Definitions
- the present invention relates to an opening roller for an open-end spinning machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
- From the State of the art are the most diverse opening rollers for Open-end spinning machines known.
- From DE-A 24 33 769 is one Opening roller known, in which a helical preformed Clothing wire applied to the outer surface of the opening roller and there is jammed. This should make it possible to use a harder clothing wire to use.
- From US-P 5,085,047 an opening roller is known from which the clothing carrier is made of die-cast or, for example, also from an extruded profile.
- the clothing carrier carries on his Outside circumference a set for dissolving slivers in single fibers. This set is made by a helical winding applied clothing wire formed.
- the clothing wire is deformed and wound up under tension on the clothing carrier.
- To have clothing wire ribs are attached to the clothing carrier are supported radially on a hub.
- the clothing carrier is ring-shaped, and forms together with a body that is on the axis of the Opening roller bearing is attached, and the opening roller with a cover forms.
- the set is also in the form of a spiral mounted clothing wire trained.
- the stand's rack technology essentially consist of alloys of light metals, that are easy to manufacture and edit.
- ring-shaped clothing carrier known from thin-walled steel rings.
- the clothing wire consists of a hardened in a known manner Steel wire so that it usually meets the wear requirements, for example when processing cotton. If one higher wear resistance is required, it is known the whole Opening roller or the gamitur carrier including the clothing with one Coating wear protection layer. For example, this happens in that the dissolving roller is placed in a coating bath in the hard material grains then in the coating bath, e.g. Diamond grains, deposit on the opening roller and thereby their Significantly increase wear resistance.
- Prior art opening rollers to be coated in order to to get sufficient wear resistance place on theirs constructive design special requirements that lead to more costs and lead to more complex constructions.
- Dissolving rollers from die-casting have the disadvantage that their surface is porous and when coating in coating baths residues of Coating bath remain in the pores, causing a Contamination of the coating bath from the previous bath he follows.
- Another disadvantage is that in addition to the set also other parts the opening roller can be coated, although this is not necessary or is even undesirable.
- This disadvantage also has a higher one Consumption of coating material, which increases the costs unnecessarily Episode.
- the opening roller may be necessary after the To subject coating to a heat treatment. You can Deformation of the opening roller or of the clothing carrier arise due to residual tension in the clothing carrier or through the clothing wire are caused.
- the use of a plastic clothing rack is only limited or not possible at all.
- the object of the present invention is therefore an opening roller of this type train that the disadvantages of the prior art are avoided and simple and inexpensive formation of the opening roller is achieved, at the same time a high wear resistance of the opening roller is achieved without the entire opening roller with wear protection Mistake.
- Another task is to develop a method of making a To show gamitur wire for such an opening roller.
- the opening roller designed according to the invention also has the advantage that for garnishing the opening roller the clothing wire practically no longer must be deformed so that it also from a very hard and brittle Steel can exist and also a brittle coating can be used, or no consideration of the coating thickness must be taken.
- precoated, i.e. with a wear protection layer Set wire used for the opening roller does not need any consideration whether the remaining parts of the opening roller with the Coating process or the coating media incompatibility exhibit.
- the components often made of die-cast aluminum the opening roller is known to have fine pores which e.g. at chemical coating baths can lead to contamination. With These problems occur in an opening roller designed according to the invention not on, so that also with the opening roller designed according to the invention again the known die-cast parts can be used.
- the clothing wire according to the invention Due to the preforming of the clothing wire according to the invention, this can are advantageously fully hardened, i.e. not just the teeth like those previous clothing wires, but also the tooth base.
- the opening roller or the clothing carrier must namely no longer be deformed, so that even a clothing wire with great hardness and brittleness can be used.
- the shaping of the clothing wire takes place in such a way that the clothing wire in the plane in which the Set teeth lie, is bent. When attaching the clothing wire the area of the tooth feet is practically not on the opening roller more deformed.
- the clothing wire is particularly advantageously preformed in such a way that it already has an inside diameter that is equal to or larger than is the diameter of its cylindrical receptacle on the clothing carrier. This ensures that the clothing wire easily on the Clothing carrier can be pulled up.
- the individual have advantageous Turns of the clothing wire of the same diameter.
- the deformation of the Set wire carried out to a measure by which the inner diameter a spiral turn of the clothing wire is smaller than that The diameter of the cylindrical holder on the clothing carrier is.
- a particularly favorable value of the specified ratio lies between 1.2 and 0.8, ideally a value between 1.1 and 0.9 has highlighted.
- the The clothing wire is not only coated before it is placed on the clothing carrier is raised, but also heat treated. This enables that the coating can be done completely so that when the clothing wire was mounted on the opening roller, this no further Processing steps require more. It is favorable if the clothing wire is axially guided when winding onto the opening roller, because this causes Grooves for receiving the set can be dispensed with. Very cheap it is when the clothing wire has a foot that has an axial Has extension that is greater than the axial extension of the teeth, so that when laying the clothing wire foot to foot without using it grooves can be used to achieve a perfect fit of the set.
- the opening roller with a groove for receiving the Set wire is achieved that a simple set wire is used can be and still the axial distance of the individual turns of the Clothing wire is even.
- the axial width of this groove is advantageous a value that is greater than the axial extension of the clothing wire, but at the same time smaller than the axial extent of the Clothing wire plus 0.2 mm. This also creates enough space to ensure that the coating on the clothing wire when Inserting the wire in the groove does not flake off.
- the invention provides that the clothing carrier is annular and has a wall thickness between 1 mm and 5 mm.
- the other advantageous coatings of the clothing wire is special favorable a clothing wire, which is chemically coated with nickel, whereby Hard material grains are embedded in the nickel layer. Besides a good one
- the opening roller designed in this way also has good wear resistance Properties when dissolving the fibers.
- the inventive method for producing a Clothing wire is achieved that no such after coating Deformation of the clothing wire must be done for its assembly, the the coating is damaged. Wear-resistant coatings would namely flaking or being damaged if only after coating the wire set would be shaped into a spiral shape. By with axially spaced turns of the clothing wire during coating it is achieved that the coating is advantageously uniform he follows. If the clothing wire is available as a free spiral when coating, can the clothing wire advantageously coated evenly from all sides will. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the other subclaims described.
- FIG. 1 shows a plan view, partly in section, of a Opening roller according to the invention.
- the opening roller 1 consists of a Base body 11, which receives a clothing carrier 12.
- the base body 11 is mounted on a shaft 13 by means of an interference fit, via which the Opening roller 1 is stored in the bearing 15.
- Basic body 11 and Set carrier 12 are connected to one another by means of screws 16. Of the Set carrier 12 has an opening 17, which with a cover 18th is closed.
- the clothing carrier 12 carries the clothing 2 on the circumference, which has teeth 23 is provided. These solve in open-end spinning devices in known Show a sliver to individual fibers.
- the set 2 has the opening roller 1, here in Figure 1, the Clothing carrier 12, a groove 21 which in the cylindrical lateral surface 22nd of the clothing carrier 12 is molded. The groove 21 is spiral around the Guided surface 22 and extends from the area of the board 121 of the Clothing carrier 12 up to the area of the rim 111 of the base body 11.
- the clothing wire 3 is preformed according to the invention and spiral coated and in this preformed state in the groove 21 of the Opening roller 1 inserted.
- the clothing wire 3 has teeth 23 that pass through the inventive design of the opening roller particularly are designed to be wear-resistant.
- the bottom of the groove 21 forms the receptacle 210 for the clothing wire 3 on which it rests.
- To attach the Set wire on the opening roller is no longer advantageous jammed or caulked, as is the case with the opening rollers of the prior art Technology is known, but by the design of the diameter of the Recording 210 in connection with the design of the inner diameter of the turns of the preformed clothing wire, it is achieved that the Clothing wire remains securely in it after insertion into the groove 21 without that further fastening measures must be taken.
- the axial extent of the groove i.e. the width of the groove 21, in such a case (ratio Inner diameter of prefabricated clothing wire to receiving diameter) do not develop a clamping effect.
- the prefabricated Clothing wire has a larger inner diameter than the diameter of the Has receptacle 210, it may be advantageous if the clothing wire including its coating is wider than the width of the groove 21. As a result can securely fasten the clothing wire to the opening roller can be achieved without caulking the ends of the clothing wire on the opening roller, as is the case in the prior art, is made.
- the clothing wire including the coating is wider than the width of the groove 21.
- the width of the clothing wire is also in proportion to choose the width of the groove 21 so that despite the desired clamping effect damage to the clothing wire or its coating when Inserting in the groove 21 is avoided.
- the different Coating types have different sensitivities. For example, a coating made by nitriding less sensitive as a coating using chemically applied nickel with embedded hard material grains, e.g.
- Figure 2 shows a sectional view of an opening roller, the solid is designed and one side is closed with a lid 4.
- the lid 4 contains, due to its larger diameter than that Opening roller 1 itself, the board 41.
- the other board 42 is in one piece with the Opening roller 1 designed.
- the opening roller has one in the center Bore 43, with which it is similar to the opening roller of Figure 1, is attached to a shaft.
- the cover 4 is attached by means of screws 16 the opening roller 1 screwed.
- To hold the clothing wire 2 the lateral surface 22 of the opening roller 1 simultaneously forms the receptacle 210 for the clothing wire 3. This is therefore not in a groove as in FIG. 1 added, but it lies directly on the lateral surface 22 of the Opening roller 1.
- the opening roller With such assembly of the clothing wire on the The opening roller is of course recommended to use a clothing wire, its ratio of the inside diameter to the diameter of the receptacle 210 is less than 1. I.e. due to the smaller diameter of the turns of the clothing wire 3, the clothing wire lies with tension on the Lateral surface 22, i.e. the recording 210 of the opening roller, on that alone due to this tension, a sufficient fastening of the clothing wire 3 on the opening roller 1.
- Assemble the Set wire 3 on the opening roller 1 is by suitable measures ensured that the distance between the individual turns of the Set wire 3 to each other in the desired dimension.
- the opening roller can be designed so that in the area in the middle between the shelves Set wire with a smaller distance to its neighboring turn is, as in the area of the shelves 41 and 42, where it is known when feeding one sliver fewer fibers to comb out the opening roller be presented.
- the shown in Figure 2 in the axial direction less distance to the adjacent turn garnish the opening roller is particularly advantageous and is not tied to that the outer surface 22, without having a groove 21, the receptacle 210 for the clothing wire 3 forms. It is particularly easy to do at an opening roller according to FIG. 2.
- the cover 4 can be removed from the opening roller 1, can be particularly advantageous of the clothing wire, without it unnecessarily in the Assembly must be expanded to the receptacle 210 of the opening roller 1st be postponed.
- This makes it possible to use the clothing wire with a particularly small inner diameter in relation to the diameter of the Form receptacle 210 without the coating during assembly is damaged.
- such a ratio forms the diameter, e.g. with the value 1.1 to 0.9, a sure guarantee that the The clothing wire has a firm hold on the opening roller and is attached to it Operation no longer postponed.
- an opening roller is used, e.g. from the solid and has two fixed shelves, is during assembly to take into account that the clothing wire over the outer diameter of the Bordes must be lifted away, and a larger expansion is required. This must be in line with the deformability of the Coating.
- the opening roller 1 has on its outer surface 22 a slot 211, in which, as described, the beginning of the Set wire 3 is lowered. So that the clothing wire 3 with his End face 20 dips deep enough into the slot 211, the Be reshaped at the beginning of the gauze wire.
- Damage to the coating that occurs is not that great Significance, because in this area the clothing wire is not in contact with the fibers Touch comes.
- a sealant or an adhesive can be introduced.
- the board 42 is relocated.
- Figure 3 shows schematically an illustration of a Set wire 3 produced according to the method of the invention are exemplary only 4 turns, one opening roller of the stand the technology contains approx. 8 to 13 turns, depending on the width of the clothing and Lateral surface of the opening roller.
- the inner diameter D of the pre-wound Set wire forms the dimension that is still required for assembly elastic deformation of the clothing wire.
- the clothing wire 3 preformed and coated according to the invention from Figure 3 can be manufactured with a much higher number of turns than is required to garnish a single opening roller.
- the number of turns is only limited by the manageability of the prefabricated clothing wire.
- Figure 3 shows a clothing wire 3, the both radial preforming, i.e. was prefabricated spirally as well was stretched in the axial direction, so that the clothing wire practically already also in the axial direction of the groove 21 of the opening roller (see FIG. 1) is adjusted.
- this is not necessary in every case because of bending of the clothing wire 3 in the axial direction when garnishing the opening roller only a very low degree of deformation means that on the Coating has practically no influence.
