的弯曲气缸的活塞杆(1)和下轧辊的活塞杆一体地制成,并且所述气缸体(4)通过活塞前侧的空间和活塞后侧的空间的压力加载在所述Mae West块(3)中的引导部中被竖直地移动,使得所述弯曲力因此能够直接传递到所述轧辊轴承座(7)的弯曲轴颈(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的4辊/6辊/18HS辊轧机架,其特征在于,对活塞侧以及环侧的液压供应通过所述活塞杆(1)实现。
