Abstract
Настоящее изобретение раскрывает кристаллы P,P-ди(уридин 5'-)тетрафосфата или его соли; способ получения кристаллов и способ получения P,P-ди(уридин 5'-)тетрафосфата (UP) или его соли из УМФ, служащего в качестве исходного вещества, и с использованием ДХФ и ПФ, включающий, по меньшей мере, одну из следующих стадий обработки: (a) добавление УМФ дифенилфосфата (УМФ-ДФФ) отдельными порциями во время стадии взаимодействия УМФ-ДФФ с солью ПФ-органической щелочи; (b) проведение стадии взаимодействия УМФ-ДФФ с солью ПФ-органической щелочи в присутствии основания и (c) дальнейшую обработку синтезированного UPщелочью. Кристаллы UPили его соли, полученные по способу в соответствии с изобретением, имеют высокую чистоту и стабильность и меньшую гигроскопичность по сравнению с лиофилизованным продуктом, для того чтобы служить, таким образом, полезным исходным веществом для получения фармацевтического препарата. Способ получения UPили его соли в соответствии с изобретением осуществляется с высоким выходом и делает возможным крупномасштабный синтез.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
