Claims (12)
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) für Stick- und/oder Nähmaschinen, wobei ein Schieber (6) Pailletten (3) eines zumindest teilweise seitlich geführten Paillettenbandes (2) schrittweise einer Anstichstelle (24) zuführt, und ein Antrieb den Schieber (6) periodisch zu der Anstichstelle (24) hin und von der Anstichstelle (24) weg bewegt, wobei der Schieber (6) einen Mitnehmer hat, der bei der Bewegung des Schiebers (6) in Richtung der Anstichstelle (24) in eine Paillettenöffnung (4) einer Paillette (3) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (6) zumindest teilweise elastisch, insbesondere eine Blattfeder ist, und das Paillettenband (2) gegen eine Andruckplatte (8) druckbeaufschlagt.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil (6a) der Blattfeder (6) in Richtung des Paillettenbandes (2) abgewinkelt ist und das abgewinkelte Teil (6a) der Mitnehmer ist.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das abgewinkelte Teil (6a) einen Haken und an der der Hakenöffnung abgewandten Seite eine Gleitfläche (6b) bildet.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfeder (6) mit ihrem einen Ende (7) an einem Hebel (14) befestigt ist, und der Hebel (14) mittels eines Antriebs um eine Achse (16) verdrehbar ist, wobei die Blattfeder (6) mit ihrem anderen Ende (6a) das Paillettenband (2) druckbeaufschlagt.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Ende der Blattfeder in Richtung des Paillettenbandes zeigt und den Mitnehmer bildet.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Ende der Blattfeder in Richtung des Paillettenbandes abgewinkelt ist und den Mitnehmer bildet.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschwenkbewegung des Hebels (14) um die Achse (16) mittels mindestens eines Begrenzungselementes (19,21) in Vorschub- (V) und/oder in Rückzugsrichtung (R) begrenzt ist.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Begrenzungselement (19,21) U-förmig ist und mit seinen beiden Schenkeln (19,21) den Hebel (14) zumindest teilweise umfaßt, und jeder Schenkel (19,21) die Verschwenkbewegung des Hebels (14) in eine Richtung begrenzt.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest an einem Schenkel (19,21) eine Verstellschraube (20,22) ist, mittels der das Ende der Verschwenkbewegung einstellbar ist.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Bremselement (10) das Paillettenband (2) gegen eine Bremsplatte oder die Andruckplatte (8) druckbeaufschlagt.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bremselement (10) eine Feder, insbesondere eine Blattfeder ist.
- Paillettenzuführeinrichtung (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bremselement (10) das Paillettenband (2) mit einer einstellbaren Kraft gegen eine Bremsplatte (8) druckbeaufschlagt, derart, daß das Paillettenband (2) nur durch Überwindung einer Zugkraft, die zu der mittels des Bremselementes (10) voreingestellten Kraft entsprechend ist, in Richtung und/oder von der Anstichstelle weg bewegbar ist.
