Abstract

Zusammensetzung, aufweisend eine erste Komponente (I), aufweisend ein Polyacrylat (A1) und ein Wachs (B), und eine zweite Komponente (II), aufweisend ein Polyacrylat (A2), wobei das Polyacrylat (A1) Gruppierungen aufweist, die sich von (Meth)acrylsäureester Monomeren (M1) und (M2) und gegebenenfalls (M3) ableiten (M1) CH2=CR3COO-R1 (M2) CH2=CR3COO-R2 (M3) CH2=CR3-X-R4; wobei R1 der Alkoholrest im Monomer (M1) ist, der 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatome enthält; R2 der Alkoholrest im Monomer (M2) enthaltend 9 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen ist; R3 unabhängig ausgewählt ist aus H, CH3 oder C2H5; X COO oder CONH ist; R4 Glycidyl oder CH2(CH2)n-OR5 ist, wobei n eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 1 bis 10 ist und R5 H oder ein Rest enthaltend 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen ist; und Polyacrylat (A2) ein fluorhaltiges Polyacrylat ist; wobei die Zusammensetzung auf Wasser und/oder einem organischen Lösungsmittel basiert.

Claims (26)

  1. Zusammensetzung, aufweisend eine erste Komponente (I), aufweisend ein Polyacrylat (A1) und ein Wachs (B), und eine zweite Komponente (II), aufweisend ein Polyacrylat (A2), wobei das Polyacrylat (A1) Gruppierungen aufweist, die sich von (Meth)acrylsäureester Monomeren (M1) und (M2) und gegebenenfalls (M3) ableiten (M1) CH2=CR3COO-R1 (M2) CH2=CR3COO-R2 (M3) CH2=CR3-X-R4; wobei R1 der Alkoholrest im Monomer (M1) ist, der 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatome enthält; R2 der Alkoholrest im Monomer (M2) enthaltend 9 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen ist; R3 unabhängig ausgewählt ist aus H, CH3 oder C2H5; X COO oder CONH ist; R4 Glycidyl oder CH2(CH2)n-OR5 ist, wobei n eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 1 bis 10 ist und R5 H oder ein Rest enthaltend 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen ist; und Polyacrylat (A2) ein fluorhaltiges Polyacrylat ist; wobei die Zusammensetzung auf Wasser und/oder einem organischen Lösungsmittel basiert.
  2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Komponente (I) mindestens Polyacrylat (A1) und Wachs (B) und gegebenenfalls mindestens eines von (C) bis (E) aufweist, wobei: (A1) bei der Polymerisation von Monomeren (M1) und (M2) und gegebenfalls (M3) erhalten wird; (C) ein inaktiviertes Isocyanat ist; (D) ein organisches Polysiloxan ist; (E) ein Melaminharz ist.
  3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei R1 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome enthält und R2 12 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatome enthält.
  4. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei R1 ein verzweigtes oder unverzweigtes oder zyklisches C1 bis C6-Alkyl ist und R2 ein verzweigtes ist oder unverzweigtes oder zyklisches C12 bis C40-Alkyl ist.
  5. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei R1 ausgewählt ist aus einem oder mehreren der Gruppe bestehend aus Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, iso-Propyl, n-Butyl, iso-Butyl, sec-Butyl, tert-Butyl, n-Pentyl und Isomere davon, n-Hexyl und Isomere davon, Cyclopropyl, Cyclobutyl, Cyclopentyl, Cyclohexyl; und R2 ausgewählt ist aus einem oder mehreren der Gruppe bestehend aus n-Dodecyl (lauryl) und Isomere davon, n-Tridecyl und Isomere davon, n-Tetradecyl (myristyl) und Isomere davon, n-Pentadecyl und Isomere davon, n-Hexadecyl (cetyl) und Isomere davon, n-Heptadecyl und Isomere davon, n-Octadecyl (stearyl) und Isomere davon, n-Nonadecyl und Isomere davon, n-Eicosyl und Isomere davon, n-Heneicosyl und Isomere davon, n-Docosyl (Behenyl) und Isomere davon, n-Tricosyl und Isomere davon, n-Tetracosyl und Isomere davon, n-Pentacosyl und Isomere davon, n-Hexacosyl (ceryl) und Isomere davon, n-Heptacosyl und Isomere davon, n-Octacosyl und Isomere davon, n-Nonacosyl und Isomere davon, n-Triacontyl (Myricyl) und Isomere davon.
  6. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei (A1) bei der Polymerisation von 5 bis 45 Gew.-% Monomer (M1) mit 55 bis 95 Gew.-% Monomer (M2) bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge an (A1) (= 100 Gew.-%) erhalten wird.
  7. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei (A1) bei der Polymerisation von 5 bis 44 Gew.-% Monomer (M1) mit 55 bis 94 Gew.-% Monomer (M2) und 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-% (M3) basierend auf der Gesamtmenge von (A1) (= 100 Gew.-%) erhalten wird.
  8. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Wachs (B) Einen Schmelzpunkt im Bereich von 50 bis 130°C aufweist.
  9. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Wachs (B) einen Schmelzpunkt im Bereich von 60 bis 90°C aufweist.
  10. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Wachs (B) ein Paraffinwachs ist.
  11. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Komponente (I) 10 bis 90 Gew.-% (A1), 10 bis 90 Gew.-% (B), 0 bis 40 Gew.-% (C), 0 bis 40 Gew.-% (D), 0 bis 40 Gew.-% (E), bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge der ersten Komponente (I) (= 100 Gew.-%), aufweist; und wobei die zweite Komponente (II) 10 bis 100 Gew.-% (A2) bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der zweiten Komponente (II) aufweist.
  12. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Polyacrylat (A2) der zweiten Komponente (II) aus (Meth)acrylsäureester Monomer (M4) abgeleitete Reste aufweist: (M4) CH2=CR6COO-Y-RF, wobei RF-Y der Alkoholrest in dem (Meth)acrylatmonomer (M4) ist, wobei Y -(CH2)m- ist, wobei m eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 1 bis 10 ist und RF CxF2x+1 ist, wobei x eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 1 bis 12, vorzugsweise 1 bis 6, weiter bevorzugt 4 bis 6 ist; R6 ausgewählt ist aus H, CH3, Cl oder F.
  13. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 12, wobei bei der Polymerisation von Monomer (M4) CH2=CR6COO-Y-RF Polyacrylat (A2) erhalten wird.
  14. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei bei der Polymerisation des Monomers (M4) und zusätzlich einem oder mehreren Monomeren (M1), (M2), (M3), (V1) und/oder (V2) das Polyacrylat (A2) erhalten wird, wobei (M1), (M2) und (M3) die in Anspruch 1 definierte Bedeutung haben und (V1) für Vinylchlorid steht und (V2) für Vinylidenchlorid steht.
  15. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Zusammensetzung 5 bis 90 Gew.-% der ersten Komponente (I) und 90 bis 5 Gew.-% der zweiten Komponente (II), bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung (= 100 Gew.-%), aufweist.
  16. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Zusammensetzung 10 bis 90 Gew.-% der ersten Komponente (I) und 90 bis 10 Gew.-% der zweiten Komponente (II), bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge der Komponenten (I) und (II) (= 100 Gew.-%), aufweist.
  17. Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Feststoffgehalt der Zusammensetzung im Bereich von 1 bis 60 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung (= 100 Gew.-%), beträgt.
  18. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend mindestens Schritt (C3): (C3) Mischen der ersten Komponente (I) mit der zweiten Komponente (II).
  19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, weiterhin aufweisend wenigstens die Schritte (C1) und (C2) vor dem Schritt (C3): (C1) Homogenisieren einer Mischung, die mindestens die Monomere (M1) und (M2) und ein Wachs (B), und Wasser und/oder ein organisches Lösungsmittel aufweisen; (C2) Polymerisieren der in Schritt (C1) erhaltenen Mischung, um die erste Komponente (I) zu erhalten.
  20. Verfahren zur Behandlung eines Substrats, aufweisend mindestens Schritt (S1): (S1) Kontaktieren eines Substrats mit der in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17 definierten Zusammensetzung oder Kontaktieren eines Substrats mit der Zusammensetzung, die gemäß dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 18 oder 19 hergestellt wird.
  21. Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, wobei das Substrat in Form einer linearen Formation wie Faden und Garn, in Form einer ebenen Formation wie einem Gewebe, gestricktem Gewebe, geknotetem Gewebe, Vliesstoff, Filz oder in Form einer räumlichen Formation, wie einem Schlauch und Outwear für Frauen, Männer und Kinder vorliegt; oder wobei das Substrat ein Textil, Faser, Gewebe, Papier, Vlies, Leder oder eine Kombination von zwei oder mehreren davon ist.
  22. Substrat, aufweisend mindestens (A1), (B) und (A2), wie in Anspruch 1 definiert.
  23. Substrat nach Anspruch 22, behandelt nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 20 oder 21.
  24. Substrat nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, wobei das Substrat in Form einer linearen Formation wie Faden und Garn, in Form einer ebenen Formation wie einem Gewebe, gestricktem Gewebe, geknotetem Gewebe, Vliesstoff, Filz, oder in Form einer räumlichen Formation wie einem Schlauch und Outwear für Frauen, Männer und Kinder vorliegt, oder wobei das Substrat ein Textil, Faser, Gewebe, Papier, Vlies, Leder oder eine Kombination von zwei oder mehreren davon ist.
  25. Verwendung einer Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17 in oder als Veredelung für jegliches Textil in Form einer linearen Formation wie einem Faden und Garn, in Form einer ebenen Formation wie einem Gewebe, gestricktem Gewebe, geknoteten Gewebe, Vliesstoff, Filz oder in Form einer räumlichen Formation wie einem Schlauch und Outwear für Frauen, Männer und Kinder.
  26. Verwendung eines Wachses, das n-Paraffine aufweist oder daraus besteht, in einer Menge von 75 bis 95 Gew.-% und eines oder mehrere Isoparaffine, Cycloparaffine oder aromatische Verbindungen in einer Menge von 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Wachses, wobei die n-Paraffine 20 bis 60 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen, wobei die n-Paraffine vorzugsweise ein Molekulargewicht von 300 bis 600 aufweisen, in oder als Veredelung für jegliches Textil in Form einer linearen Formation wie Faden und Garn, in Form einer ebenen Formation wie einem Gewebe, gestricktem Gewebe, geknotetem Gewebe, Vliesstoff, Filz oder in Form einer räumlichen Formation wie einem Schlauch und Outwear für Frauen, Männer und Kinder.
