Claims (13)

1. Tablettenformulierung, die ein Medikament ist, für die orale Verabreichung zur Behandlung bakterieller Infektionen, wobei die Tablette umfaßt:
eine kompaktierte Mischung von 750-950 mg Amoxycillin und eine Menge Clavulanat in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von Amoxycillin : Clavulanat zwischen 6 : 1 und 8 : 1 inklusive, mit einer Filmbeschichtung aus Polymeren, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Filmbeschichtung durch wäßrige Filmbeschichtungsverfahren aufgebracht ist.
2. Tablettenformulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, worin Amoxycillin in der Form von Amoxycillintrihydrat und Clavulanat in der Form von Kaliumclavulanat ist.
3. Tablettenformulierung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin die Tablette 875 mg Amoxycillin ± 10% und 125 mg Clavulanat ± 10% in einem Verhältnis von Amoxycillin : Clavulanat von nominal 7 : 1 enthält.
4. Tablettenformulierung gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, zusätzlich enthaltend:
Mikrokristalline Zellulose umfassend 20-35 Gew.-% der Tablette; Natriumstärkeglycolat umfassend 0,5-3,5 Gew.-% der Tablette; Magnesiumstearat umfassend 0,5-1,5 Gew.-%der Tablette; Kolloidales Siliziumdioxid umfassend 0,25-1,0 Gew.-% der Tablette; was zusammen mit den aktiven Ingredienten 100% unbeschichtetes Kerngewicht der Tablette ergibt.
5. Tablettenformulierung gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, worin die Formulierung durch Verdichten eines Granulats, hergestellt durch Walzverdichten, hergestellt ist.
6. Tablettenformulierung gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin die Filmbeschichtung umfaßt:
Hydroxypropylzellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylzellulose, Ethylzellulose, Methylhydroxyethylzellulose, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Natriumcarboxymethylzellulose oder Acrylatpolymere.
7. Tablettenformulierung gemäß Anspruch 6, worin die Filmbeschichtung Hydroxypropylmethylzellulose 6 cP und Hydroxypropylmethylzellulose 15 cP in einem Verhältnis von 2 : 1 bis 4 : 1 umfaßt.
8. Tablettenformulierung gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, worin die Filmbeschichtung Hydroxypropylmethylzellulose in Kombination mit einem Polyethylenglykol umfaßt.
9. Tablettenformulierung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis von Hydroxypropylmethylzellulose : Polyethylenglykol in der Filmbeschichtung zwischen 7,5 : 1 und 5,5 : 1 ist.
10. Tablettenformulierung gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 9, worin das Polyethylenglykol in der Form einer Mischung von Polyethylenglykol 4000 und Polyethylenglykol 6000 in einem Verhältnis zwischen 1 : 2 und 2 : 1 vorliegt.
11. Tablettenformulierung gemäß mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, worin das Gewicht des getrockneten Filmmaterials etwa 1,0-4,0 Gew.-% des Gesamtgewichts der beschichteten Tablette entspricht.
12. Tablettenformulierung gemäß mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche mit einer Zusammensetzung der unten angegebenen Formeln:

13. Tablettenformulierung, die ein Medikament ist, gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 zur Behandlung bakterieller Infektionen und welche für zweimal tägliche (bd)Verabreichung konfektioniert ist.
