Claims (4)
- Dispositif destiné à apposer des étiquettes sur des récipients (10), qui présentent un axe longitudinal et qui comprennent un élément d'obturation (12), qui comprend une surface orientée perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal et dotée d'une inscription, le dispositif comprenant un système électrooptique (18) destiné à détecter l'alignement des récipients, lequel système génère des signaux reproduisant l'orientation des récipients (10), ainsi qu'un système (24, 32) destiné à amener en rotation les récipients autour de leur axe longitudinal dans un alignement théorique, dans lequel les étiquettes sont apposées dans une position prédéterminée sur les récipients (10), et un système (26) destiné à apposer les étiquettes, les signaux du système électrooptique (18) étant posés par un système de commande (34) par rapport à l'alignement théorique des récipients (10) et le système (24, 30) destiné à amener en rotation les récipients (10) étant commandé par le système de commande (34), de sorte que les récipients (10) se situent dans l'alignement théorique avant que les étiquettes soient appliquées, caractérisé en ce que l'orientation des récipients (10) est détectée au moyen du système électrooptique (18) en s'appuyant sur l'inscription des éléments d'obturation (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système destiné à amener en rotation les récipients (10) est intégré dans une étoile d'entrée (20) qui est disposée devant le système (22, 26) destiné à apposer les étiquettes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le système (18) destiné à détecter l'orientation des récipients (10) est disposé devant l'étoile d'entrée (20) ou au plus tard à l'intérieur de l'étoile d'entrée (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le système destiné à amener en rotation les récipients (10) est formé par un certain nombre de plateaux (24) qui sont disposés sur la périphérie d'une table tournante (22), qui déplace les récipients (10) pour qu'ils passent devant un système d'étiquetage (26), chaque plateau (24) étant pourvu d'un système d'entraînement rotatif (32) qui est commandé par le système de commande (34).
