Description
産業界においては、テキスタイルのような基材に対して耐久性ある撥水性特性を付与するための組成物を提供する継続的ニーズが存在する。
この目的は、少なくとも成分(A)及び(B)を含み、ここで成分(A)は少なくとも3種の異なる(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの重合により製造されるポリアクリレートであって、前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの1つは、フッ素を含有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステルであり、成分(B)はワックス及び水、及び/もしくは有機溶媒である組成物を用いて達成される。
(A)以下のモノマーの重合で得られるポリアクリレート

30〜85重量%のモノマー(M2);
1〜50重量%のモノマー(M3);及び、場合により
0.1〜20重量%のモノマー(M4)
の重合で得られる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - (A)は、(A)の全量(=100重量%)に対して、
5〜30重量%のモノマー(M1);
30〜70重量%のモノマー(M2);
5〜40重量%のモノマー(M3);及び、場合により
0.1〜10重量%のモノマー(M4)
の重合で得られる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - ワックス(B)は、50〜130℃の融点を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- ワックス(B)は、60〜90℃の融点を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- ワックス(B)はパラフィンワックスである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 組成物の全量(=100重量%)に対して、
5〜90重量%の(A);
5〜90重量%の(B);
0〜40重量%の(C);
0〜40重量%の(D);
0〜40重量%の(E);
0.1〜90重量%の水及び/又は有機溶媒
を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 - 少なくとも工程(C1)〜(C2):
(C1) モノマー(M1)、(M2)及び(M3)、並びにワックス(B)、並びに水及び/又は有機溶媒を少なくとも含む混合物を均一化する工程;
(C2) 工程(C1)で得られた混合物を重合する工程
を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物の製造方法。 - 少なくとも工程(S1):
(S1) 基材を請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物と接触させるか、又は基材を請求項11に記載の方法に従って製造された組成物と接触させる工程

- 請求項12に記載の方法によって処理された、請求項13に記載の基材。
- 前記基材は、縫い糸、紡績糸、布地、編物地、節のある布地、不織布、フェルト、ホース、並びに女性、男性及び子供用アウトウェアからなる群から選択され、或いは
前記基材は、テキスタイル、繊維、布地、紙、不織布、革、又はそれらの2種以上の組み合わせである、請求項13又は14に記載の基材。 - 前記基材が、縫い糸、紡績糸、布地、編物地、節のある布地、不織布、フェルト、ホース、並びに女性、男性及び子供用アウトウェアからなる群から選択され、あるいは
前記基材は、テキスタイル、繊維、布地、紙、不織布、革、又はそれらの2種以上の組み合わせである、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 縫い糸、紡績糸、布地、編物地、節のある布地、不織布、フェルト、ホース、並びに女性、男性及び子供用アウトウェアからなる群から選択される任意のテキスタイルの仕上げ時における、又は仕上げとしての、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物、又は請求項11に記載の方法に従って製造された組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物、及び請求項11に記載の方法に従って製造された組成物におけるワックス(B)は、ワックスの全重量に対して、75〜95重量%のn−パラフィンと、5〜25重量%の、イソパラフィン、シクロパラフィン又は芳香族化合物の1種以上とを含む、又はそれらから成る、請求項17に記載の使用。
