Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer festen Schienenfahrbahn mit quer zur Fahrbahn angeordneten, die Schienen tragenden Schwellen (31), die in eine obere Tragschicht (3) eingegossen sind, die ihrerseits auf einer unteren Tragschicht (4) abgestützt ist, bei welchem ein vorgefertigter Gleisabschnitt (2) mit Schienen (19) und Schwellen (31), sogenannter Gleisrost, mittels Hebe- und Richtvorrichtungen oberhalb der unteren Tragschicht (4) positioniert und eingerichtet wird, bevor die obere Tragschicht (3) vergossen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hebe- und Richtvorrichtungen in Teile (7, 8, 17) zerlegt zum Einsatzort transportiert und vor Ort montiert werden sowie bevorzugt nach Beendigung ihres Einsatzes wieder demontiert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine einmal benutzte Hebe- und Richtvorrichtung wiederverwendet wird, indem sie nach jedem Einsatz in Teile (7, 8, 17) zerlegt, zum nächsten Einsatzort transportiert und dort wieder zusammengebaut wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hebe- und Richtvorrichtungen zugleich zur Fixierung des Gleisabschnitt (2) während dem Vergießen verwendet werden und erst dann demontiert werden, wenn die obere Tragschicht (3) ausreichend fest geworden ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hebe- und Richtvorrichtungen in einen Trog (1) eingehängt oder auf einer Aufstandsfläche, insbesondere einer unteren Tragschicht (4), abgestützt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hebe- und Richtvorrichtungen zugleich zur Halterung einer Verschalung für die obere Tragschicht (3) verwendet werden, wobei bevorzugt zusätzliche Abstützungen für die Verschalung verwendet werden, so daß die Hebe- und Richtvorrichtungen vor den zusätzlichen Abstützungen demontiert werden können. - Hebe- und Richtvorrichtung zum Positionieren und Einrichten eines Gleisabschnitts (2) oberhalb einer unteren Tragschicht (4) bei der Herstellung einer festen Schienenfahrbahn mit einer die Fahrbahn überspannenden Quertraverse (7), an der Quertraverse (7) vorhandenen Halteelementen (18) zum Halten und Richtmitteln (17) zum Richten des Gleisabschnitts (2) sowie Stützelementen (8) zum Abstützen der Quertraverse (7) seitlich der Fahrbahn,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hebe- und Richtvorrichtung aus vorgefertigten Teilen (7, 8, 17) besteht, die am Einsatzort der Hebe- und Richtvorrichtung montierbar sind, wobei die vorgefertigten Teile (7, 8, 17) bevorzugt lösbar miteinander verbindbar sind und wobei insbesondere je ein seitliches Stützelement (8) und die Quertraverse (7) sowie gegebenenfalls die Halte- und Richtelemente (17, 18) jeweils ein vorgefertigtes Teil bilden. - Hebe- und Richtvorrichtung nach einem Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stützelemente (8) zur hängenden Abstützung der Quertraverse (7) in einem Trog (1) ausgebildet sind, insbesondere als Einhängevorrichtung mit einer vertikalen Stützstrebe (9), einem Aufnahmeelement an ihrem unteren Ende für ein Ende der Quertraverse (7) und einem Haltearm (11) an ihrem oberen Ende, wobei der Haltearm (11) bevorzugt eine am Trog (1) abstützbare Höheneinstellschraube (12) aufweist und/oder an der vertikalen Stützstrebe (9) Befestigungsmittel (13) vorgesehen sind, mittels der die Stützstrebe (9) am Trog (1) festlegbar ist, wobei an der vertikalen Stützstrebe (9) bevorzugt Spannmittel (14) vorgesehen sind, mittels der die Quertraverse (7) im Trog (1) verspannbar ist. - Hebe- und Richtvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stützelemente (8) zur stehenden Abstützung der Quertraverse (7) auf einer Aufstellfläche, insbesondere einer unteren Tragschicht (4) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Stützelemente (8) jeweils einen auf der Aufstellfläche (4) aufstellbaren Ständer (26) umfassen, an dem jeweils ein Ende der Quertraverse (7) festlegbar ist und der bevorzugt Mittel (27, 28, 29) zur Verankerung mit der Aufstellfläche (4) und/oder mit dem jeweils anderen Ständer (26) aufweist. - Hebe- und Richtvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Quertraverse (7) wahlweise mit Stützelementen (8) zur hängenden Abstützung oder mit Stützelementen (8) zur stehenden Abstützung verbindbar ausgebildet ist und bevorzugt einen Hebe-Richtbalken (17) mit Mitteln (18) zum Halten und Mitteln (15, 16) zum Richten eines Gleisabschnitts (2) aufweist, wobei zwischen Quertraverse (7) und Hebe-Richtbalken (17) insbesondere eine Stellschraube (15) zur Einstellung der gegenseitigen Höhenlage (h) der beiden Schienen (19) des Gleisabschnitts (2) sowie bevorzugt eine weitere Stellschraube (16) zur Feinsteinrichtung des Gleisabschnitts (2) zusammen mit der Stellschraube (15) für die gegenseitige Höhenlage (h) und ebenfalls bevorzugt an dem Hebe-Richtbalken (17) eine Wasserwaageneinrichtung (20) zur Einstellung und Kontrolle der gegenseitigen Höhenlage (h) vorgesehen ist, wobei außerdem zur Seitenrichtung des Gleisabschnitts (2) der Hebe-Richtbalken (17) längs der Quertraverse (7) bevorzugt verschiebbar ausgebildet ist, beispielsweise mittels eines Spindelgetriebes (24) oder die Quertraverse (7) relativ zu den seitlichen Stützelementen (8) in Richtung ihrer Längsachse (III) verschiebbar mit den seitlichen Stützelementen (8) verbindbar ist, beispielsweise mittels Spindelschrauben (14). - Hebe- und Richtvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Hebe-Richtbalken (17) oder der Quertraverse (7) eine Meßeinrichtung (25) vorgesehen ist, mittels welcher die Seitenlage des Gleisabschnitts (2) relativ zu einem seitlichen Meßpunkt, insbesondere relativ zur Seitenwand (5) des Troges (1) überprüft und eingestellt werden kann, wobei an den seitlichen Stützelementen (8) bevorzugt Halterungen (30) für Schalungsteile vorgesehen sind, wobei die Halterungen (30) insbesondere zur lösbaren Befestigung der Schalungsteile ausgebildet sind und ebenfalls bevorzugt zusätzliche unabhängige Abstützmittel aufweisen.
