Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Verlegen von in der Konfiguration rechteckigen Bodenpaneelen (1), welche jeweils an einer 1. Längsseite (2) und an einer 1. Schmalseite (16) quer abstehende, einstückig angeformte Federn (4, 17) sowie parallel neben den Federn (4, 17) - getrennt durch zum Boden (33) gerichtete dreieckförmige Wulste (38, 32) - bodenseitige trapezförmige Rastnuten (11, 18) und an der jeweilig gegenüberliegenden 2. Längsseite (5) bzw. der 2. Schmalseite (19) an die Kontur der Federn (4, 17) angepasste Aufnahmenuten (7, 20) sowie unterhalb der Aufnahmenuten (7, 20) vorstehende, einstückig angeformte Zungen (15, 21) mit randseitigen, nach oben gerichteten dreieckförmigen Rastrippen (14, 22) aufweisen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Montageschritte:a) Zunächst wird eine erste Reihe (24) Bodenpaneele (1) über ihre 1. und 2. Schmalseiten (16, 19) dadurch gefügt, dass das einem bodenseitig platzierten Bodenpaneel (1a) jeweils folgende Bodenpaneel (1b) bei in Längsrichtung geneigter Lage zum platzierten Bodenpaneel (1a) mit seiner schmalseitigen Feder (17) in die schmalseitige Aufnahmenut (20) des platzierten Bodenpaneels (1a) bis zum Kontakt der Stirnfläche (30) der 1. Schmalseite (16) des folgenden Bodenpaneels (1b) mit der trittflächenseitigen Querkante (31) des platzierten Bodenpaneels (1a) geschoben und dann unter spielfreier Verrastung von schmalseitiger Rastrippe (22) mit schmalseitiger Rastnut (18) und schmalseitiger Feder (17) mit schmalseitiger Aufnahmenut (20) in die Ebene des platzierten Bodenpaneels (1a) abgesenkt wird,
oder alternativ
zunächst die Bodenpaneele (1a, 1b) der ersten Reihe (24) über die 1. und 2. Schmalseiten (16, 19) durch Parallelverlagerung in der Ebene des ersten bodenseitig platzierten Bodenpaneels (1a) gefügt werden,b) anschließend wird mindestens ein mit seiner Oberfläche (36) zur ersten Reihe (24) hin abfallender Montagekeil (35) an einem Ende der ersten Reihe (24) quer an diese lose angesetzt,c) daraufhin wird ein Bodenpaneel (1c) für eine zweite Reihe (34) bei in Querrichtung geneigter Lage mit seiner die Feder (4) aufweisenden 1. Längsseite (2) mit der 2. Längsseite (5) mindestens eines Bodenpaneels (1a) der ersten Reihe (24) unter Eingriff der Feder (4) in die Aufnahmenut (7) dieses Bodenpaneels (1a) bis zum Kontakt der Stirnfläche (3) an der 1. Längsseite (2) mit der Längskante (37) eines platzierten Bodenpaneels (1a, 1b) gefügt und danach unter teilweiser spielfreier Verrastung der an der 2. Längsseite (5) eines Bodenpaneels (1a) der ersten Reihe (24) vorgesehenen Rastrippe (14) mit der Rastnut (11) an der 1. Längsseite (2) des Bodenpaneels (1c) der zweiten Reihe (34) bis zum Kontakt mit der Oberfläche (36) des Montagekeils (35) nach unten abgesenkt,d) nunmehr werden mindestens ein weiterer, mit dem ersten Montagekeil (35) identischer Montagekeil (35) im seitlichen Abstand zum ersten Montagekeil (35) an die erste Reihe (24) quer lose angesetzt und ein zweites Bodenpaneel (1d) der zweiten Reihe (34) mit seitlichem Abstand (A) zur ersten Reihe (24) bei in Längsrichtung geneigter Lage über seine die Feder (17) aufweisende 1. Schmalseite (16) mit der eine Aufnahmenut (20) enthaltenden 2. Schmalseite (19) des zuvor platzierten Bodenpaneels (1c) bis zum Kontakt der Stirnfläche (30) der 1. Schmalseite (16) des folgenden Bodenpaneels (1d) mit der Querkante (31) des platzierten Bodenpaneels (1c) gefügt, und dann wird das zweite Bodenpaneel (1d) unter spielfreier Verrastung der an den Schmalseiten (19, 16) befindlichen Rastrippe (22) und Rastnut (18) sowie der Feder (17) und der Aufnahmenut (20) bis zum Kontakt mit der Oberfläche (36) des weiteren Montagekeils (35) nach unten in die Ebene des auf dem ersten Montagekeil (35) platzierten Bodenpaneels (1c) abgesenkt,e) im Anschluss daran werden die schmalseitig gefügten Bodenpaneele (1c, 1d) der zweiten Reihe (34) gegenüber den Montagekeilen (35) nach oben geschwenkt, das zuletzt angefügte Bodenpaneel (1d) unter Querverlagerung zum voraufgehend platzierten Bodenpaneel (1c) über seine 1. Längsseite (2) mit der 2. Längsseite (5) wenigstens eines der Bodenpaneele (1a, 1b) der ersten Reihe (24) unter Eingriff der längsseitigen Feder (4) in eine längsseitige Aufnahmenut (7) bis zum Kontakt der Stirnfläche (3) an der 1. Längsseite (2) mit der Längskante (37) eines platzierten Bodenpaneels (1a, 1b) gefügt und dann unter teilweiser Verrastung auch der längsseitigen Rastrippe (14) mit der längsseitigen Rastnut (11) an dem neu gefügten Bodenpaneel (1d) zusammen mit dem ersten Bodenpaneel (1c) der zweiten Reihe (34) auf die Oberflächen (36) der Montagekeile (35) abgesenkt,f) Wiederholung der Montageschritte d) und e) für die Verlegung der weiteren Bodenpaneele (1) der zweiten Reihe (34),g) Entfernung der Montagekeile (35) und Absenken der Bodenpaneele (1c, 1d) der zweiten Reihe (34) auf den Boden (33) unter spielfreier Verrastung der längsseitigen Rastrippen (14) und Rastnuten (11) sowie der Federn (4) und der Aufnahmenuten (7),h) Wiederholung der Montageschritte b) bis g) für die Bodenpaneele (1) aller folgenden Reihen (39 usw.). - Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenpaneele (1) beim oder nach dem Fügen örtlich lagefixiert werden.
- Montagekeil zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasss eine Höheamunteren Ende und seine Neigung zur Horizontalen derart auf die Höhe einer längsseitigen Rastrippe (14) und die Tiefe einer längsseitigen Rastnut (11) abgestimmt sind, dass bei zwei über ihre an den 1. und 2. Längsseiten (2, 5) vorgesehenen Feder (4) und Aufnahmenut (7) unter Anlage der Stirnflächen (3) an den trittflächenseitigen Längskanten (37) gefügten Bodenpaneelen (1a, 1b; 1c, 1d) und Auflage des zugefügten Bodenpaneels (1c, 1d) auf der Oberfläche (36) eines an einer platzierten Reihe (z.B. 24) lose angesetzten Montagekeils (35) die Rastrippe (14) nur mit einer Teilhöhe in die Rastnut (11) fasst.
- Montagekeil nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge eines Montagekeils (35) größer als die Breite eines Bodenpaneels (1) bemessen ist.
