Abstract
Предложен способ стереоспецифического гидролиза смеси (+)- и (-)-изомеров соединения формулы (II), приведенной в описании, в которой R представляет собой C-алкил, с использованием фермента карбоксилэтеразы для получения соединения формулы (IIIA), приведенной в описании, с последующим отделением получающегося в результате соединения формулы (IIIA) от оставшегося (-)-изомера формулы (II), или для получения соединений формулы (IIIB) с последующим отделением образующегося в результате соединения формулы (IIIB) от остающегося (+)-изомера формулы (II).
Claims (1)
- Предложен способ стереоспецифического гидролиза смеси (+)- и (-)-изомеров соединения формулы (II), приведенной в описании, в которой R представляет собой C1-6-алкил, с использованием фермента карбоксилэтеразы для получения соединения формулы (IIIA), приведенной в описании, с последующим отделением получающегося в результате соединения формулы (IIIA) от оставшегося (-)-изомера формулы (II), или для получения соединений формулы (IIIB) с последующим отделением образующегося в результате соединения формулы (IIIB) от остающегося (+)-изомера формулы (II).
