Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour réaliser des coutures sur des objets, avec un dispositif de maintien (10) pour maintenir bloquées des pièces découpées (12, 14) à assembler entre elles en cousant, et avec un manipulateur (20) qui accomplit des mouvements relatifs, dirigés parallèlement à la ligne de couture à former, entre un bras de manipulateur (19) portant une machine à coudre (18) et le dispositif de maintien (10), la machine à coudre (18) présentant une tête de couture (26) et, comme moyens pour former des points de couture, une plaque de piquage (30) comme contre-appui pour les pièces découpées, un serre-flan (31) pressant ces pièces contre la plaque de piquage, et une aiguille (29) accomplissant des mouvements, formant les points de couture, dirigés transversalement aux pièces découpées,
    caractérisé en ce que le bras de manipulateur (19) se déplace en continu et le déplacement de la seule tête de couture (26) avec les moyens pour former des points de couture, ou de l'ensemble de la machine à coudre, est commandé de telle sorte que la tête/la machine se déplace, pendant la phase de relevage du mouvement de l'aiguille, parallèlement à la ligne de couture à former par rapport au bras de manipulateur (19) et dans la direction d'avancement de ce dernier, et qu'elle se déplace, pendant la phase d'enfoncement du mouvement de l'aiguille, parallèlement à la ligne de couture à former par rapport au bras de manipulateur (19) et à l'encontre de la direction d'avancement de ce dernier, à la même vitesse, de sorte qu'on obtient un arrêt du mouvement d'avancement de l'aiguille (29) par rapport au dispositif de maintien (10).
  2. Dispositif pour réaliser des coutures sur des objets, avec un dispositif de maintien (10) pour maintenir bloquées des pièces découpées (12, 14) à assembler entre elles en cousant, et avec un manipulateur (20) équipé d'un bras de manipulateur (19) qui accomplit des mouvements relatifs, dirigés parallèlement à la ligne de couture à former, entre le dispositif de maintien (10) et une machine à coudre (18) coopérant avec le dispositif de maintien, la machine à coudre (18) présentant une tête de couture (26) et, comme moyens pour former des points de couture, une plaque de piquage (30) comme contre-appui pour les pièces découpées, un serre-flan (31) pressant ces pièces contre la plaque de piquage, et une aiguille (29) accomplissant des mouvements, formant les points de couture, dirigés transversalement aux pièces découpées, caractérisé en ce que la machine à coudre (18) peut être déplacée indépendamment du bras de manipulateur (19), le dispositif de maintien (10) est fixé sur le bras de manipulateur (19) et ce dernier est déplacé en continu, et en ce que le déplacement de la machine à coudre (18) ou de la tête de couture (26) est commandé de telle façon que, pendant la phase d'enfoncement du mouvement de l'aiguille, l'ensemble de la machine à coudre (18), ou la seule tête de couture (26) avec les moyens pour former des points de couture, accomplit un mouvement de même vitesse et de même direction que le mouvement du dispositif de maintien (10), de sorte qu'on obtient un arrêt du mouvement relatif de l'aiguille, parallèlement à la ligne de couture à former, par rapport au dispositif de maintien (10), et de telle façon que, pendant la phase de relevage du mouvement de l'aiguille, l'ensemble de la machine à coudre ou la seule tête de couture est ramenée dans sa position initiale.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que seule la tête de couture (26) avec les moyens pour former des points de couture se déplace par rapport au carter de machine à coudre, qui est fixement assemblé au bras de manipulateur (19).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la machine à coudre (48) peut être déplacée, sur le bras de manipulateur (19), parallèlement à la direction d'avancement par rapport au carter de machine à coudre (18a).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de piquage (30) et le serre-flan (31) sont écartés l'un de l'autre pendant la phase de relevage du mouvement de l'aiguille, et rapprochés l'un contre l'autre, afin de maintenir le matériau à coudre, peu avant le début de la phase d'enfoncement du mouvement de l'aiguille.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un capteur (37) est prévu sur la tête de couture (26) pour déterminer la présence de matériau à coudre entre le serre-flan (31) et la plaque de piquage (30).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'aiguille (29) est montée en solidarité de rotation sur un bras d'aiguille (27) relié à un arbre (28), et elle est cintrée autour de l'arbre (28).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le moteur d'entraînement (23) de la machine à coudre (18) est commandé en fonction du mouvement du bras de manipulateur (19) de telle sorte que la longueur du point de couture reste constante indépendamment de la vitesse d'avancement du bras de manipulateur (19).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la machine à coudre présente un dispositif d'avancement du fil avec un moteur pas à pas qui met à disposition, pour chaque cycle du mouvement de l'aiguille, une quantité de fil correspondant à la longueur réglée du point de couture.
