Abstract
Description
- Herstellen eines Gleisabschnittes mit Schienen und daran in einem vorgegebenen Abstand zueinander befestigten Schwellen,
- Anordnen und Halten des Gleisabschnitts mit Abstand oberhalb der unteren Tragschicht,
- Einbringen von Stäben in die untere Tragschicht, insbesondere in der Fahrbahnmitte,
- Richten der Seiten- und Höhenlage des Gleisabschnitts,
- Abstützen des Gleisabschnitts, insbesondere über mindestens einen Teil der Schwellen, auf der unteren Tragschicht,
- Fixieren des Gleisabschnitts, insbesondere über die Schwellen, an den Stäben gegen Seitenverschiebung, und
- Gießen der oberen Tragschicht, insbesondere unter Verwendung einer zuvor angebrachten Verschalung.

Claims (5)
- Hebevorrichtung zum Anheben eines Gleisabschnittes mit Schienen (4, 5) und daran befestigten Schwellen (1) bei der Herstellung einer festen Fahrbahn für Schienenfahrzeuge mit mindestens einem, die Fahrbahn überspannenden Rahmen (33), an welchem, insbesondere an den Schienen (4, 5), angreifende Greifer (44) und Hubmittel (37, 38, 39, 40) zum Anheben des Gleisabschnittes angebracht sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (33) längs der Fahrbahn verfahrbar ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Rahmen (33) zusätzlich Mittel (45) zum Ausrichten der Seiten- und/oder der Höhenlage des Gleisabschnittes vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens drei Rahmen (33, 33', 33") vorgesehen sind, von denen mindestens der erste Rahmen (33) ein Boden-, insbesondere Raupenfahrwerk (41, 42), aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiteren Rahmen (33', 33") Abstützmittel (51) aufweisen zum Abstützen während der Hebe- und Richtarbeiten und jeweils ein Schienenfahrwerk (45) zum Transport. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Rahmen (33, 33', 33") über Verbindungsstangen (48) miteinander verbunden sind, die bevorzugt zugleich Verbindungsleitungen tragen.
