Abstract
本发明涉及一种非织造复合材料,它包括织物或针织织物和至少一层非织造织物,其中织物或针织织物与非织造织物层彼此粘合。本发明还涉及一种生产这种非织造复合材料的方法以及所述材料用作加强衬特别是衬片衬的应用,例如用于加固和衬垫肩胛骨区域的袖子,用于加固腰带区或帽子。
Description
本发明涉及一种织物或针织织物和至少有一层非织造织物的非织造复合材料。本发明还涉及一种生产这样的非织造复合材料的方法以及它作为加强衬里特别是补片衬里的应用。
这样的衬里在许多年前已用于服装加固制品,特别是用于女士和男士的耐磨服装。视加工方法而定,它们可扩大到短大衣的整个前部或者仅将它们加工成所谓的胸部帆布(chest canvas)。加固衬里应使服装制品的前部有外形稳定性,此外,分别使用的加固衬里可期望有良好的回缩能力和/或迅速回复能力。
直到现在,常规的特种织物(通常是平纹布织物)已投放市场,这些织物的重量为约120~260克/米2。在个别情况下,相应的针织织物也投放市场。
为了达到所需的良好回缩能力,特别是在纬线方向达到所需的良好回缩能力,在这些织物和针织织物中,优选利用主要用半精梳纱法纺纱的粗纱纬线。使用的纤维组分主要为天然原料。特别是,动物毛用于纬纱,其中取决于衬的类型,这些纱以纬线插入织物中,并以纯粘胶纱、羊毛纱或其混纺纱而变化。动物毛也可与粗粘胶纤维一起混纺。特别优选使用非洲山羊毛或牦牛毛。也乐意使用和经常使用马毛,特别是这些毛的捻纱。但这里的缺点是,马毛是相当贵的。
动物毛的使用还有一些明显的缺点。如动物毛必须进行大量的清洗过程,这些过程需要花费很多劳力,因此也是费用很高的。另外,动物毛的使用也是有害的,因为它们常可在必须进行动物毛清洗的工人中引发过敏症。另外,由动物毛或其混合物生产的纱会有很强烈的细度波动(支数波动),反过来使成品产生重量波动。
此外,多组分纱即所谓的包芯纱用于纬纱,过去一段时间它们也用Dref法生产。这些纱也含有动物毛或优选合成单丝和/或复丝作为弹性组分。其特征在于一种或多种弹性组分的结构以及涂层纤维的结构。
特别是,在含有合成单丝的纱的情况下,总是有这类问题,在这些纱中的单线有相对涂层纤维位移的趁势。在准备作耐穿加固衬的切割边上,单丝显露出来,而在制成的耐穿部位上,单丝甚至可刺穿外层织物。
在所有这类加强衬中,为了达到所需的加强衬效果,在服装加还需要辅助衬。但是,对于生产和材料来说,这些衬以及辅助的衬的加工需要高的费用,以及当生产补片衬、它们的定位和整齐边的缝合时需要特别仔细。补片衬和辅助衬定位需准确到毫米,它们通过高费用的缝纫方法结合起来,制成完整的补片。
另一类补片衬在EP0514563中公开。它涉及经编针织物,该织物有包芯纱弹性线纬纱。该经编针织物在经编针织机上与基底的非织造织物结合在一起。制得的补片衬用作例如保护垫肩、腋窝、和袖笼的实际补片的辅助加固衬。但是,由于这种生产方法,基底非织造织物的强度和容量是十分有限的,因为在成圈过程中,经纱与基底非织造织物牢固地编织在一起,所以在沿针纹的经纱方向,在基底的非织造织物中产生收缩,在敏感的外层织物的情况下,这一收缩经外层织物表现出来。
所以,本发明基于开发这种一种非织造复合材料的技术问题:一方面,这样的非织造复合材料可经济地生产;而另一方面它没有上述补片衬的缺点,而且制作过程简单。特别是,该非织造复合材料不应通过服装制品的外层织物显现出来。
为了解决这一问题,根据本发明,提出了开始所说的这类非织造复合材料,其中织物或针织织物与非织造织物层彼此粘合在一起。织物或针织织物的一面或分别在其上下面粘合有非织造织物。
通过有弹性的织物或针织织物使非织造复合材料产生回缩能力。织物或针织织物的纬纱是单丝或复丝或其组合。也可将单丝捻成复丝纱,然后制成有弹性的纬线。生产纬纱的材料优选为尼龙6、尼龙66、聚酯或聚丙烯,也可是合成纤维的混合物。例如,纬纱可为纤维直径为0.05~0.40毫米的单丝。
但是,也可使用单丝和复丝的线序列以及常规纺线的线序列。同样,纤度为400~2000分特的复丝也可用作纬纱。
根据本发明,也可将EP-A-0514563已知的经编针织物与至少一层非织造织物粘合在一起,从而制得新的非织造复合材料。
织物或针织织物的经纱优选为棉、羊毛或其他天然纤维,或者是粘胶、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯腈或聚丙烯或其混合物。优选的是,经纱的细度为25~400分特,优选100~400分特。长丝经纱也可使用,其中它们另外可具有某种结构(产生变形)。当单丝用作经纱时,其纤维直径也可为0.05~0.40毫米,如上述纬纱的情况一样。自然也可将许多这样的单丝捻成复丝,然后制成经线。
如果针织织物用于本发明的非织造复合材料,优选细度为25~40分特的复丝用于经纱中。
用于本发明生产非织造复合材料的非织造织物可为针刺非织造织物、喷水粘合的、粘合剂粘合的或点焊非织造织物、针织非织造织物或发泡非织造织物。也可结合使用这些材料。非织造织物的重量优选为10~80克/米2。
由于使用多层粘合在一起的非织造复合材料的结构,以前已知类型的衬的缺点得以克服。所使用的和有弹性的单丝通过粘合被牢固固定,这些单丝的末端不再迁移入制成的衬垫部分。因此,同时防止它们通过外层织物穿出。同样,也必然可避免通过外层织物所表现出的非织造织物中产生的收缩。
此外,有可能用简单而经济的方法和设备生产有柔软而巨大表面的作为加强衬的非织造复合材料,该材料在制作衬垫过程中是易于加工的。所以,在制作衬垫中可省去费时和费钱的辅助加强衬的使用。
粘合在织物或针织织物上的非织造织物的强度和体积几乎可任意变化,而在非织造织物中不会产生在已知的复合材料中出现的收缩。此外,根据本发明,不再需要使用任何动物毛,以致与使用动物毛有关的缺点不再出现。特别是,因此可省去费时的动物毛清洗以及不会引起对接触动物毛的人员的过敏症。
最后,当纬纱使用单丝时,可省去使用包芯纱,以致对于纬纱来说,可省去与此相关的费用很高的整个纱生产过程。
也可根据已知方法用热熔粘合剂直接涂布如上制得的非织造复合材料,如以网目板形式,以便使直接在外层织物上的固定成为可能。用热熔粘合剂的涂布可根据以前常规的方法进行,其中除单点法外,还可考虑两点法。在这里,常规的粘合剂可作为热熔粘合剂,其中特别优选基于聚酰胺的热熔粘合剂。
本发明的非织造复合材料可在没有辅助衬的情况下直接用作加强衬,特别是耐穿服装的加强衬;但也可用所述的非织造复合材料作为辅助加强衬。
例如,非织造复合材料也可用于加固和衬垫肩胛骨区域的袖子。同样,也可在腰带区或帽中用作增强材料。
本发明还提出一种生产这种非织造复合材料的方法,其中织物或针织织物的上面和/或下面与非织造织物粘合。特别优选用热熔粘合剂,用压延贴合涂法进行粘合。按已知的方法进行压延贴合涂布。
为了说明本发明,下面公开一些本发明非织造复合材料的特别优选的实施方案。

Claims (24)
1.一种非织造复合材料,它包含有织物或针织织物和至少一层非织造织物,其中织物或针织织物与非织造织物层彼此粘合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1的非织造复合材料,其特征在于,织物或针织织物的上面和下面分别有一层非织造织物层。
3.根据权利要求1或2的非织造复合材料,其特征在于,针织织物或织物的纬纱是单丝或复丝或其组合。
4.根据权利要求3的非织造复合材料,其特征在于,将单丝捻成复丝纱。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项的非织造复合材料,其特征在于,纬纱为尼龙6、尼龙66、聚酯或聚丙烯,或合成纤维的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项的非织造复合材料,其特征在于,在纬纱中有常规纺纱的线序列。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项的非织造复合材料,其特征在于,纬纱为纤维直径为0.05~0.40毫米的单丝。

14.根据权利要求13的非织造复合材料,其特征在于,将单丝捻成复丝。

17.根据权利要求1至16中任一项的非织造复合材料,其特征在于,非织造织物重为10~180克/米2。
18.一种生产非织造复合材料的方法,所述材料包含织物或针织织物及至少一层非织造织物,其中非织造织物粘合在织物或针织织物的上面和/或下面。
19.根据权利要求18的方法,其特征在于,用压延贴合涂布方法用热熔粘合剂进行粘合。
20.根据权利要求1至17中任一项的非织造复合材料作为加强衬,特别是作为补片衬的应用。
21.根据权利要求1至17中任一项的非织造复合材料作为辅助加强衬的应用。
