Claims (12)
- 일반식(3)의 광학 이성체.상기식에서, A는 -CH=CH2또는 -CH=C=CH2이고, X 및 Y는 각각 Y가 H일 경우에는 X는
- 일반식 (7)의 광학 이성체.상기식에서, A는 -CH=CH2, 또는 -CH=C=CH2이고, Y는 H이며,이다.
- 일반식(3-1)의 부분입체이성체들을 분리함을 특징으로 하여 제1항에 따른 광학 이성체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, A, X 및 Y는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 부분입체이성체들을, 일반식(1)의 피롤리디논 유도체와 일반식(2)의 락트산 유도체를 아실화 반응시킴으로써 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, A, X 및 Y는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 일반식(7-1)의 부분입체이성체들을 분리함을 특징으로 하여 제2항에 따른 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, A, X는 제2항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 부분입체이성체들을, 일반식(1)의 피롤리디논 유도체와 일반식(6)의 락트산 유도체와 아실화 반응시킴으로써 제조하는 방법.
- (a)일반식(3-1)의 부분입체이성체들을 분리하고, (b)생성된 (S, S)이성체를 가수분해시킴을 특징으로하여, 일반식(4)의 S-피롤리디논 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, A, X 및 Y는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- (a)일반식(3-1)의 부분입체이성체들을 분리하고, (b)생성된 (S, S)이성체를 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(5)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, A, X 및 Y는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- (a)일반식(7-1)의 부분입체이성체들을 분리하고, (b)생성된 (S, R)이성체를 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(4)의 S-피로리디논 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, A, X 및 Y는 제2항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- (a)일반식(7-1)의 부분입체이성체들을 분리하고, (b)생성된 (S, R)이성체를 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(5)의 S-피롤리디논 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, A, X 및 Y는 제2항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
