Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Bilden einer Dreherkante, insbesondere für eine Webmaschine, umfassend einen Elektromotor (10) mit einem Rotor, wobei der Rotor beabstandet zueinander mindestens zwei Führungselemente für die Dreherfäden (20, 30) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungselemente als Arme (61, 62; 71, 72) ausgebildet sind, die endseitig Ösen (63, 64; 73,74) zur Durchführung der Dreherfäden (20, 30) aufweisen, wobei die Arme (61, 62; 71, 72) in Achsrichtung des Elektromotors (10) zur Kompensation von Fadenspannungen federnd nachgiebig ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arme (61, 62; 71, 72) in Umfangsrichtung steif ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rotor des Elektromotors (10) im Bereich seiner Drehachse eine Bohrung (11) zur Durchführung der Dreherfäden (20, 30) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Arm (61, 62; 71, 72) endseitig hakenförmig gebogen ausgebildet ist, wobei im Bereich der hakenförmigen Biegung die Öse (63, 64; 73, 74) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arme (61, 62; 71, 72) am auf das Gewebe zugerichteten, stirnseitigen Ende des Rotors des Elektromotors (10) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß parallel zu den am auf das Gewebe zugerichteten, stirnseitigen Ende angeordneten Arme (61, 62) am gegenüberliegenden stirnseitigen Ende weitere Arme (71, 72) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Elektromotor (10) mit dem Rotor derart an der Webmachine angeordnet ist, daß die Rotationsachse parallel oder in einem Winkel bis zu 90 ° zu den Kettfäden (40) verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arme (61, 62; 71, 72) radial verstellbar an dem Rotor des Elektromotors (10) anbringbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Armlänge der Arme (61, 62; 71, 72) veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bohrung (11) zur Durchführung der Dreherfäden (20, 30) zentrisch im Rotor angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arme (61, 62; 71, 72) rechtwinklig zur Rotationsachse des Rotors des Elektromotors (10) radial abstehend an dem Rotor angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rotor des Elektromotors (10) in seiner Drehrichtung umkehrbar ist.
