Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Auflöseeinrichtungen für Spinnmaschinen, insbesondere Offenend-Spinnmaschinen, die mit Garniturdrähten (3) oder Garniturringen (11) zur Vereinzelung von Fasern eines zugeführten Faserbands ausgestattet sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Auflöseeinrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Garniturdrähte (3) entsprechend der Geometrie der Trägerring (2) vorgebogen sind bzw. die Garniturringe (11) die gewünschte Fertigteilgeometrie aufweisen und die jeweiligen Werkstückoberflächen einen mindestens zweischichtigen Aufbau aufweisen, wobei eine äußere Schicht (13) eine Hartstoffschicht ist. Die Hartstoffschicht besteht dabei ganz oder teilweise aus besonders harten Hartstoffanteilen und liegt auf einer darunterliegenden Substratschicht (12) auf.
