Claims (46)
- Tor mit einem zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Öffnungsstellung bewegbaren und eine Mehrzahl von bzgl. parallel zueinander verlaufenden Kippachsen gegeneinander verkippbaren Torblattelementen aufweisenden Torblatt, einer in dem Torblatt integrierten Tür mit einem um eine etwa senkrecht zu den Kippachsen verlaufende Schwenkachse bzgl. in Richtung der Kippachsen benachbarten Torblattelementen verschwenkbaren, in seiner Schließstellung in einer Ausnehmung des Torblattes aufgenommenen und in der Schließstellung vorzugsweise etwa in der Torblattebene angeordneten Türblatt und einer einer Verformung des Torblattes entgegenwirkenden Stabilisierungsanordnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisierungsanordnung ein in der Schließstellung des Torblattes vorzugsweise auf dem Boden der mit dem Torblatt verschlossenen Öffnung aufliegendes, den unteren Rand der Ausnehmung bildendes und vorzugsweise an den der Ausnehmung in Richtung der Kippachsen benachbarten Torblattelementen befestigtes Schwellenelement aufweist, dessen Höhe in Richtung der Schwenkachse zumindest im Bereich seiner vorzugsweise etwa parallel zu den Kippachsen verlaufenden Ränder weniger als 20 mm, vorzugsweise weniger als 10 mm, besonders bevorzugt weniger als 8 mm, insbesondere 5 mm oder weniger beträgt.
- Tor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des Schwellenelementes in einer senkrecht zur Torblattebene in der Schließstellung verlaufenden Richtung größer ist als die Torblattdicke in dieser Richtung, zweckmäßigerweise mehr als 150 %, bevorzugt mehr als 200 %, besonders bevorzugt mehr als 250 % der Torblattdicke, insbesondere 300 % der Torblattdicke oder mehr beträgt, wobei sich das Schwellenelement vorzugsweise über die gesamte Torblattdicke erstreckt.
- Tor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorzugsweise zumindest abschnittweise aus einem Material mit einer Zugfestigkeit von mehr als 120 N/mm2, insbesondere mehr als 370 N/mm2, besonders bevorzugt mehr als 540 N/mm2, aber zweckmäßigerweise weniger ais 1000 N/mm2, insbesondere weniger als 900 N/mm2, bevorzugt weniger als 750 N/mm2 gebildete Schwellenelement im Bereich mindestens eines seiner vorzugsweise etwa parallel zu den Kippachsen verlaufenden Ränder zur Bildung einer sich in Richtung der Kippachsen erstreckenden Aufnahme für ein Dichtungselement an seiner in der Schließstellung des Torblattes unteren Begrenzungsfläche auf sich selbst zurückgebogen ist.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwellenelement einen sich etwa parallel zu den Kippachsen erstreckenden und in der Schließstellung nach unten offenen Kanal zwischen seinen seitlichen Rändern aufweist, zur Aufnahme eines Befestigungsabschnittes des Dichtungselementes.
- Tor nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Begrenzungswände des Kanals rampenförmig in Richtung auf die seitlichen Ränder des Schwellenelementes abfallen, wobei sie in der Schließstellung vorzugsweise einen Winkel von weniger als 60° mit einer Horizontalebene einschließen.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gesamthöhe des Schwellenelementes zwischen dem Boden und dem Türblatt in der Schließstellung weniger als 22 mm, vorzugsweise weniger als 12 mm, besonders bevorzugt weniger als 10 mm, insbesondere 7 mm oder weniger beträgt.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwellenelement zumindest abschnittweise aus einem Material hoher Zugfestigkeit, wie etwa Stahl, mit einer Materialstärke von 7 mm oder weniger, insbesondere 6 mm oder weniger, besonders bevorzugt 5 mm oder weniger, zweckmäßigerweise 3 mm oder weniger, besonders zweckmäßig 2 mm oder weniger gebildet ist.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein im Bereich der in der Schließstellung unteren Begrenzungsfläche des Schwellenelementes angebrachtes und sich etwa parallel zu den Kippachsen vorzugsweise über die gesamte Torblattbreite erstreckendes Dichtungselement.
- Tor nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtungselement einen vorzugsweise zumindest teilweise in dem Kanal des Schwellenelementes aufgenommenen Befestigungsabschnitt und mindestens einen, vorzugsweise zwei ausgehend davon in einander entgegengesetzten Richtungen schräg nach unten abfallende Dichtlappen aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein dem Befestigungsabschnitt abgewandter Rand mindestens eines Dichtlappens zumindest abschnittweise in der Schließstellung nach oben abgebogen ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtungselement vorzugsweise im Bereich seines Befestigungsabschnittes von einem ggf. oben offenen Kabelkanal durchsetzt ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Dichtlappen über mindestens eine Soll-Biegestelle geringer Materialstärke mit dem Befestigungsabschnitt verbunden ist.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwellenelement an in der Schließstellung unteren Rändern der der Ausnehmung in Richtung der Kippachsen benachbarten Torblattelemente befestigt ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch ein einerseits am unteren Rand eines der Torblattelemente und andererseits an einer oberen Begrenzungsfläche des Schwellenelementes befestigtes Befestigungselement.
- Tor nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement einen ausgehend von der Torblattaußenseite in der Schließstellung schräg nach unten in Richtung auf einen außenseitigen Rand des Schwellenelementes abfallenden oberen Begrenzungsflächenabschnitt und/oder einen von der Torblattinnenseite in der Schließstellung schräg nach unten in Richtung auf einen innenseitigen Rand des Schwellenelementes abfallenden oberen Begrenzungsflächenabschnitt aufweist, wobei mindestens einer der oberen Begrenzungsflächenabschnitte in der Schließstellung einen Winkel von 10° oder mehr, vorzugsweise 15° oder mehr, besonders bevorzugt 20° oder mehr mit der Horizontalebene einschließt.
- Tor nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement einen in einer sich parallel zu den Kippachsen erstreckenden, unten offenen Einbuchtung im unteren Rand der Torblattelemente aufgenommenen Vorsprung aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement eine zwischen einem an einer Innenfläche des Torblattes anliegenden Wandelement und dem Vorsprung gebildete Aufnahme zum Aufnehmen eines am unteren Rand des Torblattelementes angeordneten Vorsprunges aufweist.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türblatt eine Mehrzahl von bzgl. kolinear zu den Kippachsen verlaufenden Achsen gegeneinander verkippbaren Türblattelementen aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Türblattelemente in einer senkrecht zu den Kippachsen verlaufenden Schnittebene etwa die gleiche Form aufweisen wie die Torblattelemente.
- Tor nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, gekennzeichnet durch ein an dem in der Torblatt-Schließstellung unteren Türblattelement angebrachtes und in der Türblatt-Schließstellung zwischen dem Schwellenelement und dem unteren Türblattelement angeordnetes Übergangselement.
- Tor nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übergangselement eine in der Türblatt-Schließstellung an dem Schwellenelement anliegende Dichtungsanordnung aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungsanordnung ein in der Türblatt-Schließstellung an einer vorderen Begrenzungsfläche des Schwellenelementes anliegendes Dichtungselement und/oder ein in der Türblatt-Schließstellung an einer oberen Begrenzungsfläche des Schwellenelementes anliegendes Dichtungselement aufweist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übergangselement zumindest im Bereich der Torblattaußenseite in einer senkrecht zu den Kippachsen verlaufenden Schnittebene etwa die gleiche Form aufweist wie das Befestigungselement.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisierungsanordnung mindestens ein oberhalb der Ausnehmung angeordnetes und die Ausnehmung überspannendes Stabilisierungselement aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stabilisierungselement eine in der Torblatt-Schließstellung etwa in einer Vertikalebene angeordnete Begrenzungsfläche aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stabilisierungselement in einem oberhalb der Ausnehmung angeordneten Torblattelement aufgenommen ist und/oder an einer inneren Begrenzungsfläche eines oberhalb der Ausnehmung angeordneten Torblattelementes befestigt ist.
- Tor mit einem zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Öffnungsstellung bewegbaren und vorzugsweise eine Mehrzahl von bzgl. parallel zueinander verlaufenden Kippachsen gegeneinander verkippbaren Torblattelementen aufweisenden Torblatt, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer zum Erfassen von Gegenständen oder Personen im Bereich einer Bewegungsbahn eines bei einer Schließbewegung vorlaufenden Randes des Torblattes ausgelegten, berührungslos arbeitenden Sicherungseinrichtung.
- Tor nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungseinrichtung mindestens eine Senderanordnung zum Abgeben von Signalen in einer etwa parallel zu den Kippachsen verlaufenden Richtung und mindestens eine Empfängeranordnung zum Empfangen der von der Senderanordnung abgegebenen Signale aufweist, wobei die Senderanordnung und die Empfängeranordnung vorzugsweise im Bereich einander entgegengesetzter seitlicher Ränder des Torblattelementes angebracht, vorzugsweise an dem Torblatt befestigt sind.
- Tor nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Senderanordnung zum Abgeben von Signalen längs zwei oder mehr in einer senkrecht zur Torblattebene verlaufenden Richtung gegeneinander versetzt angeordneten und sich vorzugsweise etwa parallel zu den Kippachsen erstreckenden Signalwegen betreibbar ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Signalwege von einem gemeinsamen Senderelement gespeist werden.
- Tor nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens zwei Senderelemente, von denen jedes zum Speisen mindestens eines Signalweges ausgelegt ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Signalwegen ein gemeinsames Empfängerelement der Empfängeranordnung zugeordnet ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Senderanordnung zum Abgeben von Signalen in einem Signalkegel mit einem Öffnungswinkel von mehr als 2°, vorzugsweise 5° oder mehr und/oder 20° oder weniger, insbesondere 10° oder weniger, besonders bevorzugt 8° oder weniger betreibbar ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Element der Senderanordnung, wie etwa ein Senderelement oder ein Umlenkelement, und/oder mindestens ein Element der Empfängeranordnung, wie etwa ein Empfängerelement oder ein Umlenkelement über eine Kopplungsanordnung um eine etwa parallel zu den Kippachsen verlaufende Schwenkachse verschwenkbar an dem Torblatt befestigt ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 34, gekennzeichnet durch eine Anschlaganordnung zum Begrenzen der Schwenkbewegung des Elementes der Senderanordnung und/oder des Elementes der Empfängeranordnung derart, daß das verschwenkbar befestigte Element während der Schließbewegung zumindest längs eines Abschnittes der Bewegungsbahn des bei der Schließbewegung vorlaufenden Randes des Torblattes unterhalb dieses Randes etwa in einer den vorlaufenden Rand enthaltenden Vertikalebene angeordnet ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 34 oder 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopplungsanordnung einen im Bereich des bei der Schließbewegung vorlaufenden Randes bzgl. einer parallel zu den Kippachsen verlaufenden Schwenkachse verschwenkbar an dem Torblatt, insbesondere an einer inneren Begrenzungsfläche des Torblattes befestigten Kopplungshebel aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopplungshebel in mindestens einer Schwenkstellung den bei der Schließbewegung vorlaufenden Rand des Torblattes übergreift.
- Tor nach Anspruch 36 oder 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopplungshebel zwei oder mehr jeweils in einer senkrecht zu den Kippachsen verlaufenden Ebene einen Winkel von weniger als 180° miteinander einschließende Hebeisegmente aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Hebelsegmente bzgl. einer parallel zu den Kippachsen verlaufenden Schwenkachse verschwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei vorzugsweise eine Verschwenkbewegung der Hebelsegmente mit Hilfe einer Anschlaganordnung begrenzt ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 36 bis 39, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopplungshebel ein Gehäuse für mindestens ein Senderelement, mindestens ein Empfängerelement und/oder mindestens ein Umlenkelement aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 40, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse in dem verschwenkbar an dem Torblatt befestigten Hebelsegment befestigten Hebelsegment angeordnet ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 40 oder 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse zwei oder mehr Fenster für jeweils mindestens ein sich längs eines der Signalwege ausbreitendes Signal aufweist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 39 bis 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein der Schwenkachse abgewandter Endbereich des verschwenkbar mit dem am Torblatt befestigten Hebelsegment verbundenen Hebelsegmentes bzgl. dem am Torblatt befestigten Hebelsegment in Richtung der Kippachse versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 34 bis 43, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an der Kopplungsanordnung befestigtes Element der Sicherungseinrichtung bei Erreichen der Schließstellung des Torblattes automatisch in das Innere des mit dem Torblatt verschlossenen Raumes verschwenkbar ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 34 bis 44, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopplungsanordnung zum Auswelchen in einer der Schließbewegung entgegengesetzten Richtung bei Auftreffen auf ein Hindernis in der Endphase der Schließbewegung ausgelegt ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung für ein Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 45.
