Die Erfindung betrifft substituierte Fluoracylresorcine, ihre Herstellung und diese Verbindungen enthaltende
Arzneimittel bzw. kosmetische Zubereitungen gemäß den vorstehenden Patentansprüchen.
Diese Verbindungen weisen im Vergleich zu den derzeit eingesetzten Therapeutika eine Reihe von Vorteilen
auf:
1. Vergleich mit Antimykotika
Zur topischen Behandlung von Mykosen werden derzeit neben altbekannten Tinkturen mit Farbstoffen,
Phenolen, Salicylsäure und Benzoesäure vor allem folgende moderne Wirkstoffe, die folgendes Wirkungsspektrum

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe zeigen somit das gleiche breite Wirkungsspektrums wie Imidazole.
Der Hauptnachteil all dieser bekannten Wirkstoffe ist, daß sie unter therapeutischen Bedingungen nur fungistatisch wirken. Dies bedeutet, daß eine mehrwöchige Behandlung (meist 4—6 Wochen) für einen echten Therapieerfolg notwendig sind.

Wie die folgende Tabelle zeigt, weisen die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen hingegen eine echte fungizide
Wirkung auf, während die Vergleichssubstanzen Clotrimazol und Tolnaftat überhaupt keine fungiziden Wirkungen
zeigen. Miconazol weist ohne Epidermisbelastung eine geringe fungizide Wirkung auf, die jedoch um
mehrere Größenordnungen schwächer ist als die der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung.

notwendigen mehrwöchigen Behandlung mit den anderen Antimykotika einen echten therapeutischen Fortschritt dar.

gesamten Nagels erfolgen. ■
Ein Penetrationsversuch mit Nagelmaterial zeigte, daß die erfindungsgemäße Verbindung P in weit größerer
Menge als es dem MIC-Wert entspricht in die Tiefe des Nagels eindringt, während die Vergleichspräparate
Clotrimazol und Tonoftal auch nach langer Anwendungsdauer nur in der äußersten Nagelschicht nachweisbar
waren. Dies bedeutet, daß hiermit erstmals Nagelmykosen in relativ kurzer Zeit topisch erfolgreich behandelt
werden können, ohne daß eine Nagelextraktion erforderlich ist
2. Aknetherapeutika
Derzeit werden zur Aknebehandlung entweder Schälmittel wie Vitamin Α-Säure (in neuerer Zeit auch
synthetische, aromatische Retinoide) oder Benzolperoxid (auch antimikrobiell wirksam) oder antimikrobiell
wirksame Stoffe (meist orale Anwendung von Antibiotika) eingesetzt Bei der Anwendung von Schälmitteln
treten erhebliche Hautreizungen auf.
Die wirksamste antimikrobielle Therapie stellt eine langdauernde orale Therapie in niedriger Dosierung mit
Antibiotika wie Tetracyclinen oder Erythromycin dar. Diese ist jedoch sehr problematisch, da hierbei die Gefahr
einer Resistenzbildung, bei Tetracyclinen auch die Gefahr einer Sensibilisierung gegeben ist
Die topische Anwendung von Antibiotika ist nur bei einem Teil der Patienten wirksam. Dies dürfte wahrscheinlich am mangelnden Penetrationsvermögen dieser Antibiotika in die Haut bzw. in die Talgdrüsen oder
Komedonen Hegen. Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen hingegen zeigen sehr gute Penetrationen, wie sie
auch von der Grundstruktur Resorcin bekannt ist: nach nur kurzer Behandlungsdauer (10 Tage) der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung E konnten in Komedonen von Akne-Patienten erhebliche Mengen an Wirksubstanz und
eine drastische Verminderung des Wachstums von Mikroorganismen nachgewiesen werden. Außerdem konnte
trotz der kurzen Anwendungsdauer bereits klinische Wirkung beobachtet werden. so
Auch in der antimikrobiellen Wirksamkeit gegenüber dem bei der Akne relevanten Keim Propioni-Bakterium
Acnes (Coraynebacterium acnes in der früheren Nomenklatur), zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen Erfindungen im
Vergleich mit üblichen Therapeutika ausgezeichnete Wirksamkeit: .

Therapie nur Wirkstoffe eingesetzt werden sollen, die nicht gleichzeitig auch systemisch angewendet werden.
Rechnung trägt. In dieser Hinsicht stellen die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen einen echten therapeutischen
Fortschritt dar.
Es wurde überraschenderweise gefunden, daß die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, la und Ib wertvolle
pharmakologische Eigenschaften besitzen: sie sind insbesondere wirksam gegen Bakterien, Dermatophyten,
Hefen und Schimmelpilze; sie wirken hemmend auf verschiedene Schlüsselenzyme des Kohlenhydratstoffwechels
und auf Zellkulturen, verlangsamen damit beschleunigte Zellteilungsvorgänge in und auf der Haut. Sie
eignen sich deshalb zur Behandlung von Akne, Kopfschuppen, bakteriellen Hautinfektionen, Mykosen, Psoriasis,
Ichthyosis und hyperkeratotischen Hautzuständen.

Das Alter der Primärkulturen beträgt bei Bakterien 24 h und bei Pilzen 14 Tage. Die Einstellung der Keimsuspension erfolgt am Photometer »Eppendorf« (Reagenzglas 0 14 mm, Filter 546 nm) nach Bariumsulfat-Vergleichssuspension (= Trübung einer Bariumsulfat-Aufschwemmung von 3,0 ml l°/oiger Bariumchloridlösung
und 97 ml l%iger Schwefelsäure). Nach der Einstellung werden die Bakterien 1 :1000 mit Kochsalz weiter 15
verdünnt, die Pilze werden unverdünnt eingesetzt.
40 mg der Substanz werden in 10-ml-Meßkolben eingewogen und mit dem Lösungsmittel bis zur Marke 20
aufgefüllt (entspricht einer Verdünnung von 1 :250 = 4000 Hg/ml). Die weitere Verdünnungsreihe wird mit
Aqua dest. oder dem jeweiligen Lösungsmittel eingestellt und folgende Substanzkonzentration hergestellt: 1000;
250; 62,5 μg/ml.
Die Röhrchen werden mit 4,9 ml des entsprechenden flüssigen Nährmediums beschickt. Jedem Röhrchen
werden nun 0,1 ml der oben hergestellten Substanzverdünnung zugegeben, so daß die erwähnten Endkonzentrationen vorliegen. Schließlich wird jedes Röhrchen mit 0,1 ml der eingestellten Keimsuspension beimpft

Beobachtet wird das Gleichgewicht:

(NADP = Nikotinamid-adenin-diiiukleotidphosphat).
Die Bildungsgeschwindigkeit von NADPH ist ein Maß für die Enzymaktivität; sie kann anhand der Extinktionszunahme
bei 340,334 oder 366 mm pro Zeiteinheit verfolgt werden.
Methodik
0.025 ml Glucose-ö-phosphat-dehydrogenase (Fa. Boehringer Mannheim) werden mit destilliertem Wasser
auf 10 ml aufgefüllt (Lösung I). 100 mg Nikotinamid-adenin-dinukleotid-phosphat werden in 13 ml dest. Wasser
gelöst (Lösung II). 47,2 mg Glucose-6-phosphat löst man in weiteren 10 ml dest Wasser (Lösung III). Nebenher
wird eine Pufferlösung (Lösung IV) wie folgt bereitet:
0,28 g Triäthanolamin-hydrochlorid und 1,461 g Äthylendiamintetraessigsäure-dinatriumsalz werden in 1 I
dest. Wasser gelöst und mit Natronlauge auf pH 7,6 eingestellt Die zu untersuchende Substanz wird in Dime-
thylfonnamid oder Äthanol gelöst (Lösung V). Geprüfte Konzentrationen: 50; 25; 12,5; 6,25; 3,125; 1,56 und
0,78 μg/mL
Bestimmung der Soforthemmung
0,1 ml Lösung I, 0,1 ml Lösung II, 2,67 ml Lösung IV und 0,03 ml Lösung V werden 5 Minuten auf 25° C
gehalten. Dann wird 0,1 ml Lösung III zugegeben, durchmischt und die Extinktionsänderung bei 366 nm über 3
Minuten spektralphotometrisch bestimmt

0,1 ml Lösung I, 0,1 ml Lösung II, 2,67 ml Lösung IV und 0,03 ml Lösung V werden 60 Minuten bei 37°C
gehalten. Dann wird 0,1 ml Lösung III zugegeben, durchmischt und die Extinktionsänderung bei 366 nm «iber 3
Minuten spektralphotometrisch gemessen.
Die Hemmwerte werden aus den Mittelwerten dreier Messungen (als Extinktionsänderung pro Minute) im
Vergleich zu Kontrollen, bei denen als Inhibitorlösung das reine Lösungsmittel zugesetzt wird, berechnet Dann
wird aus den Hemmwerten für die unterschiedlichen Konzentrationen die ED50 nach der Methode von Reed und
Muench berechnet
Die nachfolgende Tabelle enthält die so bestimmten Werte:

HeLa-Zellkultur wird abtrypsiniert und in frischem Medium auf eine Zellzahl von 150 000 Zellen/ml eingestellt.
Die Substanz wird stets in der gleichen Menge Dimethylsulfoxid angelöst und dann mit Wachstumsmedium
weiter verdünnt. In Mikrotiterplatten werden je 0,1 ml der Substanzverdünnungen pro Vertiefung eingefüllt
und dann 0,2 ml Zellsuspension dazugegeben (pro Verdünnung 4 Vertiefungen). Es werden mehrere Wachstumskontrollen,
die statt 0,1 ml Substanzverdünnung 0,1 ml Wachstumsmedium enthalten, angesetzt. Nach sorgfältigem
Durchmischen werden die Kulturen 3 Tage bei 37°C unter 5% CO2-Begasung bebrütet. Die Ablesung
erfolgt im Vergleich zur dicht gewachsenen Wachstumskontrelle. Die Ableseergebnisse werden als Prozentsatz
von Wachstumsausfall und Degenerationserscheinungen im Vergleich zur Wachstumskontrolle angegeben.
Daraus wird die Grenzkonzentration ermittelt und die ED50 nach Reed und Muench errechnet. Die Angaben
beziehen sich auf μg Substanz pro ml Gesamtmedium.
Die Ergebnisse sind in der nachfolgenden Tabelle enthalten:

Die genannten Verbindungen sind chemisch stabil, zeigen hohe Lipophilie (Verteilungs-Koeffizient n-Octanol/Wasser
> 1000) und lassen sich gut in Salben, Cremes, Tinkturen, Sprays, Puder, die für topische Anwendung geeignet sind, einarbeiten.
Von besonderem Vorteil sind die gute Hautverträglichkeit (eine Creme, die 10°/p Verbindung E enthielt, wurde
über 24 Stunden unter Okklusion reizlos vertragen) und geringe Toxizität:
Die akute Toxizität wurde an der Maus ermittelt Bestimmt wuide die LD50. d.h. die Dosis, nach deren
Verabreichung innerhalb von 14 Tagen 50% der Tiere verstarben.
Im allgemeinen pharmakologischen Screening, das auf eine Beeinflussung wesentlicher Körperfunktionen,
beispielsweise Herz/Kreislauf oder Zentralnervensystem schließen läßt, zeigten sich keine nennenswerten Wirkungen. Systemische Nebenwirkungen sind deshalb bei lokaler Anwendung nicht zu erwarten.
Wegen der hohen Lippphilie bei gleichzeitiger Anwesenheit polarer Gruppen penetrieren die Verbindungen
gut in die Haut, werden aber, wie durch Untersuchung der Ausscheidung gezeigt werden konnte, nur zum
geringen Teil resorbiert.
Bei Untersuchung auf Hautverträglichkeit und Sensibilisierung, die an Meerschweinchen durchgeführt werden, zeigte sich, daß die schwach sensibilisierenden Eigenschaften mancher Resorcine durch die Einführung der
Trifluoracetyl-Gruppe verschwindet. Da Resorcine wie Hexylresorcin beim Menschen in manchen Fällen Allergien hervorrufen, ist dies ein wesentlicher Vorteil.
Eine wirkungsvolle Therapie der Akne ist derzeit nur systemisch mit starken Antibiotika (Tetracycline,
Erythromycin), lokal mit Schälmitteln wie Vitamin-A-Säure und Benzoylperoxyd möglich. Die Anwendung von
Antibiotika bei einer keinesfalls lebensbedrohenden Krankheit ist wegen der Resistenzbildung prinzipiell problematisch, bei Anwendung von Schälmitteln ist stets mit erheblicher Hautreizung zu rechnen.
Bei der Akne-Therapie mit Antibiotika werden die bei der Akne wichtigen gram-positiven Bakterien, vor
allem Corynebacterium acnes, vermindert, was eine Reduktion des Gehaltes an freien Fettsäuren, die durch
diese Bakterien aus Triglyceriden abgespalten werden, im Serum zur Folge hat.
Wie Tabelle 1 zeigt, sind die vorstehend genannten Verbindungen stark gegen Corynebacterium acnes
wirksam. Außerdem konnte gezeigt werden, daß nach lokaler Anwendung eine erhebliche Reduktion des
Gehaltes an freien Fettsäuren möglich ist. Es ist deshalb eine lokale Therapie, die in ihrer Wirkung der oralen
Therapie mit Antibiotika vergleichbar ist, möglich.
Die genaue Ursache dei Schuppenbildung ist bisher noch unbekannt. Man findet jedoch bei Schuppen eine
Hyperkeratose. d. h. die Zellteilungsvorgänge in der Epidermis laufen beschleunigt ab; außerdem ist die Verhör-Rung gestört. Nach A.uisage einiger Autoren, z. B, R; A, Ooss?; R- W. VanderWyck. I. Soc. Cosmet Chem. 20.603
(1969). spielt die Hefte Pityrosporum ovale bei der Genese der Schuppen eine Rolle.
Tabelle 2 zeigt, daß einige der vorstehend genannten Verbindungen eine starke Wirkung gegen Pit. ovale
zeigen.
Aus Tabellen 3 und 4 ist ersichtlich, daß diese und andere Verbindungen beschleunigt ablaufende Zellteilungsvorgänge verlangsamen können. Mit Verbindungen, die in den Tabellen 2,3 und 4 gute Wirksamkeit zeigen, ist
deshalb ejne Therapie der Kopfschuppen möglich.
|¥ Eine wirkungsvolle Therapie der Psoriasis ist derzeit topisch nur mit Dithranol, Teerpräparaten und hoch-
Ü wirksamen Corticoiden, systemisch mit Aniimetaboliten wie Methothrexat Corticosteroiden und Cytostatika
p möglich. Außerdem werden noch die physikalische Behandlung mit UV-Licht Röntgen-Bestrahlung und die
S kombinierte Anwendung von Psoralenen (systemisch oder lokal) und UV Licht angewendet Alle diese Behand-
äl 5 lungsmethoden sind entweder umständlich oder von erheblichen Nebenwirkungen begleitet Eine einfache
p wirkungsvolle lokale Therapie ist deshalb von besonderem Vorteil. Die Tabellen 3 und 4 zeigen, daß einige der
I obengenannten Verbindungen *ur Psoriasis-Therapie eingesetzt werden können.
g Mykosen der Haut gewinnen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Da ein Erreger-Nachweis oft nicht durchgeführt

,| Die Tabellen 1 und 2 zeigen, daß die vorstehend genannten Verbindungen gegen diese Erreger stark ivirksam
^ sind. Sie können deshalb zur Therapie von Mykosen und bakteriellen Hautinfektionen eingesetzt werden.
fe Zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen ist noch folgendes zu bemerken:

Die folgenden Beispiele sollen die Erfindung noch näher erläutern:
Beispiel 1
2,4-Dihydroxy-5-n-hexy]-trifluoracetophenon
2,4-Dihydroxy-5-n-hexy]-trifluoracetophenon
194 g 4n-Hexylresorcin (1 Mol) wird in 3 1 Äthylenchlorid aufgeschlämmt. Unter Rühren werden bei ca. 200C
300 g (2 Mol) Aluminiumchlorid in mehreren Portionen eingetragen und anschließend 260 g (1,2 Mol) Trifluoracetanhydrid
bei 15—200C zugetropft (ca. 1 V2 Stunden Dauer). Es wird dabei mit Eiswasser gekühlt. Nach dem
Zutropfen rührt man 3 Stunden nach und läßt dann den Ansatz für 1 bis 2 Tage stehen.
Zum Zersetzen des Ansatzes wird unter Rühren auf ca. 2,5 kg Eis gegossen (Außenkühlung, Temperatur nicht
über 25° C steigen lassen!). Die organische Phase wird abgetrennt, die wäßrige Phase dreimal mit je 500 ml
Äthylenchlorid nachgewaschen. Die gesamte organische Phase wird mit 1 1 Wasser gewaschen und über Calciumchlorid
getrocknet Der nach dem Einengen verbleibende Rückstand wird aus Heptan oder Petroläther
umkristallisiert. F. 900C.
Ausbeute: 246 g (85% der Theorie).
Auf diese Weise wurden folgende Verbindungen hergestellt:

aus 2-Methylresorcin in Äthylenchlorid,

Analog Beispiel 11 wurde in Gegenwart folgender Katalysatoren und Lösungsmittel 4-n-Hexylresorcin mit
15 Trifluoracetylchlorid umgesetzt
Es wurden 19,4 g 4-n-Hexylresorcin in 300 ml Äthylenchlorid gelöst. Dann wurden 50 g Phosphorpentachlorid
portionsweise zugegeben. Nach Zutropfen von 14 g Trifluoressigsäure ließ man 1 bis 2 Tage stehen und
30 arbeitete wie in Beispiel 1 beschrieben auf F. 900C;
Ausbeute: 15,6 g (54% der Theorie).
Verwendet man anstelle von Phosphorpentachlorid p-Toluolsulfonsäure a!s Katalysator, so beträgt die Ausbeute
30%, bei Bortrifluoridätherat und 2-stündigem Erhitzen unter Rückfluß 40%.

Analog Beispiel 12 ergibt 4-n-Hexylresorcin mit Trifluoressigsäureamid als Acylierungsmittel und Bortrifluo-40
ridätherat als Katalysator bei 5-stündigem Erhitzen unter Rückflußtemperatur das 2,4-Dihydroxy-5-n-hexyl-trifluoracetophenon
in 55%iger Ausbeute; mit p-Toluolsulfonsäure als Katalysator erhält man diese Verbindung in
20%iger Ausbeute.
2,4-Dihydroxy-5-n-hexyl-perfluorpropiophenon
Analog Beispiel 1 werden 1,94 g Hexylresorcin mit 30 ml Äthylenchlorid mit 3 g Aluminiumchlorid versetzt
und 3,6 g Perfluorpropionsäureanhydrid zugetropft. Nach 1 bis 2 Tagen Rühren bei Raumtemperatur wird wie in
50 Beispiel 1 aufgearbeitet.

aus 2-Methylresorcin, Rr-Wert: 0,87 (Laufmittel: Petroläther 3, Chloroform 6, Essigester 1).
2,4-Dihydroxy-5-n-hexyl-trifluoracetophenon
Eine Lösung von 2 g 4-n-Hexylresorcin in 50 ml Äther, die 3 g wasserfreies Zinkchlorid enthält, wird mit
Chlorwasserstoff bei —5° C gesättigt Dann werden 1,5 g Trifluoracetonitril zugegeben und bei O0C gerührt
Nach 24 Stunden wird abfiltriert, der Rückstand mit Äther gewaschen und anschließend in Wasser gelöst und auf
dem Wasserbad erhitzt. Das sich hierbei bildende Öl wird mit Äther extrahiert der Extrakt eingedampft und aus
Petroläther umkristallisiert. Es werden 2 g 2,4-Dihydroxy-5-n-hexyltrifluoracetophenon erhalten. Dies entspricht einer Ausbeute von 69%; F. 90° C.
In analoger Weise werden 2 g 4-n-Hexylresorcin in 50 ml Äthylenchlorid mit 3 g Aluminiumchlorid und 1,5 g
Trifluoracetonitril versetzt und nach 24 Stunden wie in Beispiel 19 aufgearbeitet. Ausbeute: 1,75 g (60% der
Theorie). Verwendet man Toluol als Lösungsmittel, so erhält man eine Ausbeute von 20% der Theorie, bei
Verwendung von Nitrobenzol ergibt sich eine Ausbeute von 15% der Theorie, bei Verwendung von Phosphoroxychlorid beträgt die Ausbeute 55% der Theorie.
Beispiel 19
2,4-Dihydroxy-5-n-hexyl-trifluoracetophenon
2 g 4-n-Hexylresorcin-mono-trifluoressigsäureester werden mit 3 g wasserfreiem Aluminiumchlorid in 20 ml
Nitrobenzol 30 Minuten auf 120°C erhitzt. Zum Zersetzen des Reaktionsgemisches wird dasselbe unter Rühren
auf 100 g Eis gegossen, die organische Phase abgetrennt, die wäßrige Phase dreimal mit jeweils 50 ml Äthylenchlorid nachgewaschen. Die vereinigten organischen Phasen werden mit 100 ml Wasser gewaschen, mit Calci-
umchlorid getrocknet und der nach dem Einengen verbleibende Rückstand aus Heptan oder Petroläther
umkristallisiert.
F. 9O0C, Ausbeute: 1,4 g (47% der Theorie). Ohne Verwendung eines Lösungsmittels erhält man nach diesem
Verfahren eine Ausbeute von 1,1 g(38% der Theorie).

j Zu 220 g ^Dihydroxy-S-methvl-trifluoracetophenon in 31 Äthylenchlorid werden 150 ml Sulfurylchlorid
zugegeben und 3 Stunden gerührt Dann werden unter Kühlung 300 ml Wasser eingetragen, um überschüssiges
Sulfurylchlorid zu zersetzen. Nach Abtrennen der wäßrigen Phase wird noch dreimal mit 150 ml Wasser
nachgewaschen. Die Äthylenchioridphase wird mit Natriumsulfat getrocknet und auf etwa 20 Vol.-% eingeengt.
Hierbei fallen 150 g praktisch reines 2,4-Dihydroxy-3-methyI-5-chlor-trifluoracetophenon aus. Nach vollständigern
Einengen wird der verbleibende Rückstand aus Methylenchlorid/Heptan = 1 :1 umkristallisiert.
Gesamtausbeute: 196 g(76% der Theorie), Fp. = 96° C.
Analog diesem Verfahren wurde mit Sulfurylchlorid ohne Lösungsmittel hergestellt:

5 Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I lassen sich in die üblichen pharmazeutischen Zubereitungsformen
einarbeiten. Als solche kommen beispielsweise Schaumaerosole, Puder-Sprays, Puder, Rachensprays,
Schampoos, Cremes, Salben, Tinkturen, Pasten oder Gele in Betracht. Die Dosierung der Wirkstoffe liegt

18.2,4- Dihydroxy-3-cyclopentyl-trif luoracetophenon.
19. Verfahren zur Herstellung substituierter Fluoracylresorcine der allgemeinen Formel I nach Anspruch
1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man jeweils in an sich bekannter Weise
a) Resorcine oder deren Derivate der allgemeinen Formel II,
(Π) R4O I OR2
in der
R2 bis Rs die vorstehenden Bedeutungen haben, mit Carbonsäuren oder ihren reaktionsfähigen Derivaten
der allgemeinen Formel III,
Ri-COY (HI)
in der
Ri die eingangs genannten Bedeutungen aufweist und Y eine Hydroxy- oder Amino- oder eine Acyloxy-
oder Alkoxygruppe oder ein Halogenatom bedeutet, in Gegenwart eines Friedel-Crafts-Katalysators
und eines Lösungsmittels bei Temperaturen zwischen —8O0C und der Siedetemperatur des Lösungsmittels
umsetzt oder
b) Resorcine oder Derivate der allgemeinen Formel II mit Perfluorcarbonsäurenitrilen der allgemeinen
Formel IV,
R1-CN (IV)
in der
Ri die vorstehenden Bedeutungen besitzt, in Gegenwart von Lewis-Säuren als Katalysatoren und eines
Lösungsmittels bei Temperaturen zwischen —8O0C und der Siedetemperatur des Lösungsmittels umsetzt
oder
c) zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, in der R2 und/oder R4 ein Wasserstoffatom
bedeutet, Perfluoracylresorcine der allgemeinen Formel V,
R5
R3
in der
R3 und R5 wie oben definiert sind und D die Gruppe OR4 bedeutet, sofern E die Gruppe —O—CORi
darstellt oder D die Gruppe —O—CORi bedeutet, sofern dann E die Gruppe OR2 darstellt oder beide
Reste D und E eine Gruppe —O—CORi bedeuten, wobei in diesen Gruppen R1, R2 und R4 die
vorstehenden Bedeutungen haben, in Gegenwart einer Lewis-Säure als Katalysator auf Temperaturen
zwischen O und 150° C erhitzt oder
d) zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, in der R3 und/oder R5 Halogenatome,
Nitrogruppen oder p-Toluolsulfonylgruppen bedeuten, Perfluoracylresorcine der allgemeinen Formel

andere dieser Reste gegebenenfalls bereits die Bedeutungen von R3 bzw. R5 besitzen kann, mit Verbindungen
der allgemeinen Formel VII,

in der
R7 ein Halogenatom, eine Nitrogruppe oder eine Sulfonylgruppe und Z ein Hatogenatom oder eine
Hydroxygruppe bedeutet, in Lösungsmitteln bei Temperaturen — 20° C und 150° C umsetzt oder
e) zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel 1, in der R3 und/oder Rs eine Alkylgruppe mit 3 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten, Perfluoracylresorcine der allgemeinen Formel VI, in der Ri, R2 und R4 die vorstehenden Bedeutungen haben, und A und/oder B ein Wasserstoffatom bedeutet, wobei der andere dieser Reste gegebenenfalls bereits die Bedeutungen von R3 bzw. R5 besitzen kann, mit ungesättigten aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen oder sekundären Alkoholen mit 3 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen in Gegenwart von Säuren bzw. Lewis-Säuren bei Temperaturen zwischen 30 und 150°C umsetzt oder
e) zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel 1, in der R3 und/oder Rs eine Alkylgruppe mit 3 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten, Perfluoracylresorcine der allgemeinen Formel VI, in der Ri, R2 und R4 die vorstehenden Bedeutungen haben, und A und/oder B ein Wasserstoffatom bedeutet, wobei der andere dieser Reste gegebenenfalls bereits die Bedeutungen von R3 bzw. R5 besitzen kann, mit ungesättigten aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen oder sekundären Alkoholen mit 3 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen in Gegenwart von Säuren bzw. Lewis-Säuren bei Temperaturen zwischen 30 und 150°C umsetzt oder
f) zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formeln Ia und Ib in welchen X eine Methylgruppe
bedeutet, 2 Mol einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel VIa
