- Vliesverbund nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewebe oder Gewirke auf der Ober- und der Unterseite jeweils eine Vliesschicht aufweist. - Vliesverbund nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußgarne des Gewirkes oder Gewebes Monofile oder Multifilamente oder eine Kombination daraus sind. - Vliesverbundstoff nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Monofile zu einem Multifilamentgarn verzwirnt sind. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußgarne Polyamid-6, Polyamid-6,6, Polyester oder Polypropylen oder Mischungen aus Synthesefasern sind. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Schuß Fadenfolgen mit herkömmlichen gesponnenen Schußgarnen auftreten. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußgarne Monofile mit einem Faserdurchmesser von 0,05 bis 0,40 mm sind. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußgarne Multifilamente mit einem Titer im Bereich von 400 bis 2000 dtex sind. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettgarne des Gewebes oder Gewirkes Baumwolle, Wolle oder andere native Fasern oder Viskose, Polyester, Polyamid, Polyacrylnitril oder Polypropylen oder Mischungen daraus sind. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettgarne Feinheiten im Bereich von 25 bis 400 dtex haben. - Vliesverbund nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feinheiten 100 bis 400 dtex sind. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettgarne Filamentketten sind, die texturiert sind. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettgarne Monofile sind, die einen Faserdurchmesser von 0,05 bis 0,40 mm aufweisen. - Vliesverbund nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Monofile zu einem Multifilament verzwirnt sind. - Vliesverbund nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettgarne des Gewebes aus Polyestermultifilamenten mit einer Feinheit von 0,25 bis 400 dtex bestehen. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies ein Nadelvlies, wasserstrahlverfestigtes, bindemittelverfestigtes oder punktverschweißtes Vlies, ein Wirkvlies oder ein Schaumstoffvlies oder eine Mischung daraus ist. - Vliesverbund nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewicht des Vlieses in dem Bereich von 10 bis 180 g/m2 liegt. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vliesverbundes, umfassend ein Gewebe oder ein Gewirke und mindestens eine Schicht aus einem Vlies, bei dem auf die Ober- und/oder Unterseite des Gewebes oder Gewirkes ein Vlies geklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verkleben durch Kaschieren mittels Schmelzklebern erfolgt. - Verwendung des Vliesverbundstoffes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17 als Versteifungseinlage, insbesondere Plackeinlage.
- Verwendung des Vliesverbundes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17 als Zusatzversteifungseinlage.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 und 21 zur Verstärkung und Abpolsterung von Ärmeln im Armkugelbereich.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 20 oder 21 zur Verstärkung im Hosenbundbereich.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 20 oder 21 zur Verstärkung von Hüten und/oder Mützen.
