Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur positionsgenauen Herstellung oder Einrichtung von Schienenstützpunkten (6) für die Aufnahme von Eisenbahnschienen auf vorbetonierten Betonfahrbahnen (3) mit Hilfe von Schienenstützpunkt-Elementen im Rahmen der Herstellung von Eisenbahnstrecken, insbesondere von Hochgeschwindigkeits-Eisenbahnstrecken, welche Betonfahrbahnen Auskammerungen für die Aufnahme der in Fahrbahnlängsrichtung beabstandet gereiht anzuordnenden Schienenstützpunkte (6) aufweisen, mit den Verfahrensschritten1.1) es wird ein Fertigungskreislauf für eine Mehrzahl von Fixierrahmen (5) mit daran an vorgegebenen Stellen angeschlossenen Schienenstützpunktelementen eingerichtet, der eine Aufnahmestation (2) mit Aufnahmeeinrichtungen aufweist und in Fertigungsrichtung und damit in Fahrbahnlängsrichtung zu einer Positionierstation (1) mit Justiereinrichtungen führt,1.2) die einzelnen Fixierrahmen (5) oder Fixierrahmengruppen werden von der Aufnahmestation (2) zur Positionierstation (1) bewegt und dort positionsgenau justiert, danach an der Betonfahrbahn, Fixierrahmen nach Fixierrahmen bzw. Fixierrahmengruppe nach Fixierrahmengruppe, mit Abstand voneinander temporär befestigt sowie von der Justiereinrichtung befreit,1.3) mit Hilfe der temporär an der Betonfahrbahn befestigten Fixierrahmen bzw. Fixierrahmengruppen und der Schienenstützpunktelemente werden die Schienenstützpunkte (6) hergestellt oder eingerichtet,1.4) während die Schienenstützpunkte gemäß Merkmal 1.3) hergestellt oder eingerichtet werden, wird die Positionierstation und wird die Aufnahmestation in Fertigungsrichtung arbeitsschrittweise weiterbewegt,1.5) nach den Weiterbewegungsschritten gemäß Merkmal 1.4) werden in der Aufnahmestation die an der Betonfahrbahn befestigten Fixierrahmen bzw. Fixierrahmengruppen von der Betonfahrbahn freigesetzt und von den Aufnahmeeinrichtungen aufgenommen und in der Positionierstation werden andere, zur Positionierstation bewegte Fixierrahmen oder Fixierrahmengruppen gemäß Merkmal 1.2) justiert, temporär an der Betonfahrbahn befestigt und von der Justiereinrichtung befreit - und danach wird an diesen Fixierrahmen bzw. Fixierrahmengruppen das Merkmal 1.3) wiederholt,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Positionierstation einerseits und die Aufnahmestation andererseits synchron bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Positionierstation einerseits und die Aufnahmestation andererseits unabhängig voneinander bewegt und mit Hilfe einer Übergabeeinrichtung (8) sowie einer Übernahmeeinrichtung (7) gekoppelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Fixierrahmen bzw. die Fixierrahmengruppen an Anschlagkanten der Betonfahrbahn befestigt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei mit Schienenstützpunkt-Elementen gearbeitet wird, die als Schalungselemente (22) für das Betonieren von Schienenstützpunkten ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei mit Schienenstützpunkt-Elementen gearbeitet wird, die als vorgefertigte Schienenstützpunkte ausgeführt sind und einbetoniert werden.
- Maschinensystem für die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 mit7.1) einem längs der Betonfahrbahn als Positionierstation verfahrbaren Justierautomaten (1) , der eine Einrichtung für den Transport von Fixierrahmen (5) oder von Fixierrahmengruppen in Fertigungsrichtung sowie eine Justiereinrichtung für die Justierung der Fixierrahmen (5) oder der Fixierrahmengruppen aufweist, die von dem Justierautomaten (1) an der Betonfahrbahn befestigt werden,7.2) einem längs der Betonfahrbahn als Aufnahmestation verfahrbaren Zubringerportal (2) mit Hub- und Fördereinrichtung (4) für die Fixierrahmen (5) und Fixierrahmengruppen, welches Zubringerportal (2) nach der Herstellung oder Einrichtung der Schienenstützpunkte (6) in Fertigungsrichtung hinter dem Justierautomaten (1) die Fixierrahmen (5) bzw. Fixierrahmengruppen aufnimmt und in den Fertigungskreislauf wieder einführt,
- Maschinensystem nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Einrichtung des Justierautomaten (1) für den Transport von Fixierrahmen (5) oder von Fixierrahmengruppen einen Kettenförderer (9) und auf horizontalen Maschinenrahmenteilen verschiebbare Justierrahmen (10) mit Justiermechanik (11) aufweist und wobei zwischen Kettenförderer (9) und Justierrahmen (10) Übergabearme (12) angeordnet sind.
- Maschinensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, wobei die Hub- und Fördereinrichtung (4) des Zubringerportals (2) aus einem Hebezeug besteht, an welches die Fixierrahmen (5) oder Fixierrahmengruppen anschließbar sind, und welches in Fertigungsrichtung und zurück verfahrbar ist.
- Maschinensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei der Justierautomat (1) und das Zubringerportal (2) an eine gemeinsame, mit einem Rechner ausgerüstete Steuerzentrale (13) angeschlossen sind, die mit dem Maschinensystem verfahrbar ist.
