Abstract
Description
Ein weiterer Nachteil ist eine fehlende Notentriegelung. Dies erschwert die Notevakuation der Aufzugspassagiere beim Stehenbleiben der Aufzugskabine in der Umgebung einer Haltestelle.
An gegenseitigen Enden der Parallelhebel 4,5, gegenüber der Schiene 6, sind weitere geometrisch gleiche Hebel 7,8, mittels Lagerstellen L48,L57 drehbar befestigt. Die Hebel 7,8 weisen an einem kurzen Ende 7k,8k eine Lagerstelle L79,L89 auf, an denen eine zweite Schiene 9 gelagert ist. Die Schienen 6,9 bilden zusammen mit den Parallelhebeln 4,5 das nun geschlossene erste Parallelogramm.
Am zweiten, langen Ende 71,81 der Hebel 7,8 sind Lagerstellen L711,L811 angeordnet, an denen eine Riegelstange 11 befestigt ist. Die Riegelstange 11 wird entsprechend der Bewegung der zweiten Schiene 9 in den Lagerstellen L48,L57 zur Schiene 9 parallelverschoben. Die Riegelstange 11 bildet zusammen mit der Schiene 9 und den Hebeln 7,8 ein zweites Parallelogramm. Die Bewegung dieses zweiten Parallelogramms wird einerseits durch einen Hebelanschlag 18 und andererseits durch einen Riegelanschlag 17 begrenzt.
Die Riegelstange 11 wird im wesentlichen durch das Eigengewicht der Riegelstange 11 und den verbundenen Teilen in einer durch den Hebelanschlag 18 definierten Lage gehalten. Das erste und das zweite Parallelogramm weisen mit der zweiten Schiene 9 ein gemeinsames Teil auf, wodurch vorgegeben ist, dass sich die Schienen 6, 9 und die Riegelstange 11 entsprechend den Hebelgeometrien der Parallelhebel 4,5 und der Hebel 7,8 parallelverschieben.
Die Riegelstange 11 ist mit einem Zapfen 12 versehen, welcher ein Riegel 14 mittels Riegelkulisse 13 steuert. Dadurch wird die mit dem Riegel 14 fest verbundene Riegelklinke 15 gesteuert. Die Riegelkulisse 13 ist vorteilhafterweise mit einem Gleitbelag versehen oder sie besteht aus einer Kunststoffeinlage, welche die erforderlichen Gleit- und Führungseigenschaften besitzt. Alternativ kann natürlich auch der Zapfen 12 aus einem entsprechend Gleitmaterial ausgeführt sein.
Der Mitnehmer 1 ist derart auf der Kabinentür befestigt, das die Schienen 6,9 entsprechend der Fahrtrichtung der Aufzugskabine ausgerichtet sind.
Die Kabinentür ist damit mittels der Riegelklinke 15 und der Sperre 16 verriegelt.
Die Verbindung von Kabinentür zur Schachttür ist nun hergestellt und Kabinentür wie Schachttür sind entriegelt und können geöffnet, bzw. anschliessend wiederum geschlossen werden. Beim Schliessvorgang ergibt sich entsprechend ein gegenläufiger Bewegungsablauf.
Befindet sich die Aufzugskabine nicht im Zutrittsbereich einer Haltestelle fehlt zu diesem Zeitpunkt das Schachttürseitige Rollenpaar 2. Dadurch entfällt die durch das Aufdrücken der Rollen des Rollenpaares 2 erzeugte Gegenkraft auf die zweite Schiene 9 und die Riegelstange 11 erfährt keine zusätzliche Verschiebung, weswegen auch der Riegel 14 nicht betätigt wird. Dadurch verbleibt die Riegelklinke 15 im Eingriff zur Sperre 16 und die Kabinentür bleibt verriegelt.
Der Vorteil dieser Anordnung liegt darin dass weitere bewegte Elemente wie eine dritte Schiene mit den zugehörigen Lagerstellen entfallen. Dadurch werden die Kosten gesenkt und die Schmutz- und Veschleissanfälligkeit wird verringert. Gleichzeitig ist eine sichere und schnelle Ver- bzw. Entriegelung der Kabinen- und Schachttür gewährleistet.
Befindet sich eine Aufzugskabine in der beschriebenen Ausgangstellung, geringfügig ausserhalb des normalen Zutrittbereiches, kann der autorisierte Fachmann die Schachttür mittel eines genormten Schlüssels entriegeln und aufschieben. Eine diesbezügliche Notentriegelung der Schachttüre ist in den Aufzugsnormen gefordert und hinlänglich bekannt. Versucht nun der Fachmann die Kabinentüre aufzuschieben, gelingt dies nicht, weil die Kabinentür wie in Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigt beschrieben verriegelt ist. Zum Zwecke der Notentriegelung ist nun der Nothebel 19, wie in Fig. 4 und 5 gezeigt, derart angeordnet, dass ein Schwenken desselben ein verschieben des Hebels 7, damit ein verschieben der Riegelstange 11 und wie in der Fig. 3 ersichtlich eine Entriegelung der Riegelklinke 15 aus dem Sperrbereich der Sperre 16 zur Folge hat, wodurch die Kabinetür entriegelt ist. Zur einfachen Betätigung des Nothebels 19 ist eine Zugleine 20 vorgesehen. Damit kann der Nothebel 19 auch betätigt werden, wenn sich der Mitnehmer nicht im direkten Blickfeld des autorisierten Fachmannes befindet. Anstelle der Zugleine 20 sind andere Elemente wie eine Zugstange oder ähnlichem denkbar.
Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zum Verbinden einer Kabinentür mit einer Schachttür und zum Verriegeln bzw. Entriegeln der Türen, wobei ein an der Kabinentür angeordneter Mitnehmer (1) mit Schienen (6, 9) zusammen mit an der Schachttür angeordneten Rollen (4) die Kabinentür mit der Schachttür lösbar verbindet und eine erste Riegelmechanik (10) die Kabinentür verriegelt bzw. entriegelt und eine zweite Riegelmechanik (3) die Schachttür verriegelt bzw. entriegelt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Parallelhebel (4, 5) drehbar angeordnet sind, an deren einem Ende Hebel (7,8) gelenkig angeordnet sind, die an einem Ende mit einer Schiene (9) des Mitnehmers (1) verbunden sind, wobei die Bewegung der Parallelhebel (4, 5) und die Bewegung der Schiene (9) auf die erste Riegelmechanik (10) übertragen ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel (7,8) je einen kurzen Arm (7k,8k) und einen langen Arm (71,81) aufweisen, wobei am kurzen Arm (7k,8k) die Schiene (9) und am langen Arm (71,81) die erste Riegelmechanik (10) angelenkt sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Riegelmechanik (10) eine an den Hebeln (7,8) angelenkte Riegelstange (11) aufweist, die vertikale Bewegung der Schiene (9) auf einen an der Kabinentür angeordneten ersten Riegel (14) überträgt. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Riegel (14) eine Ausnehmung (13) aufweist, in die ein Stangenzapfen ( 12) der Riegelstange ( 11) eintaucht und die Form der Ausnehmung (13) durch die Bewegung der Schiene (9) und der Parallelhebel (4,5) bestimmt ist. - Einrichtung zur Notentriegelung einer Kabinentür, wobei ein an der Kabinentür angeordneter Mitnehmer (1) mit Schienen (6, 9) mittels einer ersten Riegelmechanik (10) die Kabinentür verriegelt bzw. entriegelt
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels einem Nothebel (19) die Riegelmechanik (10) derart betätigbar ist, dass die Kabinentür entriegelt ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nothebel (19) mittels einer Zugschnur (20) oder Zugstange (20) betätigbar ist. - Verfahren zur Notentriegelung einer Kabinentür, wobei ein an der Kabinentür angeordneter Mitnehmer (1) mit Schienen (6, 9) mittels einer ersten Riegelmechanik (10) die Kabinentür verriegelt bzw. entriegelt
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels einem Nothebel (19) die Riegelmechanik (10) derart betätigt wird, dass die Kabinentür entriegelt wird.
