Claims (6)

1. Instrument à écrire, plus spécialement stylo à bille, avec dispositif de timbrage intégré, dans lequel le timbre (9) et le tampon de timbrage (15) sont disposés chacun sur un support (8, 11), chacun de ces supports étant articulé de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal de l'instrument à écrire, entre une position à peu près parallèle à l'axe longitudinal et une position à peu près perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal, un chapeau, qui peut se glisser avec frottement sur le support situé dans sa position parallèle à l'axe longitudinal, s'appliquant dans cette dernière position du timbre sur le tampon de timbrage et le support du tampon de timbrage présentant à son extrémité pouvant pivoter une couronne dentée (12), caractérisé en ce que le support (8) du timbre (9) est disposé à peu près en son centre de manière à pouvoir pivoter très facilement sur un prolongement (4) de la partie postérieure (3) de l'instrument à écrire, prolongement arrondi du côté extérieur et correspondant à peu près à la moitié de la longueur de la plaque de timbre (8), et en ce que la couronne dentée (12) du support de tampon de timbrage (11) coopère avec une crémaillère (13) pouvant coulisser dans la partie postérieure (3) de l'instrument à écrire, soumise à une tension de ressort, pour l'écartement automatique du support de tampon de timbrage (11).
2. Instrument à écrire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (4) est - constitué en forme de fourche avec une ouverture (5) et une âme transversale (6) dans lesquelles la plaque de timbre (8) est accrochée librement par un appendice (7), une butée étant éventuellement prévue pour empêcher le basculement de la plaque de timbre (8).

Instrument à écrire selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le chapeau (16) pouvant être glissé en place présente une ouverture postérieure pouvant éventuellement être fermée par un couvercle (19) et peut coulisser par dessus la partie antérieure, en particulier la tige (1) de l'instrument à écrire, pour libérer le dispositif de timbrage.
4. Instrument à écrire selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que la crémaillère (21) est constituée bilatéralement et est, de préférence, formée d'un morceau de tôle plié que l'on glisse entre deux couronnes dentées (12, 20) et qui peut coulisser par la pression du ressort (14).
5. Instrument à écrire selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (11) du tampon de timbrage (15) est un peu plus long que la longueur totale du prolongement (4) et est d'une longueur égale à la moitié de la longueur du tampon de timbrage (8).
6. Instrument à écrire selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans le chapeau (16) est logée une horloge numérique (22).
